Lexi(Elizabeth); was welcoming as soon as I entered the store. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was honest and efficient. I went to the store on Dorset St. and I was not impressed. Quite the the opposite. I won’t go back to the Dorset store. I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 30 years and Lexi is a “TRUE” professional.

I had an excellent experience with caleb today. Very knowledgeable and kind. I've had many experiences with cellphone stores and this visit was by far the most swift and pain-free. I definitely recommend this store to anybody that doesnt want to wait in a long line just to receive poor service.

I went in to get an upgrade since my iPhone 8 had a smashed screen and some other age related issues... The sales person, Matt, was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and all around super helpful. It was a great experience and this location had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend!

We had a serious issue with a clerk in the University Mall location scamming my wife when she went in to upgrade one of the phones on our account (see separate review). We ended up at the Shelburne Rd store to get it straightened out. We were lucky enough to work with Kairo (sp?) who came off his break early and helped us get the proper phone, clear up the issues created by the other location, and even walked us through the AT&T app so we could finalize some issues on our own. Excellent experience and will only use this location in the future.

This is my first Google Review, but the service that we received was so outstanding. Jamie was our Retail Sales Consultant and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We have used AT&T for many years, but have never had such a good salesperson! I would recommend anyone that is looking for assistance with their phones to go to this retail outlet.

This is just a great store. Made an appointment with Ethan. He spent time, patiently answered all my questions and took care of the trade and new phone purchase without any rush. All in all a great experience. Would definitely consider this my go to store in the future.

One of the best retail experience I have ever had at a cell phone store. The staff is not only professional but kind. They listened to my wants and needs plus they set me up with a Samsung Galaxy S4. I Love this phone!! Great place would highly recommend.

The main AT&T Center across from the University Mall had been on strike the week before, so it was even more crowded than usual. My wife and I decided to go to the one on Shelburne Road on our way home. She had an issue with storage on her old iPhone, I had problems accessing my Google Feed on my Samsung S7 Edge. Guy at the retail center was just as well informed about phones and apps as they are at the main facility. I had to rebuild my phone using the Samsung backup app, but wife ended up getting a new iPhone with much more memory, and a new tablet as well, so a very happy visit for her. Agent helped her back up and transfer all of her data, very patiently. The only thing is that the wifi there could be a little bit speedier.
