Had the best experience at this Verizon today. Went in because my iphone was damaged and touch screen was broken...was able to trade it in for a new iphone 13. Ended up paying $199 for an "essentials package" which included a phone case, screen protector, wireless charger, plug in charger, all sales tax for the phone, AND they transferred all my data over to the new phone. The associate named Great was amazing and made the experience super streamlined and fun. Would definitely recommend this location!

Visited the store several times to have our plan set up. Found some surprising and hidden mistakes for the 1st bill. Reached out to Verizon customer service multiple times (accumulating a few hrs length and were transferred 3 times during one of the calls), which unfortunately, were all enduring and useless. Came back to the store and the store manager helped to fix them. No doubt, the store manager not only has strong marketing skills but also is patient and respectful. He understands customer's frustrations and is willing to help. If there is ever one suggestion that we can give is to make sure take time to check each choice in your plan together with whoever is making plan for you. It is a lot more difficult to correct even a simple issue once the billing cycle starts! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for the non-positive experience with Verizon to begin with.

From new iPhones, Apple Watches, Verizon Services, discounts and promotions, Rashid should be commended on his professionalism, knowledge of products and services, and going the extra mile for older adults not in tune with all of today’s modern technology! I have visited this place in the past, last year on 5/25/2021 for a new phone and today, 6/5/2022. Both times I had Yamil as my sales person. Yamil is a pleasant, upbeat and energetic person who strives at his job. I bought my phone from him last year, and visited today thinking I needed a new phone (it was damaged). I remembered him from last year and we connected like it was yesterday Yamil saved me the cost of a new phone by pulling off my damaged screen protector and showing me the (what i thought was a actual crack on my front facing camera) was the screen protector. As part of my plan, he installed a new screen protector for $5.30 and sent me on my way. Despite the reviews on this place, and I understand everyone has their own reasonings, I will continue to go here as long as Yamil continues to work here. Thank you Yamil for not only saving the cost of a new phone, but for all you do. I hope not only you, but your boss see's this positive review.

My experience with Antonio was that he was pleasant and knowledgeable. I purchased my phone from him. Since it had to be shipped to the store, it was Moses that I picked it up from.He spent over two hours with me while my info transferred from my old phone. We were there beyond closing. I never felt rushed and had all of my questions answered by both of these young men. Thank you for making me feel comfortable with my purchase.

Jesse was very helpful and took the time to understand my needs. He made recommendations based on my past phone and the questions he asked. He was patient and took his time. He remembered me from a previous visit and asked about my fsmily. The manager was also helpful. I really enjoyed my time there and I will be back for a tablet as long as these two very pleasant and helpful young men are working there. They are what customer service is all about.

I recently visited this store and worked with Jaysse to upgrade my phone. I had a great experience and was incredibly impressed with how patient, polite and knowledgeable he was with me and they many other customers that came through the door. He had a lot of multi-tasking to do while my new phone was updating and even though he was busy he made sure to continuously checkin in with me. He treated everyone with such respect and care. He was very knowledgeable about the phone and helped me decide which of the S10 line was best for me, and was able to get me in and out of the store in less than half an hour. Service was great and everyone was very professional. I left there with my monthly phone bill gone down, with unlimited data and a free Samsung tablet! I just had an amazing experience at the Verizon Wireless 1100 Lexington Waltham location after a sudden disastrous dead phone. Val took what was a brick and found a way to power up a brick that would not charge at all -- no way to turn on -- and within the day had restored the entirety of the old phone's contents -- thousands of photos, even more thousands of SMS... and all the contacts These were critical SMS messages and he saved very important information... More than 5 stars for this work... Throughtout he was patient and was both realistic, but with good humor. He clearly demonstrated his years of IT experience. I absolutely recommend this store, and in particular Val's skill.
