Absolute quick and simple store. You go in, get your sim done, activated or subscription done and out. They were also very helpful with additional diagnostics outside of their paid service for my laptop thus saving me $$$. Great store.

Great customer service and fast email responses. The repair is completed quickly as well. My Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra suddenly stopped working, I was charging it at 45% and left to be in the kitchen, when I returned nothing seemed to work. Black screen, no sound, no vibration, and when I tried to force a reset by pressing the down and power button, no logo appeared. I paid a small fee for the repair and I left my phone in the weekend. I found out there was an issue with the battery connector but it got fixed quickly. I am able to pick up my phone Tuesday afternoon, pay the rest and I am thrilled to see my phone turn on and my data is there. I am able to backup my phone right away when I arrived home. Thank you to the amazing staff for doing a quick repair and keeping me updated.

The people working here are very nice and go great lengths to help you out. I needed a tempered glass screen protector for my new IPad and, even though they had no more in store, they went through the effort of tracking the shipment to see when they would arrive. One of the ladies even offered me 10% off the purchase just because of the inconvenience. Ended up not getting the protector here, but they offer to install it for you too! Great customer service in such a small store!

They made my day by solving an important issue (getting a working SIM Card on a non-iPhone smartphone) that no one else in Town went even nearly close to solve - believe me, I have been in 5 other shops before! I had a cracked screen and brought it in for repair. Unfortunately, during the repair things went wrong, and the phone was going to take a few days for repair rather than the few hours originally predicted. The management/team here was very professional and communicative; they gave me a loaner for the time I needed it and in the end got me my phone back. Even though it wasn't smooth I didn't feel like it was there fault, and these guys did everything they could to make it right. Fair prices, they definitely earned a 5 star from me. Recommend.

Had a small glass screen protector for my triple back camera on S21. Got a crack over the camera lens, so it created a weird glare/haze effect on photos, but it was too tricky to pull off by myself. The girl at the front helped me within 5 minutes with no trouble at all! Thank you.

I have now been to the Cell Phone Repair shop twice to get my glass protector screen replaced and had stellar experiences both times. The sales associates are friendly and helpful, and I never once felt like I was being oversold or pressured into buying things I didn't need. This past experience I had the pleasure of meeting the manager and he was really delightful. I watched as he educated his sales associate on the glass protector screens and it was nice to see a manager/owner spend the time to teach his staff while also moving quickly to ensure my experience was as fast and pleasant as possible. I highly recommend going here instead of the big cell phone stores. I am positive it will be a better experience for you.

What can I say: +The staff was SUPER helpful and did everything in their power to provide the best service. +The manager was extremely kind and you can notice he builds a warm connection with the other customers. +You will find great deals here, top quality phones for the lowest price around. Importantly, the shop is internationals-friendly, most phones are unlocked and compatible with international providers. Highly recommend. Went here since my office is around the corner. They were extremely courteous, attentive, and had my cracked screen fixed in less than an hour (and notified me quickly through an automated email and SMS message that the phone was ready). Then when I asked them to put a screen cover on another phone, Sam did it quickly, explained everything, and got me out of there quickly. I thought that I was going to have trouble finding someone to fix my phone during this pandemic but these guys were opened! These guys were great, nice and helpful in discussing my situation with my phone! I was able to speak to someone and told them the situation/problem. They were honest and gave me a estimate. The estimate was a best case and worst case scenario. Telling me this helped as it alleviate any surprises. They were able to get my phone fixed. It was nice to see them disinfect and wipe down the phone before handing it over to me in the store. They were great with good customer service on the phone!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I've dropped my phone and shattered my iPhone X screen 3 times this year, with the first two being covered by the AppleCare I purchased through Apple. Apple charges $279 to replace the iPhone X screen and I couldn't get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, so I was looking into other options. I found these guys on Google and they had decent reviews, so I submitted an estimation through their website. Their estimation also came out to $279, so at first I was a little disappointed. The next day I was down the street from their store, so I decided to stop in to see if the pricing was accurate and what my options were, and I'm SO GLAD I did. The gentleman at the counter immediately gave me three options to fix my screen and prices (all cheaper than the $279 estimation I saw online), told me what they meant for my iPhone, and let me make the decision from there. He even said I could try out the cheapest option for a few days and if I wasn't happy, I could come back in and they'd replace the screen for the next option up for the cost of the price difference. I chose the option I wanted, he took my phone immediately, and said they were getting a shipment that day of the screen I was looking for, and said it would be about 2 hours (which is apparently a longer wait than usual) and told me he'd throw in a screen protector for me. DEAL. I can't even get Apple to return my iPhone in 2 hours if they're fixing my screen, so with a similar wait time, a cheaper price, and a screen protector thrown in, I was sold. My phone was done in about 1.5 hours, they emailed me with a notification, and I came to pick it up, all fixed. Easy transaction, BEST customer service, GREAT prices for the quality, and overall super happy. I'd go back to these guys a million times over. Not to mention, while I was in the store, there were multiple customers that seemed very happy with the service they received from these guys. I am very picky when it comes to customer service, and these guys blew me away. The reviews were what swayed me to come into the store to check out my options, so please check these guys out if you are on the fence.

My phone had been frequently disconnecting from Android Auto and often the charging cable would fall out/stop charging. I looked up how to change the charging port and decided it wasn't worth the risk to my phone. For less than $85 and less than 2-hours, they were able to change the port and now my phone plugs-in like it did when new. So far, I'm very happy. They also have a good warranty, but I hope it isn't necessary. Again, very happy. Thanks!

This is a very good electronics repair store. I brought my phone for a new charging port 3 weeks ago, and they fixed it. The next week, I broke my computer and they replaced the part. They have a lot of integrity: when I mentioned there was an issue with how my phone worked after the charging port replacement, they fixed it again without question or extra charge. When they gave me a quote for a missing part they stuck to it, even though the part was more expensive than they had originally thought. The staff is very friendly and professional. Their customer service is very thoughtful. For example, when I picked up my phone and computer, they cleaned the screens for me. I'll go back when I break something else.

Highly recommend! My daughter dropped her phone and cracked her screen and was looking for a reasonable solution. Mega Mobile was the solution. It has been a while I haven't received such a pleasant, efficient, and courteous service. I forgot to take the name of the gentleman who took care of us, but he was indeed the best; he was so lovely and efficient. They fixed it quickly, and the price was reasonable. I hope we won't break a screen again, but this place is a gem.

Recent update: Went back in to get screen protector replaced and young agent told me I could get two types; both wildly out of the price range of the last $10 replacement. While trying to explain this to me, I was able to watch the girl bend and fidget with my phone case. She was working with one other female staff member up front who was too busy helping another customer to step in. It would be helpful if ALL staff members were informed of their products. I thought after mentioning mine had already been replaced here and was helped by Hanna that they’d be able to use common sense to help. Instead was offered a $99 “deal”. No thanks but I will go back to buying my phone screen protectors online. Original review: Hanna and other staff were so friendly and helpful! The second I walked in I was helped and even provided great recommendations. If you have to go anywhere for repairs or accessories, this is the place! 10/10 would reccomend this lovely neighborhood store! Came in for a quick stop of a new phone case and screen protector and was blown away. I didn't even know the screen protector (bought many years ago at Verizon) I had was covered by a warranty. They saved me about $30 by informing me of the product I had. I honestly wouldn't waste my time elsewhere due to how refreshing this location was. I was considering shopping on Amazon but this location is 110% more reliable and speedier. Great activity if you're nearby on lunch or shopping around.

I got a discount on the the iPhone I wanted, helped me with a phone carrier change (including calling my current carrier to help with the transfer). I had a great first experience at the MegaMobile - CPR Washington Street shop in Boston! I had my Pixel 2 phone fixed quickly. Staff talked me through the likely problems and assured me they would work to find the most inexpensive solution that would solve the problem, but only with my permission to do the work. The staff was knowledge and courteous. On the weekend I met the husband and wife team who operate the business and they couldn't have been nicer. Very helpful, and with lots of good advice about how to prevent this type of damage in the future. I can see why this location enjoys some really amazing reviews! Highly recommend. I would definitely return.

I emailed asking for a quote for fixing my iPhone 7 screen with my own parts, and they called me back within a couple hours to get more information. I ended up getting it repaired for a very reasonable price and they were able to do it that night within 2 hours of talking to them. Awesome customer service by everyone I talked to on the phone and In the store. They even pulled out a chair for me while I was waiting the past few minutes. CPR Cell Aims To Please! The personable manager Amgad went beyond anything I could have expected to make sure my phone needs were met in a most Professional and Courteous fashion. I wanted to say Thank You to Marinela at CPR Cell Phone Repair - Mega Mobile located in Downtown Boston. She helped me when I needed a new screen protector for my cell phone. One day back in April 2021, I saw the newly opened location of CPR Cell Phone Repair and walked in to find a new screen protector because I didn't want to order a screen protector online. My cell phone is an older model so I couldn't just purchase a new screen protector off the shelf inside the store. Marinela suggested that I get a custom screen protector which can be created by a computer and printer located inside the store. The computer database is able to create a screen protector for multiple makes and models of cell phones. Marinela printed out the new screen protector for me. However, I was disappointed that it was made from plastic instead of glass. She assured me that the plastic material was actually better than a traditional screen protector made from glass. She explained to me that glass will usually crack and that plastic was more durable and not prone to breaking. Marinela was RIGHT! The plastic screen saver IS superior to a screen protector made of glass. The plastic surface is resistant to scratches and breakage and looks and feels like a clear and smooth rubber shield. I visited CPR Cell Phone Repair, six months later in October 2021 to thank Marinela for creating my new screen protector. During my visit, she told me that the plastic material will actually self-repair the surface from any scratches. I am so happy with my new screen protector! I have dropped my cell phone multiple times without any cracks or breakage. Marinela is friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. I questioned her expertise and I was proved wrong. She knows what's best and knows the best solutions and products for various cell phone issues. She is amazing! CPR Cell Phone Repair and Marinela got the job done right and truly provide customer satisfaction.

Came in a replaced my iPhone 7 screen. I noticed after picking my phone up that the screen had a slight splotch. Went back in and they replaced everything again for free. Very friendly service. Polite and they never make you feel rushed even if they are busy. My cellphone was charging very slowly and I wasn't sure if it was the battery or something else. They offered to install a battery and give me a refund if that didn't fix the problem. The new battery works great and they gave me a good warranty on it. Plus, they replaced my broken Samsung note s pen for free, without my asking them to! I highly recommend this place.

I had an iphone 8 that had a badly damaged screen. I went in on a Saturday, and they replaced the screen in just over an hour! (They have a 2 hour service, but Saturdays are less busy downtown) The price was very reasonable and the phone looks and acts like new! Highly recommended!

These folks are so helpful and knowledgeable, I was so impressed. I initially went to my provider for assistance getting a screen repair and they sent me to Mega Mobile. The screen replacement was fairly priced and done so quickly, noncore than an hour. A week or so later I also went back to my provider and purchased screen protector, and they promptly informed me that they would notmout it kn for me. They again suggested I try Mega Mobile. Their staff immediately serviced me and had me out in no time. Needless to say, they'll be my first stop for all future phone purchases and fixes! The staff are so kind, helpful, and courteous.

They were very friendly and replaced my phone screen in an hour on a Saturday morning/afternoon. I brought my Samsung Galaxy S4 to have the screen replaced. The screen was cracked from a minor fall and had liquid seeping out of it, creating a stain that had been spreading under the glass for a couple of days. I had previously brought it to a place near Central Square in Cambridge, which told me it "wouldn't be worth it to repair" and quoted me $220 if I chose to do so, so I decided against it. Instead, I did the online estimate at Mega Mobile CPR, which said the screen replacement would be $109. When I got to the store, they said they didn't have a black screen in stock (the color of my phone) but could install a white one immediately. I said that was fine, so they took it in the back to make sure the screen would fit and then start the repair. They also said I could take several free S4 phone cases because they had extra in stock. I was a little suspicious of this, thinking the repair price would go up, but they said the online quote was the correct price and really did not charge me for the cases. I gave them the phone & my info, went down the street to have lunch, and came back an hour later to pick up the phone and several extra cases, for a total of $115 (the quoted price plus tax). Overall the best I could have hoped for from this experience.

I would like to express my upmost satisfaction in not only the professionalism , but also the courtesy displayed by all the staff, both on phone and in person. Today, September 011, 2020 my iPhone 6 plus S battery completely died . I made numerous inquires to local (Dorchester, and Mobile Fix it Services); "big blue box" store (two month back log) ; Apple Store (redirected to support) etc... all were of less than desirable responses. On a whim i contacted Mega Mobile. Within minutes they informed me that not only did they have a battery for my iPhone 6 plus S, but replacing the cracked screen would be half off (combo deal). Within 60 minutes of dropping off my broken device I received a phone call that my battery was replaced, screen replaced, and a new camera installed ( for free). I wholeheartedly recommend Meg Mobile to anyone in the Greater Boston area. Parking may be tough, but the a quick drop off id worth it. Just do not venture too far,...because the turn around time is one only found by real "mom & pop" establishments.

I had recently replaced my screen for cheap at some store in NYC and to my dismay half the screen's touch stopped working within just a couple of weeks. Brought my phone to mega mobile to get the screen replaced. Bryan was super helpful and explained all the options really well, especially the price difference between the cheaper ones and the premium ones. Wonderful service!! After installing, ther was a weird discoloured mark on the screen, and he explained why and spent extra time making sure it was perfect. He even gave me a new screen protector for free for all my troubles! 3 month warranty on the screen. Highly recommend! Took 1-2 hours to replace the screen, though that didn't affect me because I worked next door and left it for the day. I'll update if anything goes wrong!

I was so sad since my phone had issues with my chipboard. After calling 7 different stores all of them will do it over $200 USD and all stores require 3-10 business days. Mega Mobile says we will definitely do it for you for a better deal and in less time . I came in the store, they had the part available right away and they told me if you can wait we can even make it happen for you today. The supervisor told me: Isn’t about getting money from our customers or to sell them a part. It’s about doing things with love and make them happy. This store knew exactly how to treat individuals. Stella and the team at CPR at 278 Wahington St Boston were amazing! Hands down! My iPhone had a couple of cracks in the front, but the back was like Spider cracked all over. Within a couple hours, they had my phone looking as if I just got a whole new phone. I went in earlier today to get my zagg screen protector replaced for my note 9 which is notoriously hard to apply but well worth the price and hassle. The person who applied the screen did so quickly and effortlessly, I was very surprised since other times I've had it replaced with other people it always took a very long time and several attempts. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their customer service. I will be coming here from now to have my zagg protector (under warranty) replaced.

Went in on a busy Saturday with two phones. One needed a screen replaced and the other needed a new battery. They told us two hours so we walked around Boston for a little and grabbed a bite to eat, when we came back they were fixed and ready for us. Great experience! After getting towed, then leaving my phone on the top of my car when leaving the tow lot, I was very frustrated going into my experience at MM. But it was awesome, and pain free. They quoted me a lower price because I told them I had a different phone they had, but when I came in they honored it anyway. Super nice staff. Only took two hours. I went in tonight having some problems with my charging port after getting some quotes from several businesses. I went in there expecting to pay $40 minimum and having to wait a few hours for a replacement piece to be put in. Instead of the gentlemen behind the desk immediately taking my phone and taking my cash, they ended up using some tools to clean out the phone which led to success after about fifteen minutes - and they did not even charge me! This is my second time getting a phone looked at here and it has proven to be much less of a hassle and less costly than one of the bigger stores like Apple.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Absolutely amazing. I was reticent to leave my phone with all its data with a 'stranger'. But 5 minutes with 'Hannah" and you too will feel like you are in good hands with people you can trust. Im pretty sure Hannah is an owner of Mega Mobile and the guy really cares - he seems to treat his customers the way he would want to be treated if HE were his own customer. SO I had water damage on an older model Samsung Galaxy S# and the screen and power button were no longer working. My battery was also crapping-out. So I brought it in the next day. Hannah logged me in, their tech person examined the insides and I learned what I expected - which was that the screen needed to be replaced. They ordered the screen and gave me a loaner phone for a day. A loaner phone! It's like the BMW of cell phone repair (without the luxury prices though). By the next day, my phone was ready, all my data was saved, AND they had replaced the battery for me. The work was well done too - you cant even tell the phone was worked on, not a scratch. With the new screen, it looks brand new now. With the new battery, I can get through a day without charging again. The total cost was about 1/5th the cost of a new phone too. Totally reasonable and way better than having to buy a new phone and change over all my apps, data, etc. I was so impressed with how customer-oriented, friendly, trustworthy, and cost conscious they were here that I haven't been able to stop talking about them. I dont think I've ever even written a customer review before, but MegaMobile deserved it so much that I couldnt not write one. Now one of my own employees had his S7 battery replaced in an hour (during his lunch break) and my mother in law is getting her cracked screen replaced and a new battery. If you need phone repair, I highly recommend this company.

Man, these guys are good. I had a strange problem with my phone, so of course I took it to the Verizon store where I bought it. The guys didn't know where to start, except to tell me how much a new phone would cost. Fortunately one of them told me that, when they have a problem that is out of the ordinary, they refer people to Mega Mobile. Rauf, the manager, said confidently "Yes, I've seen that before". He didn't try to make me feel like an idiot, like the Verizon guys, but just started working through the menus one the phone, downloaded an update, rebooted the thing, and 30 minutes later it works fine. Here's the best thing, though: he didn't let me leave the store until he tested the phone a few different ways. This is real customer service and attention to detail. I watched the two guys in the store interface with other customers. They were polite and understanding, giving complete, respectful explanations even to other know-nothings like me. I was very happy with the experience.

I owned an older model and somewhat rare Samsung Galaxy S8 "Active" phone. I cracked the screen and brought it here to be repaired. Unfortunately the part is not common, and not in stock here nor at any of their suppliers. The man who helped me, Hanna, showed me his supplier website to prove that it was not in stock, and he even made calls to his competitor (U Break I Fix) to see if they had the part and would have sent me there to get my issue resolved. Sadly they did not. He suggested buying a replacement phone on Ebay and he could swap the screen over. I almost did this, but in the end I found a refurbished one for a good price that is nearly brand new so I just got that. Nevertheless, Hanna went above and beyond with good customer service, and although I didn't buy anything from CPR / Mega Mobile, I am happy to write a positive review for excellent service.

The power button got stuck on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ and the phone was stuck in re-boot mode. The Verizon store next door wasn't able to fix it and they referred me to Mega Mobile. The customer service was very friendly but I had to leave the phone for the repair, which took all day. They said they were going to call me before doing any actual work, but I never received a call before I left work, so I stopped by the store hoping the phone would be ready. The phone was repaired and waiting for me and the fix only cost me $50, which I was very happy with. My only complaint is that they didn't put the SIM card back in the phone and I didn't realize that until I was already home. By then the store was closed, so I had to go yet another day without my phone. Other than that, I was very happy with the service I received here.

Brought my Pixel 3 in for a screen repair after I cracked it and though the materials had to be special ordered, they had everything in 3 days and once the repairs was done my phone was as good as new and repaired with OEM parts. Also their repair cost was a little cheaper than the shops recommended by Google.

They took in my boyfriends disaster of a phone (we were looking to buy a new one, not fix the old one, but the fabulous manager Amgad suggested trying) and fixed EVERY issue, even things that other places said couldn't be fixed (charging port, screen, battery) and all for like $150. Although my SIM reader lost a pin and there was no repair available from the manufacturer, the store happened to have one because they had bought a similar phone for parts a few months back in order to replace the motherboard on a different phone. The repair was difficult and it took about 4 days longer than they estimated, but at the end of the day they were able to repair the phone. The phone cost $600 new or to replace. They were able to repair the thing for less than $100. That's worth it.

My phone (Samsung Galaxy S6) fell into water, and I thought it was going to be a $600+ accident. I brought it to Mega Mobile after it had been sitting in a bag of rice for several days. As luck would have it, they were able to completely fix and restore the phone to full working condition for only a $60 labor cost! I was thrilled to pay only 10% of what I thought I had done, and all experiences with them reflected awesome customer service. I highly recommend them for anything from phone repair to buying cases, screen protectors, chargers, etc. 10 out of 10!
