Had a great experience at the AT&T store on Winter St. last weekend. I always dread going into cell phone stores, but this was an easy and stress-free transaction thanks to the John, the store’s assistant manager. My Verizon contract was coming to an end so I decided to explore other options, although I’ve been with Verizon for over 10 years. John gave me a very clear comparison of what I’ve been paying with Verizon vs what I could be paying for the same services through AT&T. He asked about my typical monthly data usage and what was important for my family and I in our cell service. He gave me a few options and helped me pick what was best for me. I did not feel pushed in any direction or hustled at all which is what I tend to experience when dealing with cell phone companies. On top of the great customer service and relaxing vibe, he even helped me save a significant amount of $ on my monthly bill compared to what I had been paying to Verizon previously. I don’t ever write reviews but this guy knows exactly how to treat customers and had a vast knowledge of the store’s services and products. If you’re looking for a new phone or service and you’re within an hour drive of Boston, John at AT&T is your man. Thanks, again!!

Excellent customer service and support!! I went in to add my boyfriend to a line after experiencing confusion at a previous at&t store. The manager, Victor was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and helpful in picking out a plan that was going to work best for our budget and lifestyles. Not only was he a huge help but he also was able to add two apple watches to our plan while raising our monthly plan very little. I had a great experience signing up for service here! The employees and especially the manager catered to my needs and helped me port my phone number from my old carrier, and even gave me special assistance when I had a problem and came back several days later. Of course their job is to sell you things but if you already know what you want and are upfront about it, they are not pushy. The store/waiting room itself is also nice with lots of TVs to watch. As far as the service, I find the cell coverage excellent and at a much better price than their red competitor, plus it works with more phones.

He work hard to help me set up my new iPhone 12 .. and He were so friendly and very patient too, in spite me being deaf, we got by w/o a hiccup .. Yesterday on Monday, Steven didn’t give up even it wouldn’t gone thru.. He kept at it til 7:30pm.. Steven asked if I could come back Tuesday and certainly I could. So the next day, Tuesday I shows up. Steven got right to work and it finally gone thru! My new iPhone was all set to go. We’re thrilled it was done!!! Gold star for Steven!!
