UNDER CONSTRUCTION:
Will update my review when possible, work is ongoing with project completion TBA.
I'm reviewing this location for possible work candidates as this is a call center providing services to various companies, SMB's, and startups.
For first impressions, you get the normal training rooms, trainers, and various department heads meeting and greeting. It seems very inclusive, diversity will not be as diverse until WFH has ended after the remodel. :)
Training and hours depend on the client you'll be supporting. Some clients are 24/7 so check with the posting you are applying to, and make sure it meets your work life balance needs. Training is 100% attendance mandatory, but length of training can vary as well.
Otherwise incentives and pay structures are above competitive for entry level. And they're honest about internal promotion, with the numbers to back it up. 85% of leadership came from the same training classes - which is an impressive number both for retention and promotion rates.
Churn is below average for this location, it's still up there, it's a call center after all-some just don't thrive in the environment. Some excel in this environment, and it's worth finding out.
I am currently an employee here, and just giving an honest review. Will update with pics and more info as available.

TP Boise has changed and in a good way! I left 2 years ago, came back and I am loving where I’m at! I really enjoy my job and the amazing people I work with.

Staff was very friendly today, they helped me very well. The employee that helped me was off work but stayed when he didn't have to, I appreciate that, shows character of the company.
But, I had an opportunity for a job and got hired but had to delay because of covid, they were very understanding. Ultimately I could not take the job because they wouldn't tell me what their benefits were, no matter who I asked and I was told I would find out in orientation, which was odd to me, every other company I have worked for told me about the benefits up front. Super common for anyone. I couldn't leave my current job without knowing about their benefits. That's huge considering such a big career move, health, work life balance, and care. People need to know that, everyone asks.
If they had told me, and the benefits were good, I would have made the move if the benefits were good. Super important and understandable. They are a great company and It saddened me. If I knew about the benefits like other companies I'd join in a heartbeat.
Saddened me I missed the opportunity for such a small thing.

A great job, nonetheless. I've been working for Teleperformance for almost 2 years now, coming up in September. I've learned a'lot on the way and I'm always learning new things each day as well. I love the environment and my co-workers as well. Your work schedule is flexible as well and they work with you too and that's one thing that I do love about Teleperformance as well. I always have a smile on my face during my work days and have met amazing people who work there. Management is very professional and are always willing to teach you new things along the way.. Overall, I would definitely recommend Teleperformance USA to everyone who's looking to work at a fun and professional environment!

I sat here and read most of the reviews here and I can honestly say that you should not believe them. Teleperformance is a great place to work. It ranks as my third favorite call center job of my 20+ years of working in a call center environment. I can honestly say that most bad reviews of companies are done by exemployees and that is what appears is happening on here.
A call center employee should accept change in their daily routines and be flexible enough to not go nuts when it happens every hour. You guys and gals should try doing telemarketing and watch the change happen.

💯👍My son began his employment here when he was 18 years old working as an AT&T agent.
💯👍He is now almost 23 years old and continues his employment with Teleperformance USA.
💯👍3 promotions and steady regular pay increases later, he couldn't be happier.
💯👍And I am so happy for him.
His pay is good, he has benefits including health insurance and dental, as well as paid vacation.
💯👍Thank you to Teleperformance for believing in and training an 18 year old kid who's grown into a thriving young adult.

I loved working here while it lasted. The employees are great, the local management and supervisors are as well.
Also, “Jones Burger” on the patio makes some pretty good sandwiches and wraps.
TP Boise gets a lot more flak from former employees than it deserves.
I would give it five stars for the people you work with, the trainers, and, the majority of customers you speak to.
5/5 for security and facilities (let’s face it, they’re the true people who keep things running.) because they are also friendly and like to talk.
I give Jones Burger out back 6 stars because its good food and they’re very friendly.
What would deserve a 0/100 rating, however, is offsite management, which, honestly, is the exact reason TP Boise is sitting about 2.5 stars right now.
Offsite and their decisions are absolutely disgusting.
1. Being forced to come into work when ill (to make up hours missed on a sick day) makes the Petri dish all call centers are worse.
2. Attendance points are not removed (even partly) when a time is made up is just punishing hard working employees twice, and eliminated opportunities for them to climb the proverbial ladder.
3. Offsite management WILL blame you for mistakes and misunderstandings they initiated. (E.G. there was a recent misunderstanding regarding how to manage a certain client metric, this resulting in coaching that actually did harm to that metric.) this leads to:
4. And the reason I had to leave, offsite management only cares about the numbers. Even if someone historically struggles to make adjustments, but most/all of one’s metrics are in good condition, they don’t care if one your stats suddenly go bad. Offsite management only wants their bonus.
I would have loved to keep working with Teleperformance, I love the people, and for the most part the customers the client provides, but offsite management needs to make some changes.

I really like working here. Im not sure why all the negative reviews on here... By far the environment is positive professional and fun people and Management seem to always be willing to help. And whom ever thinks that there's no chance of advancement is definitely a fool.. Because there is plenty of opportunities to move up in the company, that's if you want to of course. I love going to work here 😊

Teleperformance is a great place to work, do fun activities and work beside hard working people. The ten and half years with Teleperformance has paid off for me. I have the job I plan on retiring in. Thanks Teleperformance

Decent money and room for advancement. If you do well. They weed out the people who can't hack it there fairly quick..apply for the Apple side the at&t side is where this site gets it's bad rap from they will screw you over there as much as they legally can. Apple side is worlds different helpful friendly work environment. Supervisors actually care and want you to succeed , you just have to put the effort to succeed. It's not an easy job by any means. As with most call centers more than half of any training class won't last a year.

Great company to work for. Good pay, fun environment, and they accommodate very well in regards to schedule and time off. I would recommend this job to anyone looking for work.

The quality of people that work here is amazing. People work for you instead of against you to ensure you meet job requirements and a positive enviroment. Hard work truly pays off here.
