Customer service is great. They’re nice and friendly. They fix quickly for a decent price. I saved my time and money. They even gave me a free screen protector which is almost 10 dollars. I had doubts about them when I saw some 1 star reviews. However, I do not think these reviews are even real. I have had experienced only positive vibes with these guys. One person wrote “they fixed my phone and I brought back to Apple. Apple told me that the shop couldn’t fix it properly.” What Apple suppose to say? They wanna make money and they charge at least 3 times more money than what these guys charge.

I called the Phone Clinic because my iPhone 6s was suddenly showing a very weird screen and would not shut off. It went to their voicemail and I did not leave a message. To my very pleasant surprise, Babek called me back and even diagnosed the situation over the phone. The solution he prescribed worked and it didn't cost a dime! This is incredible customer service and I assure you that I will go there is I ever have a problem AND I will recommend it to the world!

Very reasonably priced. They fixed my screen in about an hour. The staff there is very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them and go back. I am giving them 4 stars however because they game me a free screen protector at the shop but whenever I got home and started to put it on I noticed that it was just a plastic cut out. Like there was no adhesive and the package looked like it had been opened. So it's basically worthless. It's a small thing though. Phone works as it should.

After I dropped my new Motorola phone, I couldn't get the speaker to work, and I really thought I was going to have to buy another one and go through the hours of setting it up again. But I work nearby and saw the Phone Clinic UAB had excellent Google reviews, so decided to give them a call. I took it in, and the technician spent less than three minutes to diagnose AND FIX the problem. I was so grateful and glad not to have to buy another phone. When I asked what I owed him, he insisted it was free, since (from his perspective) it was a very minor issue. Well, for me, it was major issue that would have made my phone nearly unusable. He refused to take any money for helping me out of my bind. I would absolutely take my phone back here with any kind of issue and recommend others do the same. It's likely to be easier and faster, and maybe ultimately cheaper, than dealing with a manufacturer, big box store, or warranty program. Great local business--really treated me like a neighbor. Very highly recommended!

I spent hours at Best Buy and 30 minutes at the Genius Bar. They all gave up on fixing my iPhone 6 (using Apple’s approved troubleshoot and repair process). But Phone Clinic fixed it in less than 15 minutes! Also very affordable. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a phone out of warranty.

Amazing customer service at the Phone Clinic UAB. Took my iPad in because the screen was displaying white bars and had a speedy repair on it. However, after noticing that the new touchscreen was unresponsive in the top-left corner, making the 'messages' app unopenable, a few days after getting it fixed, I took the iPad back to the Phone Clinic and they repaired the digitizer on the spot, free of charge! I highly recommenced the Phone Clinic to anyone in need of tablet repair. Super friendly staff who genuinely cares about making sure that they get the job done right.

This was the second time I had to get my screen repaired...the first place probably caused some of the issues (parts inside my phone were missing) and they certainly didn't let me know about anything and in addition they were overpriced! Dropped an iPhone 6S and cracked the glass around 4 pm at a hobby lobby about an hour away from here. Called around to compare prices nearby, was advertised $54.99 compared to $120 everywhere elsewhere, I came down here. Came in and saw the price for a 6S was actually $89.99, and $54.99 was the starting price for an iPhone 5. Seeing as it was still better than $120, I decided to drop the phone off to have them fix it. Was done in just 30 minutes, result looked flawless, and even came with a screen protector as a gift. Would give 5 stars if the phone advertised price was accurate, but overall a great experience.

This has been an awesome experience. I was distraught when my screen cracked but I didn't want to call my provider and go through the hassle of getting another phone. Best experience I have ever had with a phone repair. Apple Store and other "fix it" places have your phone for up to 7 hours. My 8+ was fixed in about 30 minutes and he gave me a discount off the price even though they are extremely expensive and hard to get (it was the only one he had so he could've taken advantage but did the opposite). Farris helped me and I will never go anywhere else. As a matter of fact, I took my 7+ that was dead and he had it up and running perfectly in no time and at a fraction of what anyone else charges. The service was good. If you have an iPhone they have special rates and a scale so it is really reasonable especially on anything 6s and later. If you a glass front and back waterproof phone such as A Galaxy S7 or newer repair are a lot more expensive. The turn around time at this shop is great. It took about two hours to have the screen on my Galaxy S8 replaced. When my Samsung J7 broke it took an hour for them to call and say they would have to order the parts. If they have to order parts it depends on the part but it will take at least two days.

I took my phone to Phone Clinic UAB and the “doctor” quickly diagnosed it, and repaired it while I waited. Less than $17.00. Had I taken to the Apple Store they would have recommended a new phone or sent it off for repair. I recommend. Update: 9/2/19 So my home button on my iPhone wouldn’t work. I could access my apps and icons but only by sliding my phone, and it was a hassle so I went crack to the clinic and they made a “home button” appear on the screen enabling me to bypass the faulty home button on the phone. For free! The clinic rocks!

Farris was great; my iPhone 5 got water damaged and not only was he patient when I didn’t take his initial suggestion and pressed for a screen replacement rather than just waiting it out, he also didn’t charge me for the time he spent trying multiple screens (only to find that it wouldn’t help, like he’d thought) and was honest that I should just let this phone run its course rather than sinking more money into it. (iPhone 5s are notoriously bad at dealing with water damage?) Oh, he also had all this done within an hour (so I went and got lunch, did some internet surfing...) and didn’t get upset that the phone number I gave him to contact me by was the same number of the phone he was fixing. Silly me. Thanks Farris! I’m from out of town but if I’m back and have more problems, I’ll definitely be coming to find you.
