Ms AxtionI went into the store to buy a used Apple iPhone 11 ..Did that but it wasn't working properly...I was outa town so I called & told Red ..he told me ok bring it back when I return...I did & he refunded my money no problem ..I was expecting a Hassel bcuz ppl don't like to give money back ..also ppl usually don't value good customer service especially small businesses but it was a pleasant surprise to know everybody not petty ...and that is called GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ...Thank you again for just being FAIR !!!! I will shop there again ...,= Respect

T-Mobile couldn't fix my prob, just wanted to sell me a new phone. Dee fixed it for $5. Game over, he gets my biz from here on. Plus, very veteran friendly. Five stars.

It only took 30 minutes for my screen repair and the cost was great! Apple charges an arm and a leg but DeeKnowsPhones is reasonable. He was also very friendly and helpful! I love my new screen soooo much! I recommend this place for an affordable, quick and easy fix for sure!

Howard DodsonI had a groupon to get my son’s iPhone SE shattered screen fixed for under $50. Took it yesterday to Dee Knows Phones (or as Siri heard it “Dino’s” phones). Took about 15 minutes for them to fix it and they also cleaned out my charging port on my phone that was giving me troubles. All the while enjoyed great conversation with Marie and her husband. It was a trek over there from Inverness, but I will use them again when needed.
