Friendly staff, reasonable prices & quick service. Had a busted screen on my iPhone 6 & they had a new one installed in about 50 minutes. Everything looks & works awesome! The new screen has a year warranty on it. If I need any other device fixed in the future, I will definitely bring them here.

My phone completely died in the wee hours while using it. I went to my provider for help and was told I’d have to pay my $250 deductible for a phone that I just paid $1200 in April. I was mad. I didn’t drop the phone. It wasn’t in water, sat on, run over, etc. On a whim, I went to Tesla’s Cellular Repair on 24th in Billings. Nick was super pleasant and helpful. I wasn’t even there for three minutes and he handed back my working phone. Not only that, it didn’t cost a thing. Next time I have trouble, this will be my first stop. I totally recommend them!

I want to thank James with Device Dr for selling my Galaxy S6 screen that I had discussed with him on Thursday. Since I was coming out of Wyoming I would be there Saturday morning when he opened at 10 am to purchase. When I got there he told me he no longer had that screen in stock, he would have to order it , it would be in Thursday or Friday and it would cost $175.00. Needless to say I was not happy and I will never go to Device Dr again. After checking around I was told to try Tesla's. The guys there are phenomenal. They had my screen in stock, and within 2 1/2 hours had my pictures and contacts transferred to my new phone, and since I was not keeping my old phone they only charged me $45.00. They treated me with respect and kindness thru the whole process. In my opinion if you need repairs or accessories for your cell phones there is no better place to go. I will recommend Tesla's to everyone.

Brought my wife's phone in for a screen replacement. Not a flagship so parts need to be ordered. 24 hours later it's done! Pick up the phone and it was great. Fast forward two days and the screen is having issues: dark splotches appearing and growing, speaker can no longer handle bass or anything above 45% volume. Calling them to get it done right. I am an IT deskside admin and repair a variety of devices everyday but didn't want to bother with a phone at home (no tools for these types at home plus phones are the one thing I deal with the least). Should have just bit the bullet and did the job myself...

These guys are great!!! I have had nothing but amazing experiences here, even when hiccups have occurred they have always been prompt and have bent over backwards to fix the issue. Every time I brought my broken phone in and they got it fixed within just an hour and at a much lower price than the other places I took my phone to. Would 1000% reccomend others to this business!!

Excellent. Caleb and his staff always provided great service with fair prices. It's a small local business that takes the hassle out of the whole cell phone repair and activation process. I'd recommend them to anyone. They have used phones and accessories as well as the ability to repair anything I've brought to the store. I've never waited more than five minutes to be helped here.

Got my phone stolen and had to get a new one asap. Went to Tesla under recommendation and ended up buying a used phone for a very good price. Phone was in exact condition described to me on the phone and worked great. Battery was worn and was immediately offered a free replacement. Quality customer service. Would strongly recommend.

Gave me an answer to what was wrong with my phone as soon as they saw it (which the cellular store couldn't do) and gave me detailed instructions on how to get it fixed through my insurance. Great customer service! Everyone I have worked with has been genuine and helpful - none of the patronizing attitude some tech/cellular sales people have. Absolutely recommend.

Cell phone wouldn’t charge. Went in and asked about it. The gentleman who appeared to be in charge looked at it and knew what was wrong. He cleaned the charging port and it worked fine. Immediately started charging as soon as he plugged it in. I asked how much he needed and he said no charge. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back again. Would give them six stars if possible.

I stopped in to have my phone looked at as it was not operating correctly. I was immediately helped by Drew , and he had me up and going in 2 minutes! He is a superb employee, extremely cordial to customers, and an asset to your business! I have been in management for many years oh, and I consider him a promotion. It's not that, at least a raise. I will correct my friends to go there for all their phone needs!

Tesla could have replaced my charging port, as I assumed that was the problem. But a nice, thorough cleaning did the trick and thus, saved me a bunch of money! Will definitely consider them first for any future phone repairs if need be.

Went in there for the first time a couple weeks ago and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and honest!! I had a phone I dropped in the toilet and they could have easily said I needed a ton of repairs and replacements (like another nearby store claimed I would need) they did a chemical wash on it and I was good to go my iPhone was like new 👍 would recommend them to anyone

WOW!!!! my phone screen stopped working and the worst thought came to mind... repair. I started calling around on my office phone and got a few quotes that made me a wee bit sick. All of the sudden i called these guys and told them my problems and they talked me through some simple trouble shooting steps and BAM... phone fixed. I then asked for a quote just in case something came up in the future and WOW, their price was way lower then any one else.
