Sadly i cant remember tge guys name that helped us but he was the only one in the store today 6/23/19 and was a great help! I came in all grumpy from dealing with verizon was not in the best of moods and he was paitent and kind to me left with a GREAT PLAN not even 1/3 of what i was paying and all the same things i had. He made it a great experience! Very happy i stopped in today.

Purchased a new iPhone two weeks ago. My Cricket customer-service rep was Alibek, who was highly professional, knowledgeable and affable. Good guy. Best customer experience in a long time. In my book, Alibek, who I recommend to anyone shopping for a new smart- or cell-phone, deserves an A+.

After spending many hours comparing post and prepaid plans between many different companies then cross referencing my service needs my girlfriend and I chose cricket. The sales experience and knowledge of the product Kobe had us sold after an hour of comparing in-store available phones. With me being a delivery driver my service requirements were a bit more than a local to Billings customer would require. Kobe and Cricket were able to meet and exceed all my service needs. The Cricket branded phones were just under what my "perfect" phones specs would be. However, Kobe was able to point out some of the "beefier" phones his location offered. All in all, I left Cricket with a tremendous monthly savings (several hundreds of dollars) in comparison to what I normally pay for my cell service. Thanks Cricket!!
