I was greeted and treated kindly. When Marshall was able to help he was very professional and respectful! He answered all my questions and helped me put a new screen protector on my wife’s iPhone. I am very happy with how they were able to help me in less than 30 minutes! I’d definitely recommend this store!

Jennifer and the manager that were here this morning were fantastic. My phone is cracked and we were thinking of getting a new one, but instead they offered us a less expensive option that we would allow us to get my phone screen switched so I can keep my phone!! It was a great experience and they were very understanding of what we needed and helping us.

After spending over 30 very frustrating hours on the phone w/AT&T with a massive language barrier problem diagnosing the problem for my hot spot internet device. Finally, after all of those phone calls to AT&T and in addition to 4 trips (one hour each way) into the 2564 King Ave. W. Billings MT. AT&T store we were greeted by David Jobrack. David not only fixed my internet problem fast and with ease. He also set up my husbands new phone. Again fast and with ease. He was very patient and taught my husband all of the things he didn’t know how to do on the new phone. David was very intelligent, knowledgeable, helpful and a super savvy guy! We were super impressed and happy with his customer service and he had great energy. My family and I will only go to David Jobrack personally for any and all of our needs from this day forward.

I had wanted to purchase the $300/yr prepaid service but it's not available in stores, only online or by calling, so i settled for purchasing 1st month and will complete the yearly prepaid service by calling 800 number.

I needed a line added to my phone plan for my daughter. The crew at AT&T gave me a great deal on the Apple Iphone12! Even hooked me up on accessories and put the screen protector on using sorcery and ancient druid incantations so it was perfectly done with no bubbles!

We went into the store on King Ave in Billings last night to get new phones. Eran was so easy to work with! He helped us figure out which phones we wanted and set them up for us seamlessly. Everything went smooth. I also appreciate that everyone was wearing a mask and following CDC guidelines. We left there happy.

The AT and T agent went out of her way to assist me, help me and enable me to feel confident and comfortable when leaving the store. She spent at least 3 hours working on my challenge and concerns. Then, when all was said and done, she offered to take my old iPad and see if she could make it usable for simpler things. Wow.

Our little business phone went dead this morning and we were not able to retrieve text messages or voicemails. The phone needed replaced and we were not sure if we would be able to retrieve our contacts because we didn't know the icloud address infor. Well, Shout Out to JENNIFER, at the King Ave Store, She was able to maneuver around on a black screen and get all our information to transfer to a brand new I Phone 11. Thank you Thank you. The service was great. They have great offers there, the only thing I have to say is, schedule an appointment for a day you have nothing really planned. Some days you can be right in and out, other days you could be stuck for a few hours, and there's never really telling what you'll get.

This is the ONLY AT&T store I will go into. They are fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They dont try to hurry you out the door. Broadwater store could learn some manners from westend store, I dont like rude people. Got the note 8 and like it very much so.

Freakin' Awesome

I said it once, and I'll say it again. Devon Clayton invented customer service. Simple as that. I bought a used AT&T iPad from somebody online and just decided to buy a plan for it one day. No hassle, month to month data at an affordable price. He tweaked his schedule and pulled a miracle and got me in and out in less than a half an hour. He likes what he does and is good at it. When mistakes happen and corporate rules stand in the way he goes to bat for his customers. That man never shrugs and says, "It's company policy", he calls the support line and does anything he can to make it work for you. It's still AT&T, it's still a big company but somehow he takes the pain out of dealing with a giant corporation.

I feel like buying a new phone is almost as bad as buying a car! We walked into this location expecting to wait "forever". Instead, we were greeted right away by Tierra. This girl is a GIFT to AT&T! Seriously. It sounds tacky, but we had fun with Tierra! She showed us all available phones etc and had us out of there quickly. She visited with us, didn't pressure us and is just a sweet gal. Truly loved our experience with her! When we went back to pick up the phones when they came in, I was so happy to see Tierra when we walked in! Thank you, Tierra for making this a fun experience. PS. we love the new phones!
