These guys are the best! Not only did they repair my computer in less than five hours, but the price was fantastic! They were super knowledgeable and were able to deduce my problem in minutes! Fantastic customer service- I would highly recommend them. One hundred percent!!!

I had to fly to Billings to have my phone fixed. I told Justin I was flying back in a few hours so he said he would put a rush on it. I had it back in an hour & a half. My screen had been shattered after being run over & he fixed it good as new. I was impressed by their friendliness & the great job they did. I would highly recommend them!

These cats over here are absolute life savers. Had a cracked screen that woke up and chose violence one day. Finally tired of broken glass in my fingers I stopped in. Not only did they have all the answers they learned me up on a few tricks to get around that costly deductible. Quick, professional and thank little baby Jesus, painless. Just 2 hours my phone is like brand new again for 30 bucks. Highly recommended and I'll be a repeat offender, I mean customer in the future.

Guys took my appointment (I was 15 minutes late) they fixed my charger port,sim crd tray and had my fone back up and runnin inside 1 1/2 hours! and lifetime warranty on my screen protector? GTHO?!? YUP!! seriously best money ever spent!!! I will come back thankyou Drew n Justin

Last 🌃 my 🦶🦶 got caught ☝️ w/each other & I ended up falling out of my camper on2 the ground & a small pile of 🪵. After I pulled myself ☝️ off of the ground I realized my 📱 was n my back pocket. I pulled it out & sure enough the screen is shattered. I need my ☎️ 4 my job, so I started 2 freak out. Then I remembered that an Asurion Agent told me about their 🏤 up n the Heights. After my 🙍‍♂️ called & then did an 💻 claim, I rushed 2 the Heights. Meet by a young man, he was very nice, helpful & understood everything. He took my ☎️ & informed me that he & his partner would do their very best 2 get my 📱 fixed but might not b able 2 get it till the next day. They close @ 7. So after sitting n the parking lot 4 almost an hour,(being 5:00) I headed 🏠. 10 minutes later I received a text that my phone was done. I rushed back up 2 the heights & hurried in2 the store. A different young man came from the back, I told him who I was & he left 2 get the phone. He returned with my newly fixed screen & we chatted 4 a bit. Come 2 find out, that young man's name is Drew. He was also the young man who told me about the office in the Heights. Thank you Drew & ur fellow employee 4 working so fast 2 get my phone done. U literally saved my life & my job. Any1 & every1 who has a broke phone UBreakIFix is the people 2 get a hold of. U will not b disappointed, I promise u that. Thanks Again Guys, You Rock!!!!! Signed- A Very Happy & Satisfied Customer.

The guys at Asurion (Device Doctor) were awesome. I took in an electromagnet shirt press that wasn't working. They had no experience working on this type of item and had no problem admitting that, but they were still willing to give it a try. Just a few days later they found the issue and had it fixed up at what I think was a completely reasonable price. Thanks guys you saved me upwards of $600.

I broke the inner screen on my Z-Fold 3 this morning and its middle of New Years weekend. I was referred to Asurion in Billings Heights for repair. Not looking forward to the normal "We will have to send it back to the manufacturer for approval" or telling me my phone needs something just to try and upsell the deal. Andrew was extremely professional and clearly experienced in the feild. He literally rebuilt my phone same day and turned it in for manufacturer warranty without me having to pay a dime. I will be spreading the word. Thanks Andrew!

I've been here twice now, and both times I have had the best experience. The guys are super nice, very helpful, and really easy to work with. Having your phone break can be so stressful, but knowing I can take my phone here when something goes wrong is a huge relief. The storefront is also very clean and nice. I never post reviews, but I can't recommend these guys enough!

Really great place! Justin repaired my Mac and I got it back that same day, the price was as excepted nothing too pricey. I had to bring it back in shortly after for the same issue and again I got it back that same day with no extra charge! They’re so great and friendly & very efficient. I just wish they had a more west end location.

The guys at this place were extremely friendly, they also explain things very well and were very understanding In that I don’t always understand that level of computers. They gave me several options to repair or replace or fix my laptop. Overall they were inexpensive and did a fantastic job. Hunter and several others on the team helped me out! My son fell on his phone and broke the screen, so it was unusable. They walked me through the best way to get it repaired, got the parts ordered in, called me as soon as they got there, and had his phone fixed in just a couple hours. I highly recommend using them if you're in need of repair!

I went in on a Friday afternoon to get my screen fixed from a crack. They didn't have my screen in stock but made the order for it right away and it was in the next day. They were able to take my phone and finish the repair in the same day. They even stayed late to make sure my phone got done. Thank you Justin and Hunter at Asurion!!

Best Buy put my phone on a computer because the speaker wasn’t working and said I needed a new speaker and screen and it cost $120, but they didn’t have the part and they wanted me to leave my phone for three days which I did not want to be without a phone for three days. So a Verizon Store recommended Assurion tech repair and Solutions located at 611 Hilltop suit 2 in Billings MT. I went in there and told them my problem and they said it probably just needs cleaned within less than five minutes they had it working perfectly again and said just recommend their business to others and come back,they did not even charge me they were awesome.
