My phone was SEVERELY damaged on the front to the point that I could barely see anything on the screen. I gave them my phone and by the next day it looked brand new!! It doesn't take them 24hrs to fix a phone but I turned it in late in the afternoon so I had to get it the following morning . I highly suggest this place to anyone in the area. They are reliable and professional.

They went above and beyond to help me, calling cabs, getting cab price to Best Buy (I was in Baltimore for a few days for work), and to diagnose and fix my phone. At the end, they needed to order parts, but I was flying out of the city and couldn't wait, so decided not to fix the phone. They didn't charge me anything, even though they have spent so much time and effort to diagnose the problem! THANK YOU guys! You are really nice!

Today was my first experience dealing with the store. I’ve used a couple of other repair centers in the past but this store is the closest to me. I had to take a minute and write a review because the quality of service and professionalism I received was awesome. The time was taken to explain everything and to make sure I got the best value for my dollar. I would strongly recommend using these folks for any iPhone service or repair. They really are very professional and honest.

The very professional and knowledgeable nice Asian man fixed the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus in a record time of 17 minutes even though he said it would be 30 minutes. Most places say a hour. The price was $110, it might cost less if you have an average size screen, I have a Plus size model. The nice man gave me 25% off on a new phone case because I had my screen fixed. I'm extremely happy with the excellent service I received while at We Fix It All. I would recommend it to friends and family.

I went in to get my obliterated screen replaced. Very friendly, professional, affordable and quick. To get my iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced, it was $120 (compared to the 200+ other places were quoting me) and took about 40 minutes. While replacing, Woo found another issue and fixed it free of charge. He also put on a screen protector for free to thank me for my patience. Great customer service and I will definitely recommend them to all my clumsy friends

I cracked my phone yesterday so I called around to see how much it would cost. They were the least expensive to get it fixed. I stopped in today and they had a bunch to fix but they were able to fix it pretty quickly. The staff was polite and knowledgeable.

The service was fast and cheap but wasn't really good. I got my screen and camera fixed for only 100. It looked good on the outside but when I turned the phone on, the vibrance was off and everything seemed brighter. But my phone looked cute tho and my camera is fire!

Dropped my V20 phone and the screen went completely blank. The friendly knowledgeable techs had to order parts since it's a less common phone, but they did it quickly and at a good price, and the phone screen looks and acts factory. Will recommend this store to friends and associates.

I got a cracked iPhone 6S screen replaced today. They did a short diagnostic and noticed my earpiece volume was very low, due to build-up. So they cleaned that out for me, too. All done in one hour. Only cost $60. My phone hasn’t looked this good since 2015!

Came in here today with a broken screen, broken home button, and the so called “Black Screen of Death” on my iPhone 6s. Honestly wasn’t sure if it was going to be possible to fix everything. I was told it was definitely possible and to come back in one hour. Came back to a perfectly fixed phone, a working home button and Touch ID restored. Phone is working perfectly with no issues as well. Total cost to repair the phone was $70. This place seemed to have the best rates for repair than all the other places in Baltimore. Definitely would come back here and would recommend to anyone needing their iPhone fixed.

I'm a potential customer - I went in with my shattered phone and he was very honest and said that he could fix it but given the bend in the phone case it would probably break and pop out again within 1 to 2 months. My experience here could not have been better. I wanted to get my home button and ringer fixed and a worker named John told me that it would cost $140. I called another repair shop somewhere else and they told me it would be $90. I decided to go back to WE FIX IT ALL and see if John could bring the price down to $115 since paying for an Uber there and back would make the other store more expensive. John understood my situation and agreed to the $115. I was overjoyed since I would be saving time and money, and then, to make things even better, John played around with my phone a bit and showed me how to control the ringer and home button using a separate feature. He asked me if I still wanted to spend over a 100 dollars since I could control things with that method. Of course I didn't want to go through with the repair since I now had a separate solution that was completely free. I was so happy that John could have made a sale but instead chose to help me solve the issue for free. THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT CHEAT YOU, thank you John and the rest of the team at WE FIX IT ALL

I took my laptop to We Fix It All after taking it to two other laptop repair shops. Both other shops were not even ready to diagnose the problem. When I went to We Fix It All, I was thinking these guys would be the same. This laptop has some important work of several years and some expensive softwares. At any cost, I wanted it to work, because the cost otherwise was prohibitively expensive both in terms of time and money. My laptop was just not powering on. No signs of electric current going into the device, no LED indicators were working. This was very frustrating. Being fairly knowledgeable about computers, I had done my own diagnosis, but was not able to isolate the problem. But, the technicians at We Fix It All proved me completely wrong! They did an extremely thorough job, went through analysis of the problem in an very diligent manner and successfully isolated the problem. They did NOT overcharge me or rake up the cost of repair which they could have done very easily. Instead they were extremely honest and professional. Especially Mr. Wu who is the technician there is not only a genius, but a magician who can fix very complicated problems. Mr. Wu is my hero today :) Overall, the cost was very reasonable, service was fast and timely (did not take more time than promised), conduct of business was HONEST and professional. I am 100% satisfied and recommend We Fix It All to everyone.

While at a comic convention in Baltimore, a young lady tripped over me, hit my phone, knocking it out of my hand and breaking the screen. I went to a place close by. It was closed (not good business sense on a productive holiday weekend). The next three places didn't have the screen in stock. The last place called its sister store, We Fix It All. Needless to say, they hard the part. I travelled way cross town, in a city I was unfamiliar with, and meet Wu. He was a godsend. He was empathetic, courteous and professional. My phone was fixed in less than the two hours he predicted. Baltimore natives and visitors, got a problem with your phone, cracked screen, etc. Hit up We Fix It All. Ask for Wu. Let him work his magic. You won't be disappointed.

One of my students accidentally cracked my Surface Pro 3 screen. I brought it in to this place who thoroughly fixed the computer. They made sure to explain the entire process to me, what was wrong with the computer, and what they were going to do. They even went out of the way to buy THREE different screens to get them to work for my computer. I got my computer back completely functional. I would recommend them to anyone. I am no longer in Baltimore and went out of my way to come back and give this place this review. Good job guys!

These guys fixed my My apple Iphone 5 in less and 1 hour. My charging port wore out and I decided to fix it myself. Bad mistake! LOL.. These guys were patient and understanding. Listened to the symptoms and RESURRECTED my dead I phone, which had been dead for 2 weeks! I had given up. I am really happy with my experience and I decided to buy a wireless charging case/pad (which they had on sale) for my Iphone so I don't have to unplug/plug the lightning cable so much. Thanks again!

I may seem anal but, they don't fix it all. I asked if they repair PS4's, and yes was the response. I told him my HDMI port needs to be replaced. His reply " That would require us to go inside, we can't go inside to replace it". My thought is , can you really fix a ps4 w/o going inside it. Very disappointed, now I have to get a soldering iron and do it myself.
