My girlfriend had to get her phone repaired from water damage (it works perfectly now!) and I needed a new screen protector. Only $10 for my iPhone 12 mini! But I realized after I left that it was the wrong size. I went back to exchange it and the owner was super nice! She double checked the size AND gave me an extra screen protector, apologizing that I had to come back to the store. Now THAT’S customer service! If I could give more than 5 stars I would... TBH what Lisa did for me there isn't enough stars to give her. My issues was simple and Lisa fixed my problem in no time, but what made the experience exceptional is Lisa compassion. I had a phone with a cracked screen, I went through my carrier to get a replacement phone. The issue was that my screen on the old phone was so damaged that I was unable to unlock my phone to transfer all my stuff. I have an Android so some stuff transfer but what didn't was photos and voicemails from my dad who recently passed away. I honestly didn't think I would ever recover them and I was willing to keep and broken phone because I refuse to loose that piece of my dad. Lisa understood that and even tolerated me talking through my tears. She came up with a solution, transferred ALL my stuff and made sure I had them. before wiping my old phone clean. I am so happy that I can listen to my dad voice again. This is all possible because of Lisa. I cried again , but they were tears of joy. This was something that you couldn't put a price tag on. To top it off her prices were very fair.. it didn't cost me an arm and a leg plus a toe.. I cannot thank Lisa enough for what she did. I am eternally grateful and a customer for life.

I visited this store to fix my iPhone X that was suffering a swollen battery and a related screen damage. Lisa was very kind, generous, and skillful. She looked into my phone very carefully and fixed it very fast. My phone is almost like brand-new. Her service was super great and awesome. Also, the price was very friendly. I was so scared when I broke my phone being as though I use it for work purposes. When I walked in the lady was extremely nice and curious as to what happened so she could best fix my phone. Lisa is so wonderful! I had very old cell phone that died, and that I wanted to retrieve so wonderful photos and contacts. When I switched from Sprint to ATT, that company told me the photos were lost! So I went to uBreakiFix to the Towson office and the new Canton office. uBreakiFix, both told me my memory in the phone was gone. Wow! This was my first time there and must say it was a very pleasant experience. We would recommend MobileLizard Cell Phone Repair to friends. We felt very comfortable in using this provider. What was really a plus for us, was that at opening time, the owner was not there. We called to be sure the store would open and the voice mail came on and added, “If you are not able to contact us please text us a message.” I did text inquiring if they were going to open as we were outside. A reply came saying that they are going to open but apologize for not being there but would be at the store in about 15 minutes. Service was great and quick.

Outstanding Service and Quality! Lisa explained everything up front and delivered in record time. This was a battery replacement for a Samsung phone. She explained that all of these Samsung phones have different batteries in them. Part ordered and fixed the next day. Mobile Lizard was a much better alternative than using the Assurian Service Contract that is attached to the phone. I rarely find a company or person that provides excellent service these days!

On my way back from lunch I forgot my phone in my back pocket and totally shattered my iPhone 6 screen, when I sat back down at my desk. Just great... I immediately started searching for places to repair it. I asked on Instagram for screen repair places and was recommended to check out Mobile Lizard. After checking out the website and seeing the service I needed, screen repair, listed I called and was told all I needed to do was bring my phone in. I was assured that my 6 could be repaired in about 30 minutes that day. After work I went to the store. I handed over my phone and it was checked out to make sure none of the buttons or charging port were damaged. I opted to wait in the store, I got a chance to look around. Everything was neat, organized, and clean. Before I knew it my phone was fixed. The sales person recommended a screen protector to help prevent cracking the screen in the future. I almost did a back flip when I found out I could have it installed for FREE! I don't know about you but I can NEVER get them on straight and or without having bubbles on the screen. All told I was there for about 45 minutes including the screen protector install. My phone is better than new, the new screen is gorgeous! My phone carrier store recommended me to Mobile Lizard when they couldn't figure out why my Samsung Galaxy 6 wouldn't turn on. Lisa was able to recognize that my battery was swollen (completely imperceptible to my eyes) and was able to take it apart and put in a new battery (something my phone's store couldn't do). She communicated quickly and the prices were fair, and she saved me from having to buy a new phone! Even though I hope I don't have to be a frequent visitor, I would absolutely recommend ML for any cell phone repair.

Lisa at Mobile Lizard is a wizard! After not backing up my phone or using iCloud for over a year, my phone's screen became unresponsive. It just so happened that evening my old laptop also crashed!
