This place is great. They're honest, fairly priced, very polite, and very knowledgeable. I told Casey the problems I was having with my phone, he was able to diagnose it and order the replacement part. When I came in for the repair, Steven was able to repair my phone quickly and effectively. Every interaction I had with the anyone from the store was extremely polite and helpful; they really want to help, and they're able to follow through flawlessly.

Got my iPhone xr screen repaired on site at my home during the Covid-19 lock down. I reached out Forever wireless on their website and chatted with Casey. He was able to setup an appointment to have a tech come to my home and complete the repair which took about 15 minutes. They respected the whole social distancing thing by having the tech ask me to leave the device outside my door while he watched from a safe distance. He took the device to his car and got repaired it. Left it by the door and rang the door bell for me to come and grab it. He waited from a distance so ensure that it was safe. The tech also mentioned that he wiped down the phone to do whatever he could to “stop the spread”, it was really nice to see how much thought they put into this process. The repair coordinator sent me an invoice to pay remotely and that was it! Phone is working great and I am super thankful to have found a service like this. Thank you to Forever Wireless for your great service!

If they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for they will do what they have to in order to get it for you in a timely fashion. I recommend this place if you need to repair your cell phone. I was hopeless as I have quite rare cell phone-Lenovo. The touch screen stopped working when It got moistured in my back pack during rain. I called Customer Service at Lenovo and warranty wouldn't cover it. Luckily I found this excellent place where amazing people like Steve work!!!! Steve was very knowledgeable, polite and action oriented. He fixed it almost immediately for me at the place. The cost of repair was also very satisfying. I hope I will not be back here but if you need to repair your phone, don't waste time in searching, just go there.

The screen on my son's phone cracked and we took it to Metro 2 to see if they could fix it today. Originally I was under the impression that they would have to order a new one that would take 5 days to do but after it was shown to the guy who does the repairs I was told they could fix it on the spot and the price was quite reasonable (especially compared to getting a new phone). I couldn't be happier with the experience, the service and the results and am relieved that it was that easy to get the phone back to its state from before the incident where it fell and hit the pavement (it basically looks like new). Apparently, they used an original screen too.

My son smashed the screen on my Iphone and I needed a quick fix. My wife went to the Apple store and they were expensive and rude. They even told her that they couldn't see us for 3 days. On the recommendation of a friend I took my phone to Metro 2. They fixed it for a very reasonable price in about 20 minutes. It was quick, easy, and Waqia the manager is a doll. Prompt and friendly email response to my webform submitted inquiry. As far as I know this is the ONLY wireless store in Baltimore that knows how to service (in my case replaced battery) on the Nexus 6p(and they had the battery IN STOCK to boot); not a do-it-yourself job. I was offered to set an appointment at my convenience to reserve the technician and it was replaced in about an hour. Thanks a million! Next closest repair shop that could do this was either York or Bethesda, at almost double the price Thanks Casey!!!

I purchased a tablet for my son for Christmas to make a long story short I messed his tablet up by deleting his email account because of family link and thought i was gonna have to replace it because i couldnt get into it or do a factory reset. I took it to a boost mobile store and they told me they couldn't fix it but they directed me to go to Reisterstown rd plaza. I just knew i was gonna be wasting my time going up there but I went to the plaza and was introduced to Heidy and Steve. I don't know what they did or how they did it but God knows I wanted to jump cross the counter and hug them cause they fixed my son tablet for me.I am beyond grateful.....Thanks Heidy and Steve

Dimitri was the person who helped me with my phone. I am not from Baltimore and my phone broke while I was on a work related trip.
