They saved my phone at the end of June. I made an appointment online & they confirmed via phone. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, & efficient. I needed a screen replacement & they had me as good as new in hours. Great experience & I highly recommend this location.

This was a seamless, easy, and high quality experience. Cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra 5G, the screen was flashing like a strobe light. Dropped off my phone and it was ready within 2 hours, fixed like brand new!! My tech was awesome and she has a long history working with Samsung phones. Highly recommend should you find yourself with an unfortunate cracked screen.

I had a very pleasant experience with associate Nia. I had never been to an Asurion store before. Their service seems to be capable of competing against any big name tech company, and you can have your products serviced here under certain manufacturer warranties. The Asurion Home Plus service is a great value. I definitely recommend checking them out and working with Nia if available. Thank you Nia!

Q, Luis, and Mr. Jay all went above and beyond in their service fixing my phone. I came in fairly late in the day and they all stayed after closing to make sure I left with my phone repaired. Friendly, communicative, helpful, everything you'd want out of a customer service experience. Can't recommend them enough, I'll be coming back for all of my electronic repairs.
