I went to uBreakiFix for a PC screen repair and was very impressed with the service. Each person who helped me was very efficient and helpful. My diagnostic appointment lasted less than ten minutes, and I left with all of my questions answered. Once my screen had arrived, and I dropped off my laptop, it has repaired within the estimated three hours. When I picked up my laptop, I was made aware of all the protection plans offered and left well informed. I will definitely be going back to uBreakiFix for any future fixes.

Took my iPhone 11 to the 860 Peachtree location under Verizon’s warranty and had an excellent experience. Kendrick was knowledgeable, friendly and put my mind at ease that my situation was in the hands of a pro. He was exactly the same with the person before me and the guys after me. He told me it would be about an hour and even though he was there by himself and had no idea how many people might come in, he was right on the money. He had me all fixed up and ready to go and gave great advice on what to do going forward to promote good phone health. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

I love this place! And Kendrick is the best. First time I came in, it was to fix my iPhone. He fixed it super fast, same day. Even with several other customers there, his attention and professionalism shined through to each one of us individually. So much that I brought my girlfriend’s laptop in and he was able to miraculously fix it. No other store could fix it! Kendrick and his team are miracle workers! They make you happy you came by!

Great experience- they did just what they promised - replaced my battery in about 2 hours or less, and informed me of insurance plans available and also made me aware of the 1 year warranty included with purchase. They are courteous, professional and certified to replace Apple parts and many others as well. Highly recommended!

Incredibly smooth and satisfying experience. Scheduled online, next day appointment. Arrived on time and was helped immediately by Kendrick. Left for ~1 hr and returned to pick up my phone with a brand new crack free screen. Hopefully I won't need this service again, but if i do, at least I'll know where to go.

We were first blown away by the professional setting of the place, it was nice, clean, brightly lit and welcoming. I was then blown away by how professional the people were in replacing my phone screen for around 1h (it was messed up badly by another company who replaced the screen). The colours were fixed and the screen is very responsive to touch. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I had flown into Atlanta for a friend's wedding when my phone turned into a very expensive paperweight. In a panic -- my boarding passes, banking information, and maps were all on it -- I went to this store. Understanding that the wedding was that same afternoon, they rushed to repair it. Unfortunately, the phone was beyond repair. Fortunately, the incredibly helpful manager and employees recommended a local place for a quick lunch while I waited, then walked me through who to contact (it's still under warranty) and how to get back to my Airbnb in time to get cleaned up and make it my friend's wedding. No joke - Denroy, the manager, absolutely saved the day.

I had a great experience with Brandon and Kendrick at this store. I was having issues with the mic on my iPhone where the sound was really muffled and I wasn't able to make any phone calls or record anything. Brandon and Kendrick helped me to fix this issue - they were super efficient and fixed the problem within 5 mins and they were super friendly and nice throughout the whole process. They gave me detailed info on what was going on with my phone and helped me to understand what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant experience when trying to get your phone fixed.

My iPhone (SE first generation) battery was draining fast and I had to keep it charging most of the time. uBreakiFix replaced it for a very reasonable fee and now it works like new. I'm grateful I don't have to upgrade yet =). Kendrick, Denroy & Brandon are skilled, helpful and efficient.

Kendrick was great. Both him and Denroy were professional, and clearly knew their trade. Very impressed how they discussed potential problem points (which specific microphone, whether it would just be more worth it to replace the logic board). Hadn't seen the issue before, but knew the phone (Pixel 3) well enough to begin that process without even opening it. Definitely would send people in this direction, but hopefully will never have to see them again.

I had my phone repaired at an official Samsung store in California, and a few months later the issue reappeared, but Samsung refused to do anything as my phone was technically out of warranty. I came here to get a diagnosis done, and Kyle was super patient and understanding. It did take a while for it to get done (24 hours after dropoff), but couldn't have asked for better service. He told me honestly that the motherboard was likely bad and it would be better off getting a new phone than spending the money to get it repaired again. The entire diagnostic was free.

The staffs were very professional and friendly; they listen to your problems and give you an estimated timeframe of the repair. 2. They are very transparent and honest about their service. They did not charge anything because the problems were due to the wires being loose inside my laptop. 3. They exceed a remarkable professional benchmark because they contact you through different means like both phone and text once the device is repaired. Earlier today I came to get my S21+ checked out since the screen wouldn't turn on despite everything else working normally including the touchscreen. Kendrick F. was the one who inspected my phone and walked me through the process. I didn't even have an appointment but he was nice enough to make room for me in his busy schedule. His availability to help, the advice he shared, and the speed of service made my visit easy and productive. Update I turned on my phone the next day and the screen came on! I don't know what this man did but he fixed it somehow, God bless him, he needs a raise.

After being let down by the technician that was supposed to come to our house to replace a broken screen I set an appointment through our phone insurance. The two employees who were working at lunchtime on a Saturday could not have been better. They were professional, patient, and kind. We dropped off an iPhone 11 with a broken screen. We ate lunch down the street and picked up the phone an hour later. I hope I never need them again, but will definitely go back to the midtown Atlanta location if I do.
