Adriana, another employee help me with buying a IPhone 12 mini Gameboy case and a Clear case for my IPad mini 2. They also have Screen Protectors for both the IPhone and IPad.

My phone froze and so I decided to restart it and for whatever reason I could not get it to turn back on. I went to Verizon first to see if there was anything they could do and the only solution they offered me was to upgrade which I had no intention of doing at the time. They told me about TPK wireless down the street so I went to check it out hoping they could give me a solution. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes and my phone was back on. It just needed a simple reset but the fact that they knew that immediately and didn’t charge was awesome. This will always be my first stop whenever I have phone issues going forward!

I was greeted when I entered the door, & I was called to the counter for service right away. The Customer Service in this store is excellent. They checked my phone, & told me that I needed a new battery. They didn't have it in stock at the store, so they ordered it for me. They notified me when my battery arrived, & I went back to the store for them to install it for me. The Two Customer Service Ladies at the Counter treated me very well, I have told my friends & neighbors about this store, & now I have an HP Laptop that needs a battery, so I shall be returning to the store very soon, Thank You & Be Blessed!
