Lifeline has above average customer service. I have been going there for years and have been extremely satisfied with their repair work on my laptop, iphone, and their trouble shooting. Jeremiah and Gabriel took a lot of time helping me to get my printer connected to my laptop. They did it all remotely. Both of them are sooo smart and knowledgeable about software and hardware. They were extremely patient with me, since I am 60 years old and know very little about computers. They have never let me down. I would definitely recommend you to use their services in the Dunwoody store, which is where I go or any other location as well.

We’ve tried other phone repair shops but knowledge /quality varies widely even within the same shop. This place is still open despite the quarantine (because many people consider having a phone to be "essential"). In any event, they are observing all precautions to ensure cleanliness and distance between the employee and customers. I went there today to have my phone repaired and they did a great job. This place is LEGIT! Best customer experience I've had in a long time. I was told by other phone repair shops that my iPhone screen couldn't be fixed b/c the screws on it were stripped. First of all, I wasn’t even sure Alex would be able to fix my phone. THEN he fixed it even faster than he estimated. Luckily it was only suffering from minor water damage, which he cleaned up, and on top of that he explained everything so thoroughly I felt like I should’ve tipped him! He was incredibly nice, he fixed my phone, AND he saved me from spending $120 extra on my deductible had I gone through insurance. Overall a super pleasant experience. My phone screen had cracked and they did a great job replacing it. I called ahead and checked that they had the parts in place for my phone and was able to walk in. They told me it would take about 1.5 hrs. I went and ran some errands, returned in that time frame, and my phone was ready. The price point was great too. Great customer service!

I have insurance through my phone company but could I never schedule an appointment or get a phone call returned so I went to Lifeline and they fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes, it’s like brand new! I was so bummed that I cracked my iPhone 5s screen. I called LifeLine Repairs they got me set up with an appointment at my convenience. Took my phone in, sat down, and enjoyed a little magazine article. I say little...it only took 20 minutes! Got my phone back and it looked better than new. I had to get my phone's screen repaired here and was very pleased. I wasn't pleased components of my phone failed a month out of warranty, but that's how they're designed. If you use your phone for work and have to have it, Lifeline can usually get the part overnight if it's not in stock, and fix it in about an hour or so after that. If you're unfortunate enough to require their services, I'd recommend them.

First of all, the customer service here is amazing and they honor their warranty. It’s fast and the location is convenient, so you can walk to Starbucks or shopping while you wait the 30 min to get it fixed. I took off one star because the quality of the replacement screen is not as good as original Apple. It has a blue hazy tint and colors aren’t as vibrant. They did give me some of the money back after realizing the issue (again, great, courteous customer service), but it still cost nearly $100 after taxes and I’m sad that my phone isn’t as good as new. It may not matter to others, but do a lot or photo editing on my phone, so having colors look wrong is a big minus for me. I wish I would have taken it to Apple.

Not all Lifelines are created equal, but if you have to fix something, go to this location at Briarcliff and look for Alex. I called a few locations some of the closer ones weren't customer centric (aka Cobb) but Alex from Briarcliff was informative, confident and straightforward without being rude. He fixed my device in a very short time when I walked over to get a cup of coffee and before I finished it, and informed me next steps and their warranty in case this doesn't work. If i have to fix it again, I will be willing to drive across town and see him again.

I first arrived at Life Line via a random Google search inquiry alongside a friend of mine; he had previously taken of his devices for repairs and spoke highly of the quality of service he received. For that reason, I had my iPhone repaired at LifeLine smartphone and tablet repair, a second time because I dropped my phone within only 6 days of having the device repaired! The staff were friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to assure that I was happy! I was without my phone during the holidays and I didn't want to put myself in a bind by taking my phone elsewhere for yet another display repair. So, I waited patiently until today and I am beyond satisfied with this business and its operating staff! I will always return here for all of my smartphone and tablet repair needs!!! My Surface Pro stopped charging 4 days out of warranty. They repaired it promptly and professionally, warning that the screen might crack on removal. Alex has a lot of experience with the Surface, being one of the first shops in Atlanta to provide service on them. He was able to repair it with no screen damage, and the repair carries a warranty. Will definitely keep them in mind for any (inevitable) phone screen repairs.

My tablet stopped working just before an international trip. I went to Lifeline at 6pm and they fixed it before 7pm so I could take it with me on my early morning flight to watch movies on the plane. They were really nice and I'm not sure how they knew how to fix it when Verizon didn't but I'm sure gladiator found them. They're awesome and I definitely recommend them!

Really impressed with the Lifeline techs. Professional, thorough and quick. I had a small issue with my charging port so my 5s wouldn't charge properly. Instead of just replacing the part, they cleaned up the port and it works right again. They could have easily pushed a higher-priced fix or charged money for their time in cleaning the charging port, but they opted to make a long-term impression instead. Worked with Gabriel who looked at my Bose Headphones which weren't working. I walked in at 6pm and had my headphones back in less than 24 hours and they were working! Gabriel provided extremely good customer service and was successful in the repair within a relatively short timeframe. I came here because neither my front nor rear cameras were working on my iPhone 6 Plus. Took it to the Apple Store where they ran diagnostics and took nearly two hours to say they could only fix it if they shipped it off and charged me $329. Lifeline fixed the problem for $80 in about 25 minutes. Very pleased A+++ would recommend.

My review is long! LOL - I used them twice within three days. Bottom line is I definitely recommend this place. Pros: Fast service, AWESOME customer service, competitive rates. I bought a Galaxy S3 a couple months ago - at full price. So when I dropped my phone on a Saturday night I just knew I had to get if fixed. One because the phone was too new for me not to and because the crack was sooo ugly. I have insurance on my handset but I wasn't thrilled about sending the phone in, paying a deductible, and chance getting a "similar" phone back in return - all for the same price if I just took it here. I was happy to see that they were open on a Sunday and right around the corner. I called as soon as they opened. Initially no one answered but they called me right back and apologized before I had a chance to hang up. They were literally on the other line. My screen was the only thing broken and they fixed it fast. The very next day I dropped my phone again. Shame me for not having a case yet. Not only did they give me a discount on the second repair they price matched the protective case I ordered online. Hopefully I don't break any more screens but this is the first place I would go. The customer service is great - they actually care about making sure their customers are satisfied.

I needed to replace my prius' smart key. Buttons didn't work even though it had a new battery. I had bought a new smart key shell online but needed to transfer the "brains" of my old, worn-out smartkey into it. I couldn't do that last bit on my own so I called around the cheapest estimates I could find was for $250-300. On a whim I called this place. They were awesome! They hadn't done this kind of repair before yet in like 10 or 15 minutes they figured everything out. I left with a great new smart key, all the buttons work and I only paid ~$40. Hell yeah! Highly recommend!

These guys were awesome! I had my Samsung galaxy S3 phone drop and I went to them with a lot of frustration about it. They recommended many solutions for me, even sold me an iPhone 4s for a great price. I had a few difficulties getting the phone service on the network I preferred, but they were always there to take my calls and guide me through the process. At the end of the day, I missed having my Samsung, so these guys were great about returning the iPhone and fixing my Galaxy S3. Their prices are comparable to anyone out there and they price matched for me. I don't live in the area, but I will travel for great customer service like they gave me. I typically don't leave reviews but when I do thats because its well deserved. Few months ago I ran over my iPhone Xs about 3 times with a 27,000 pound truck. I took the phone in and within 30 minutes it was repaired like nothing eve happened and I was sent on my way after signing up for the LifeSavers membership program. Im the guy that usually dont believe that I will ever need anything like it.... Well over Fathers Day week I made a mistake and ended up in a pool with my phone. After expecting a total loss or having to pay a hefty fee to at least pull my DATA, Gabriel is able to come to the rescue and get my phone working like nothing every happened. Thanks to everyone there, I know i drove past a few dozen cell phone repair stores, and will continue to do so to get to Lifeline for that trusted service

Great Staff! My iPhone 3GS battery could not hold a charge. I went to Kestas at LifeLine and asked him to fix it. 20 minutes later I walked out with a working phone. Within a week it was having issues with signal. I brought it back, he ran some tests and determined the antenna was bad. He fixed it, and didn't charge me anything. This guy is high quality.

Had a cracked screen on my 6S Plus; fixing it ended up being way more of a hassle than it was worth. First they didn't have replacement screens in stock; fine. Then they fixed it, but the home button wouldn't work at all. Finally got it back after almost two weeks only to discover a myriad of small problems, such as the 3D Touch not working properly. But by this point I was so worn down that I'd rather turn off 3D Touch and live with a phone that occasionally doesn't register regular touch correctly. If you have a newer Apple device, I strongly recommend just taking it to Apple. To their credit, they didn't charge me anything after the initial fee for replacing the screen. I would rate them higher, but there seems to be a serious lack of communication among store employees. Only one guy, a gentleman with a cane, seemed to understand what was going on with my phone and he did everything he could to help; everyone else was nice, but apparently clueless about my situation.

Lifeline got my IPhone working again when Apple wouldn't even look at it! 2nd experience, Samsung galaxy 8+ wouldn't charge, they changed the port for $65 & I still couldn't get it to charge, wanted $80 for a new battery, at that point I almost could've bought a new phone!!!

The keyboard on our laptop started to skip certain key. We could only use it with an attached keyboard. I brought it to LifeLIne and was given and estimated price and time required for the repairs. They ordered the replacement part and called us when the part arrived so I could bring the computer back in. It took them about an hour to replace the part and as a result there was minimal inconvenience from not having the computer. We are very pleased.

Their name couldn't be more fitting!!! A couple weeks ago I dropped my phone and cracked my LCD screen. I didn't even realize this kind of service was possible. I thought I'd have to get a new phone. I went to the Sprint store in Cool Springs and was told my phone had too much water damage and there was nothing they could do. I would have had to spend over 400 on a new Iphone. The person at Sprint suggested Lifeline in Green Hills letting me know they could save me money and probably fix the problem and I would be able to keep the same phone. They go out of their way, are really patient with making sure you know the nitty-gritty of what you have to do. VERY helpful. Touchscreen stopped working, and they said that replacing it probably wouldn't fix the problem, even though they could charge me a hundred bucks for it, they just wouldn't feel right about it. I dropped my Galaxy S3 on the floor and cracked the screen. I called a couple of places and had estimates of well into $300. When I called Lifeline they explained to me it's a lot easier to replace not only the glass, but the LED screen underneath. Only a certified techinician can replace ONLY the glass if that's the issue. I scheduled an appountment first thing in the morning and had it back in a couple of hour for LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE what some places had quoted me. Hopefully I won't have to do it again (have a much better case now), but I'll be back if it does.

In summation, he is replacing the broken iPad with a new iPad identical to the one I owned. This was major to me and changed my entire perspective of the company. This told me that this company does indeed care about its customers and that anomalies will ultimately occur and everyone won't always get it right. But how a company responds to an issue is what is most important and Lifeline responding quickly, and adequately was the best results for everyone involved.
