Hands down best experience I’ve ever had a cell phone repair shop. Technician was extremely knowledgeable & efficient. He even took the time to explain the problem, and give me some tips. My iPhone 10XR hadn’t been working in 2 days. I’d gone to 2 other places, but had no luck. I’m so grateful I decided to give Phone Tech a try…otherwise I may have been forced to buy another phone that I clearly didn’t need. My phone is working perfectly now!

10/10 would recommend Phone Tech!! Another store didn’t have my screen available and I called Phone Tech and they said, “Of course we have it!” The service was in 30 minutes and my phone screen is better than it was when I previously got it fixed down the road. Shoutout to the worker who’s name I didn’t catch, so kind and so helpful. There is also a 90 day warranty in case any issues come up. Couldn’t be more thankful!

True confession: I apparently have slippery fingers and have dropped my phone and caused various issues to my phone more times than I'd like to admit over the last year+. Phone Tech has become the ONLY place I will take my phone. I 100% trust this company. The service is always high quality with great professionalism and honest advice. Like a primary care doctor who knows your medical history to better understand your current situation, Nathan knows the ins and outs of my phone's history and can therefore diagnose and fix any issue I have super quickly. I love that he cares about the community and that we have (unfortunately given my carelessness haha) built a relationship now. It's nice to have a local shop that truly cares about serving its community.

This is one of the best repair experiences I have had for a phone. I am an engineer and tend to try my hand at repairing my phone when I can, but it is time I often don't have. I've had other, less experienced, repair shops really mess up electronics. And don't get me started on the Apple Store with its long waits, 4 hour appointment windows, and $300 phone repairs. I was so pleased with PHONE TECH - I walked in, handed him my phone, and $50 and 30 minutes later I had my battery replaced. He gave me advice on some other minor repair issues I had for far less than Apple did, and was great to deal with. So many of these phone repair places have untrained employees who have no clue what they are doing - Phone Tech is a great value and I'd recommend it.

My girl threw my phone at me and the screen on my iPhone 7 plus shattered! I needed my phone fixed immediately for work and no one would give me a good deal since my phone was brand new! Fantastic work at a fair price! A competing store further away had a cheaper price, but consistent reviews and an ETA less than most stores prompted me to check out Phone Tech. I wasn't happy about breaking my phone but I guess it happens to all of us at one time or another. I shopped around my area and found Phone Tech with a great price and warranty. I called and they had my part in stock. I went there and got my phone fixed in less the 30 minutes and the customer service was great. The waiting room was very comfortable. Dropped my phone last night. Searched for local repair shops. Called a couple places around and yelped. The older places didn't seem to want to help me. I ran into Phone Tech and met Nathan. He was super nice and very knowledgeable about the repair. He also explained to me why he was going to charge me instead of just giving me a price and push me off. I got a great deal and a discount on my tempered glass. I hope I don't need his help with another repair. But I will definitely recommend this location over the over priced franchise repair shops.

I came by to get my iPhone 6s screen fixed. Nathan the manager was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what work was to be done and costs associated with it. The shop super clean and orderly and is conveniently located in the Toco Hills Shopping Center. I absolutely recommend coming to Nathan for you phone repair needs.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. I accidentally broke my friends phone and I wasn't too happy about having to come out of pocket to fix it. I gave this place a shot and the phone was fixed so fast, I have to admit I was impressed. The screen looks amazing and the price was better than I expected. My angry friend had a smile on his face after I gave it back, he said it looked better than the old scratched one he previously had. Nathan knocked out 2 birds with one stone cause if I ever break my phone, I'm coming back here, and so is my friend lol

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Nathan is extremely caring and helped me with the technology problems I was experiencing. He spent 2+ hours helping me with my technology issues. If you need your phone repaired at a REASONABLE price, this is the place to go. You won't find better service and pricing in the Metro Atlanta Area.

I'm a current Emory student and my iPhone 5S had a cracked screen. I've been meaning to get it fixed for a while but Lenox was always too much of a hassle to get to. I decided to give Phone Tech a try because it was new and so close to campus. They repaired my screen so quickly and even gave me tempered glass to protect it! I was in and out in less than half an hour. I rarely write reviews but I was so pleased with the service that I had to this time. I would highly recommend this place if you have any technical issues with your phone.

I really appreciate the boss man here. I am really annoying and kept calling because I'm trying to get my iPhone x unlocked and he was very kind and understanding and assured me the as soon as he knew something he would let me know this is my first time doing something like this and for 200 bucks I was a little unsure but they look like they know what their doing and also got my phone fixed iPhone 6 and he even reduced the price for me and did a great job. Defiantly will have a few friends I already told about it.

I had an old 15” Macbook Pro (late 2010) that had become so slow, it was barely usable after a 1:28m boot time. After doubling the RAM to 8GB and replacing the original hard drive with a modern 500GB SSD, the boot time is now 17s — and the machine is useable for day-to-day things again. Thank you, Phone Tech!

I had a nice experience here with Dan. My phone wouldn't recognize my new SIM card and AT&T wasted 3 hours of time only to tell me they can't help me. But Dan took the time to lookup similar problems on Google and fix the issue quickly, and did not charge me for it.

OMG. Simon at Phone Tech is a life saver. I accidentally dropped my iPhone 6s into the toilet. The screen wouldn't turn on. So i put it in rice and ran to ATT. They couldn't help me and i didn't have insurance. They told me about Nathan and how he can fix it. So i took it here. When i came in Simon greeted me and i could tell he was an expert. He was able to fix my screen and save my info. Thank you Lord Jesus.
