As always FANTASTIC customer service along with honesty and sincerity. Brought my Note 5 in yesterday that needed serviced. Spoke to Calvin explained him my situation and immediately he assisted me. During the process i received updates on my phone and once it was done everything worked great on the phone. At first i was quoted for a service that needed to be done and once they looked further into the problem they found out it was only a simple service that it needed which resulted for a less cost. Any other company would have kept quiet about it and kept that extra cash. Which is why i give this place 5 stars for their honesty and awesome performance. Keep it up guys! -Miguel

M wireless is a definite place to go if you're having phone problems I have been there many times and never been disappointed at the moment I was having problems with my galaxy s5 it seems I might have spilled something on it and it got in the port , Will happily assisted me with the replacement of it in less than one hour I've also dealt with Kelvin who is another cutie in the store he had to replace my network I can assure you that this is the place to go if any issues as far as broken network issues are just selling your phone believe me I've met a lot of people in this biz and they are simply the best

Great, reliable, trustworthy and friendly service is what I look for and the team here at MWireless delivered every time! Thank you!!! This is the review I wrote after multiple service repairs, then the this happened. My last and most recent visit I inquired about a particular slim case. The young lady at the counter assured me of its durability and even showed me a drop test video they supposedly did. She also went as far and said “if anything goes wrong with it just bring it back” I bough the case and two days lates the case broke. Needless to say Mike the Manager took the broken case and through it in the garbage, did not honor the replacement even after his staff told me to bring it back, instead he offered to discount a new case. I told him no thanks, and that my company will Not do business with them again. His response sadly was “ that’s your choice” Carl-

So I had a Galaxy that neede to be fixed and I took it to them at 3 and I was living town the next day, and these guys gave me their word and said they would have it done for me tge same day. It was saturday and tgeir closed on sundays. They were going to close at 5 and they stayed all the way until 6:45 fixing my phone. They are the best. I am speachless about their service. Great place. A few months ago I purchased an iPhone 8 through ATL on the tech website Swappa. I was very pleased with my device when I first got it. A few months into owning the device, the IMEI was reported lost or stolen, and I was no longer able to do anything regarding the use of my phone number. I contacted ATL though Swappa, and the matter was resolved quickly and professionally within 24 hours. An employee even reached out and called me the following day to make sure everything was okay and working again. Overall, a very easy experience for something that could have been stressful and difficult.

Im giving thid place 3 starts for a few reasons. Im giving them 1 star because they were actually nice. BUT giving them 3 stars bkus i went to buy 2 phones. And they had financing witch i thought was cool.. i get the phones the guy suggar coated everything.. he did not tell me that progressive leasing charges 20% interest... soo i would end up paying 300 extra ontop of the 1100 for the phones... then the phone i got the spen didnt work and the other phone took 3 days to unlock... all in all my main issue was that i did not get informed of the fees. and didnt get any paperwork. I wouldnt suggest financing unless u really need to those payments a re outrageous.... the only good thing i guess is that they didnt give me any assle returning.. and they were nice about it.. for repairs this place would be great.
