Very nice new location. Employee got the job done fast. He was polite enough but not warm n fuzzy at all. He answered my questions with appropriate short answers. He had zero interest in conversation with me as I commented on the nice, new location of the store. Although this is minor it would have been a more pleasant experience if he had been a wee bit friendlier.

We did not know about this business until the Verizon folks across the hall directed us to go over here. That was very nice of them since we saved quite a bit of money by having ZAGG put in new protectors. Irene was courteous and efficient and had the protectors done on our 2 phones very quickly.

Ty was very easy to talk to and had no problem whatsoever answering any questions we had and made the checkout experience quick and easy as well as explaining to us on how the item we had purchased has a lifetime warranty. I went into the store to just get a protector for my iPhone and the gentleman that helped me was so nice and so informative. I ended up taking off the case that I had just purchased two days prior and buying one of the cases that they supplied there based on how much better they were, and how he explained they would be better for me. So much so that I ended up buying a second case for my wife to put on her phone. And next week I will probably be bringing in my iPad to get the screen replaced. They have the best prices and services of phone accessories anywhere else in Anchorage.

Good experience with Ty, except the girl that works there too can watch her facial expressions. I can tell she was judging me from her facial expressions from what I was saying. Other than that the guys were super nice and helpful!

Stopped into the new store space at the dimond mall and was welcomed and helped in a very positive manner. The watch protector was removed and replaced professionally and quickly at a reasonable expense. Gave expert advice and speed of service. Will be back!
