The customer service at this store was amazing. Will was awesome and helped me so much! I assume he's a manager of some sort. He was friendly, patient and listened to my concerns. He was able to answer all my questions, lower my bill and help me pick out accessories I was interested in. He was also very helpful with the other employees that had questions. He's a credit to this store- give this man a raise! Definitely will be back to see him.

My Hearty Thanks to AT&T Anchorage, AK Business Park agents Delaney, on 5/11, and Isaiah, on 5/13, for their actions to completely activate my new 2022 Apple iPhone SE. First, reactivating the original calling number from a deactivated iphone 4 proved to be very difficult, but finally was successful. Secondly, transferring all contacts was also difficult, but finally also was successful. CHEERS to both of you!!

This AT&T store has by far been one of the best experiences I’ve had around the Anchorage area… after losing my phone to the depths of the ocean on a deep sea fishing trip, it’s safe to say I was left scrambling. Thankfully, I was able to quickly go in and get a new IPhone set up with the support of the helpful staff. Thanks AT&T Anchorage!

The AT&T customer service representatives were exceptionally personable in addition to efficient and knowledgeable. We started with Curtis and Jim who were transferred to another location and finished with Will and Christina. All are a credit to the company and made our experience transferring back to AT&T from another carrier a very enjoyable one despite complications and barriers.

AT&T has always been good with any questions or concerns about my account or phones that I've had through them. Just waiting for my new account to expire so money doesn't end up going onto that one instead of the old one with my original phone number. Everything else is great with them.

Back in November when the iPhone 12 Pro Max came out I ordered it through ATT for the $700 trade in credit that was offered for my phone at the time. The very same day I got my new phone I sent out my old phone by USPS. Kept the receipt just in case, and so glad I did. It was lost at some point in transit. Eventually it made it’s way to ATT and I reached out to an online chat and asked the status of my credit. I was told it was received and I would get the credit in 2-3 Billing cycles. Those cycles came by and through and still nothing. Reached out by the Customer support by phone and was told the same thing. Still nothing. Finally I made my way to this store and I asked a wonderful woman named Minette if she would be able to help me figure out what was going on and she was so nice and put everything down and asked me questions to further help me. She sent in a ticket for me and for reasons unknown to both of us it got denied even though I met all criteria for the trade in. She sent in another ticket explaining why it needs to be fulfilled days later I received my $700 credit in full. I truly appreciate Minette for the work she put in to figure this out for me where the customer support couldn’t. Thank you so much!

Took my 86 year old friend to this store. I was met by Scott who right then and there set up a new, old style flip phone with a SIM card and programmed it and checked to make sure everything was working correctly. He did it outside so my friend did not have to even enter inside the store. He was polite, professional and it only took a few minutes to wrap the whole process up and we were on our way back home. I do not have AT&T service but I sure would recommend this store and person to anyone that does.

Christina, the manager, was so so amazing; she helped me with two complicated transactions that involved moving business accounts to a personal account, closing multiple-party teleconference services... At one point she had two different phones in her hands and was talking to a national service office on each phone. She made a horrible task (closing a business because of a death) more humane and kinder. She is also just an ATT badass at getting the job done. Thank you, Christina!

This location is definitely the best AT&T store in Anchorage. The staff are friendly and helpful and I’ve not had any issues at this location. Unfortunately, I can’t say as much for the other locations around town.

Location is a little more difficult to get to, it’s probably the biggest drawback to this location, but location does make a difference. The service here is about as good as any other of their locations. They seem to always have the items that run out at the other stores in town.
