Found this awesome place and they fixed it free of charge because it was still under warranty! I'd never take any piece of electronics I own anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

They try but in the end short staffed. A better communication is in order. ZAPIER your order of operations so that your clients know where they are in the queue of your process for fixing the phone that is something that is easily automated and would have saved me a week of my time and 3 hours of driving. In the end my phone was flawlessly fixed and that is all I asked. But 3 times the communication failed due to improper handling of information. Pencil and paper are not the way, when all my info was already in your system.

My father’s phone was having problems with the charging port on his iPhone 6s. It would intermittently connect and disconnect just trying to charge. I tried to clean the port and then the cable would not connect at all. I took it in on Thursday, June 16 and Demetrius looked at it, took it, cleaned the port and now it works great! He was fast, very courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done. I must have just pushed the dirt around in the port so it wouldn’t work. Very happy with the service. Thank you! Saved me the cost of replacing the port.

Have been here a couple of times for repairs and have ALWAYS been happy with the service. Came by yesterday to buy a screen protector for a Galaxy S20 FE 5G and they did not have one. The customer service rep advised me to swing by Best Buy right around the corner and pick one up and bring it back and they would install it for free. I returned today after visiting and wasn't really sure I heard them correctly but sure enough they installed it at no charge which I could not have done the way my hands shake. This is amazing customer service and they have a customer for life, thank you guys very much!!

I had a seriously swollen battery in my Macbook Pro, and was turned away by three other computer repair shops for not wanting to deal with this battery issue. I took a chance on uBreakiFix, and was pleasantly shocked when I was told that not only could they fix my battery issue, but they actually had my exact type of battery in stock and could fix it in about 40 minutes! Demetrius works miracles! I was out of the uBreakiFix store in under an hour, and the cost was significantly less than I expected as well.

guys, this place is amazing. I have a phone, front camera was dusty from inside, I could not make a selfie or do videocall, it was that bad. I brought it to this place, left it there overnight. They opened the phone, cleaned the camera, sealed it and did not charge anything. They say they would charge me only if they would need to replace the camera or some part of it. You can't get more honest repair shop that this. Thank you so much. It was done by a guy named Demetrius, thank you Demetrius.

These gentlemen are absolutely wonderful! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about what they do; they also fulfill their commitments to their customers. I was impressed by their ability to repair a problem with my phone that none of the so-called experts online could fix despite claiming that they could. Each of those attempts resulted in failures yet both times I was charged the full price for a repair. I took my phone here because the reviews were so impressive. However, I still had doubts. When I received a text informing me that my phone's problems had been completely resolved after only 15 minutes I honestly couldn't believe it! Not only was my 2 month old Samsung phone working like new again, but when I asked about the repair fee; I was told "no charge". I was sure that this was a mistake. But the gentlemen at the front reassured me that I wasn't. I'm sure that these people don't make a habit of doing repairs for free, so please don't quote me. Whatever had been causing my problems must have been something most people with basic knowledge of technology would have figured out. Unfortunately, I was too stressed from having Microsoft lock my phone to be able to think straight. I really appreciated the help I'd received from these fantastic people.

AMAZING SERVICE!! Left this place with tears in my eyes. I got a free iPad that had a charger broke off in it from my cousin. She said if I got it fixed I could have it to give to my son for his birthday. I have been having huge financial hardships and this was a blessing in itself, then I walked in and the gentleman pulled the charger out FOR FREE and it took about 5 minutes. What a huge blessing to me and my son. Thank you sir for making my sons birthday possible. All he has wanted for years is an IPad and you made it happen! My Google Pixel 2 was crashing whenever I did any moderately hard job with the battery below 30%. That indicated that the battery was tired and needed to be replaced. I went by my local U Break I Fix (UBIF) and told them. They said they needed to order a replacement battery, that the repair would cost a certain amount, and would take a couple of hours once they had the part. I told them that was fine, so they told me they would order the battery and call me when it arrived in a few days. When they hadn't called in a week or so, I stopped in and found that they had the battery. I left the phone with them. When I returned three hours later, my phone was ready. The price was what they told me it would be. The charge on the new battery was 12%, so I worked it hard -- Google maps routing, photographs, etc. -- running the battery down to 3% without a problem The job got done well in the time estimated for the price specified. What more could you ask? That's a lot to like about UBIF.

Do not go to the location on Holly the staff there are rude and unprofessional. However, the staff at the Hwy 528 location are absolutely amazing. Demetri was polite, professional and pleasant, he helped me navigate what needed to happen with my phone insurance company in order to get my screen replaced. They were able to complete the work the same day so I wouldn't miss my on-call shift even though I couldn't get my phone to them before 4pm. I can't comment on their prices as I went through my phones insurance to get my screen replaced but I will say they did go above and beyond fixing not only my cracked screen but also my charging port while they were at it. I definitely recommend this place for phone screen repair.

After shopping around for a decent price for breaking my Google Pixel 3a, I happened across these beyond nice people. Paul in particular is the wonderful man who helped me. He even went so far as to reserve the screen for me ahead of time, because by the time I called looking for a quote it was about 20 minutes till closing time. I dropped my phone off, and like an hour and a half later it was ready. Paul is beyond kind - honestly I was pretty blown away with how amazing the service was. I haven't met anyone as nice as Paul. I will recommend to anybody that I know who would need help with a broken screen!

On a walk-in, they took in my high-end phone, replaced the screen with a part that was in their impressive in-store stock and returned it to me in under two hours. It is prefect. You get what you pay for. This service was a little more expensive than some of the local competitors, but absolutely worth it. GREAT SERVICE, with a super fast turnaround as I was in a rush to get to the airport. Worry-free customer experience from the first moment. I had to get the battery on my phone replaced and these people didn't bother to let me know that it was going to take longer to get the battery in stock. they were great face-to-face interaction but their customer service and letting me know that they didn't get the battery until two days after I was told is ridiculous. they told me it would take approximately two hours to get it done and then got it finished in about an hour but still never called me to let me know that it was done. I was very busy that day and I could have used that extra hour and 15 minutes to get some more work done. Make sure that you have what they say in writing. I have to make an amendment to my review, upon submitting this review I had the company contact me and apologize for my experience. that is the first time that has ever happened to me and so I am moving my two star review up to a four star review, I understand they are humans and they make mistakes and I have a lot of Grace in my heart for the people who take my reviews to Heart and want to fix and become better. Great job you guys! I apologize it took so long to change my review

Great customer service. Needed a screen repair for an iPhone. Their phone screen shipment was late so we had to come back the next day. Due to the shipping glitch, which was uncontrollable by ubreakifix, they still gave a great discount for the inconvenience. Their work was amazing. Excellent customer service and results! Ask for Chandler. I was in a pinch to get my iPhone 6 repaired quickly and at a good price, which is hard to find in Albuquerque. Trust me I called around. Plus it's in a great shopping area, so it was easy to kill a little bit of time while the repair was being done. The whole experience from beginning to end was very pleasant and positive. The staff are kind and courteous and go out of their way to ensure you are glad you chose them. I had to have a screen replaced on my lg v20, I have since learned this is neither cheap nor easy. At first I was just going to go with insurance but after talking to the staff I chose to get my screen replaced with them. I am very glad I did as my phone was still on back order a week after calling to inquire about a replacement with insurance. The whole experience made me want to drop insurance period. I had a navigation button fall off my Galaxy S7 Active. The employee, Jonathan, told me these phones don't break often, so there isn't a surplus of parts available. However, since it was a simple fix he offered to glue the button back on for me, and did not charge me. I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S5 which fell out of my pocket and shattered when I was on a run. I was bummed, mostly because of how expensive I thought it was going to be, and how sketchy I've heard cell repair shops are. Since I didn't have insurance, I did some shopping around and saw that ubreakifix offered the lowest costs and could complete repairs in the same day with the best of warranties. This fix was done two weeks ago and took about an hour to complete. The phone looked brand new again. Big thanks to Chandler who assisted me and gave me great customer service. I shattered my iPhone 6 to the point of the backlight completely going out. I took it to Apple and they wanted to charge me $300. I decided to try UBreakIFix since it's right down the road from me and because of all the positive reviews I have read. I got there 30 minutes before closing and told them I could wait until the next morning because I didn't want to be rude and keep them past closing time. They insisted for me to stay and that it wouldn't take no longer than 30 minutes. I was out of there within 15 minutes! The screen looks amazing for a low price of $120! I highly recommend these guys they are all very sweet and helpful :)

I spilled soda all over my macbook pro laptop and it got water damage. At first, just the keyboard didn't work and within a couple hours the screen went white and completely shut down. I took it to 2 different computer shops in town, and each one charged me but could not get it back to work properly. These guys told me if they couldn't get it to work that they would not charge me so I gave it one more try. When I came back to pick it up, it was actually fixed! The only thing that did not work was the bracket key but they even offered to fix that. They even told me how they fixed it and why it was not working. According to them, the guys prior didn't even take the main board out to clean it. I also was able to recover my files that I thought would be lost. These guys are incredible and seem that they are more to help rather than to take advantage of you. They charged me $140 in which the other guys tried charging me around $250 each.

Took my iphone 6 into ubreakifix after having the screen replaced by a koisc at the mall, the screen after seemed to look a little bit different, the quality of the screen just looked and felt different, like the colors weren’t as bright as the original screen and it seemed to have some other issues like freezing up and seemed to be acting slower. Four days later I lightly set in face down on my counter and it completely shattered?! It was obviously an extremely low quality part and I was pretty frustrated. I decided to bring it to uBreakiFix and they were extremely receptive and willing to help me out and explained how they used an “OEM part” for the repair. They have a really beautiful store and seemed to be the most legitimate place I have seen that offers this service so I decided to give them a shot. They took it in and said it would take 30-45 minutes and got it done in about 20 minuets. After getting my phone back I immediately noticed the difference in quality and it looked brand new! The screen looked like I had just got it out of the box, and the touch worked better and it was a much brighter and more colorful screen! They even unbent the corners for me at no extra charge and told me that they have a 90 day warrantee. I would recommend anybody who wants pay less than their insurance, or doesn’t have any to take it here. Thanks again for your help guys!!
