T-Mobile....hey, lets talk a second. Just the other day, i blasted xfinity in a review because they did me wrong awhile back and i switched to you guys for internet and they started blowing up my phone for a promotional offer they were pedaling.... i told them never to call me again and cussed a dude out finally when i answered the call after a week and a half of getting them. I basically did a huge promotional for YOU in the review....now my internet is going in and out like all the sudden....dont do me like that when i did that for you. I mean...it was a super long review and i crushed them for you...come on. Ill give ya 5 but if it keeps up im gonna start dropping your score, k? Just how it is. I have nothing but love. No simpin....stay pimpin my g's.

I came in after my phone got stolen with bouth some card and ID card They got on the phone with the acount holder They got my sim runing, charged my backup phone and helped me retrieve my samsung acount, phone date, contacts I walked in panicking and freaking out and- 👉Sergio👈 helped me out with amazing sosial orientation, patience, calmness and assurance, and thoroughly made shure my system is secure and asisted me in acount access retrieval and made shure i noted several security tips bifor leaving with amazement haw a i lost whas just the phone and whith few hoers they got me not only my sim but practically got my whole life back 🤗😅🤭😬😇😇🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💖💖💖 This T-mobile outlet is by far, more friendly professional, well trained and informed, then any othe T-mobile i have been in And i have meen in dusens all over the world and only this feals like thay actually genuinely CARE ABOUT US 😇👌🏼👍🏻

Ricardo was super friendly and professional and knowledgeable and helped release the shackles of Xfinity internet. I'm now a proud TMobile internet customer and soon to be mobile customer with the bundle. Thank you for your help and going over and beyond the call of duty Ricardo! Today I was helped by Jonathan to switch my xfinity mobile phone and service over to t-mobile phone and service and he was super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Without Jonathan's expert help and patience I wouldn't have been able to make this possible due to a disability. He went above and beyond basic customer service and I really can't thank him enough. I could never have gotten this level of service from xfinity and I am proud to say I am a t-mobile phone and home internet service package customer!Thank God for Jonathan!!!

When I first switched over to T Mobile customer service sucked. But lo and behold I now give them a well pleased 5 star customer rating because there stores have become after the sale customer service. As a senior citizen, I now frequently visit a T Mobile store to get technical questions answered. One MAJOR issue the store can't results on is there lack of assessor's. That is:. For a 5G phone the ONLY phone color there supplier ships them are Black. I keep misplacing my phone because it is the color black. Motto:. The color black is a depressant, whereas pastel colors soothe the savage beast! T Mobil. I want a Red or Pink phone cover for my 5G phone!

I prefer coming to this store for a reason I refuse to share online. It's worth the terrible parking lot. The customer service has ALWAYS been pleasant and helpful even though I have seen customers who are not worth their time. Glad this little place has stayed open.

Century left us out in the cold (no internet no explanation) we picked up faster internet from tmobile for 50 bucks a month. Stupid easy and the guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I think his name was Tony he had a little Buddha necklace.

A great store with great staff who really work with you on getting a good deal and helping you out. I've gone here a few times to change my plan up and buy new tech and they have always had what I needed. They never try and force options on you and I appreciate that.

One of my favorite tmobile shops. Always helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to products and services. Not the cheapest plans, but you get what you pay for. I wont go boost or cricket. This by far is better service. Love the employees here

T-Mobile Store #9302 on San Mateo & Lomas in Albuquerque, NM is the best! David S. helped me with regarding my Samsung Smartwatch. He was knowledgable, patient and kind. Also, there was Ryan on the tech team that added notes in the system regarding the issues I was having.

If you absolutely have to go to a T-Mobile retail store, and you absolutely have to go to one of the three locations that are located on San Mateo, I don't recommend this particular San Mateo location. You'd likely be better served if you head north a few minutes and visit the other T-Mobile store on San Mateo. If you notice that you've passed a third T-Mobile retail store while driving north on San Mateo, then you know you've gone too far.
