I took my phone in because my battery was draining quickly and I also couldn't hear my phone calls unless I was on speaker phone. They changed my battery and cleaned the speaker from the inside and now I can hear my phone calls perfectly and my battery lasts so much longer; all for an affordable price ($69.) Very worth it. They did it within 20 minutes. They were super courteous and I got to pet their in-store pug while I waited.

A great place to get your repairs! I didn’t think there was any hope for my poor shattered iPhone screen (at a reasonable price). I googled repair places and ran across this one. Great for pet food. Canned and dry food and treats. Kitty stuff there too. Friendly and efficient volunteers. Dont lose the laminated card they give you, becuse its bucks to replace it. One dollar donation is required and well worth it. I receive a 10 pound or more bag of dry dog food when i visit.

Great service and very knowledgable! I needed a quick battery replacement for a 2nd Gen 12.9 iPad Pro. Pretty uncommon, but they had the part in stock. I brought it in late afternoon and it was ready in the morning. The battery diagnostic now shows a like-new charge capacity, The people here know what they are doing. When you walk into other repair shops, they look like a retail store or employ people that have just had quick training and can't handle complex or unusual problems. Walking into this shop, though, reminded me of the engineering labs in college.

Update to my review below: Allen and his team are amazing! Fixed my Macbook Pro even though it gave them quite a bit of trouble. Now it works great. They refused to give me defective parts and even waited for the supplier to resend working parts. They are patient and make sure the customer is well taken care of and have great communication. I can't say thank you enough and will be returning (hopefully not too soon) with any other repairs I need. I have been a happy customer of Allen for a number of years now, even before he had his own shop. I'm happy to see his business expanding. I've had a couple iPhone screens replaced and an iPad repaired after damage from being dropped. He came to my office for those repairs. Great communication, no hassle and the best prices I've found so far. Now, I've taken a MacBook Pro into the shop for repair and his employees are just as professional as he is. I also purchased an iPhone X from Allen a few years ago and it's still working perfectly. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. If you are in need of a repair, give him a call.

I came in with a shattered screen and they were able to fix it within 30 min at a great price! But my favorite part was hanging out with their pug as I waited! I will say the screen protector they gave wasn’t so great - peeled off within a day and was challenging to type with, so I would just stick to screen repair.

I had a back camera repair on my iPhone XS Max. The camera was working fine before but it was cracked and needed repair. Firstly, they were very quick but I had some issues with their job. They handled my issues professionally and ended up giving me a new unit without charge. I’m sure they took a financial hit with that but I respect their integrity to make it right.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My daughter is there working from out of town and she couldn’t use her GPS and was lost but the owner guided us straight to his store without hanging up on us. He had nothing but patience with us both and she was completely last but without a breast he stayed on the line with us and even came outside of his store to guide her in! First off, I want to say that they did a fantastic job fixing my phone- almost as great as I was in breaking it again the very next day. Although they tried everything to save it a second time, it was beyond repair (sometimes there's no coming back from dropping your phone into a some soda). I do appreciate that they were able to remove all my important files, including pictures of my family, from the phone and that they kept me updated during the entire process. I also can't say enough about how kind all the techs have been. I would highly recommend for cell phone repair, especially screen replacement.

Amazing service! Incredibly quick turnaround, and they did it for 100 bucks less than anyone else. I have a onePlus 8 5g, for which it's really hard to get parts apparently. Only 4 shops in town could help me and they all wanted 200-250 dollars, saying it would take at least a week to get the parts in. I went in to Inquire about fixing my LG Stylo 6 phone screen. As I stood there speaking with an employee a man came in by the name of Allen and with him was a cute inquisitive pug. However in my case I have been attacked by a dog before so I was triggered into an anxiety attack because the pug came on in barking automatically and running up to me and to another customer. I finished speaking with the employee asap and left. The price to fix my phone screen front and back was high prices at about $180.00.

This place is amazing! I dropped some water on my MacBook and it completely stopped functioning. I called all over town to different repair places and no one was helpful. Then I called IRepairNM and not only were they knowledgeable they also asked me how quickly I could come over so they could try to save the laptop before the water damaged the motherboard. (I would never have known that if they hadn’t told me). They fixed it for me within about four hours (!) and kept me updated by phone every step of the way.
