My husband and I love this specific Capriottis for years we’ve been ordering subs here. But lately we’ve been ordering and having issues with what we ordered. Today we ordered a large Italian and a large cheesesteak with everything on it and pepper relish on the side. Sad to say each sub is about $20 each now. The Italian sub was fine but the cheesesteak had nothing but ketchup, cheese and steak we specifically ordered it with everything. We also did not get our side of hot pepper relish. I never leave a review but today I did because I called 15 minutes before closing to resolve the issue and no one answered the phone. Customers should be able to contact the store until closing.

I took a friend here for their first Capriotties experience. He ordered 2 huge sandwiches that cost $38. No chips or drinks. When he opened them I noticed they were lacking. Wawa served thicker sandwiches . When the guy asked what did he want on it. He said everything. But they didnt put mayo or oil and a few other things he was expecting. He said it was dry. Sorry I didn't take better pictures.

Our favorite sub place, but the ham and cheese sub was definitely lite on the star ingredients this time, by about half. I ha e been to several capriotis and this is the first time I was disappointed. We ordered several sandwiches for our group and all were good, just that ham and cheese.....Anyway, if you know Capriotti's you know the rolls are great and the ingredients are too. Just check your order before you leave this one.

My capriotti did not have any 1000 island at all. Very dry. But it was still kind of good, probably because of the quality of the ingredients that were actually included in my sandwich. It would of been amazing if someone put the dressing in.

It's the original capriottis! Of course it's Great! Best sub and steak shop in town. It's get very busy during lunch so if you don't call in order first, it could take awhile.

If I could give their vegetarian turkey sub 1,000,000 stars I would!!! I’m from out of town but I came here in the summer on an errand and stopped at Capriotti’s for sandwiches. My partner had the veg Philly, and I had the turkey sub, and I STILL think about it weekly/constantly ask my partner to drive me the 2-3hrs just for that sandwich. If you’re vegetarian, and love a good deli sub, do not pass this place up!!

Great sandwiches, always fresh and made however you like. Polite, accommodating staff. Ask about a half-blond brownie if they're not on display. Parking at this location is tough, so if you can, have driver and a runner!

Good sandwiches. Just don't ask for it your way, they're going to make it THEIR way! The will usually honor what you DON'T want, but you'll get everything THEY want if you don't specify. Don't ever ask for the cheese on top so your sub makes a nice grinder. It will always be buried way on the bottom wrapped around everything else. Always have to dissect and reconstruct my subs.

The Impossible cheesesteak was good, the place looked clean from what I could see behind the thick plastic, I could barely read the menu. This place is a bit cramped in size, it's 2 house fronts. The woman who took my order was not nice at all, she seemed to rush us when we were the only ones in the store. We went just before the lunch rush, I guess she was preparing her brain for it? Maybe not the job for her. Lastly, the exit door was locked, not covid safe.

The sandwiches made by this location are phenomenal. Sometimes the wait can be longer expected, however the wait is worth it. If you order a hot sandwich, it's hot when you get it, and it remains hot while commuting back to work with it.

We normally love eating here but lately we have been asking for american cheese on their subs but they have not gotten it correct. Wifey hates provolone cheese and that is what they keep putting on our subs. She cannot eat it although we request american cheese. It is a good sub shop but need to listen more to the customer's request...even if its more money!

I posted here yesterday but it seems my post is gone. I want to be clear that the sandwiches are great but by the actions of one young female employee I will not be ordering from them again. I was greeted and dismissed by a very angry girl who damaged my long history with this place. Sorry to the owners for having to end my patronage here but I work hard for my money and will not tolerate a nasty employee treating me poorly as I hand over my hard-earned cash

Original location still makes the best subs in the Capriotti's chain. I've eaten from the original Wilmington, by ncc airport, milford, lewis and rehobeth when they had one. Wilmington's still the best. I miss all the workers there!
