My husband says his Italian sub was good. I ordered a small sub with soup and cashier paid no attention for my sub and soup.

One of the favorites for sub sandwiches. My daughter really loves this place. They greet you each visit so it's nice they acknowledge your there. They make the food in a timely fashion which says alot since its made to order. Only thing I would suggest is keeping the drink station a bit more tidy along with the restrooms. Will continue to come for future visits

This was my first time eating there. They were running a special so I bought 2 sandwiches- the Smokehouse Beef And Cheddar Brisket and the Spicy Cajun chicken. Both of them were absolutely delicious! I would have a difficult time if I had to choose which was better. The restaurant was bright and clean and the staff were friendly. I would recommend then to anyone

The food is good but maybe a little over priced we got 2 small sandwiches, 2 mac n cheese and 2 small drinks and it was 27 bucks. The service was great and the food was good just a little pricey but we will be back.

Firehouse in general is a good sub shop, however, this one is simply the slowest of the slowest in town! They even ended up turning people away with a 20-30 minute wait time after 4 orders were placed. We just beat the "rush" of 5 diners and got ours in 10 minutes or so. I understand about staffing issues lately, but this store has been slow all along.

Got delivery with Door dash. Subs tasted very fresh. I don’t like spicy so I got the standard meatball with sautéed peppers and onions— which really made it good. Marinara sauce was great! Seasoned well. Partner gave his sweet and spicy meatball an A+. I feel like they’ve gotten better. I haven’t had since 2019 and I don’t remember it being this good! Props to the staff!

Very friendly and helpful crew! Clean, well-lighted store. 1st time here. Had an Italian sub minus the mayo and mustard--order arrived the way I asked for it. Good quality cold cuts and bread, nice sturdy takeout packaging, nice flavor and freshness of iced tea. Vinaigrette could have been a bit sharper, less sweet for my tastebuds. Overall, pleasantly surprised at the experience.

Ordered a sub online a couple of days ago. Was very pleased, that it was ready for pick up when I arrived. What I ordered was also correct. The sandwich was very good. Wasn't lacking meat at all. A very filling sandwich.

Really good food. I forgot how much I enjoyed this place. Only thing I didn't like is they don't have limes for their signature cherry limeade drink anymore. I guess limes are a big covid spreader?? 😂 …

I've been eating here at least once a week for the past few months. I have had all the flagship sandwiches. Every single one is fantastic. I recommend the always popular Hook and Ladder or my personal favorite Engineer.

Quality has definitely declined over the years while the price continues to increase. I asked for extra pickles. I noticed the gentleman didn't put them on my order when I got my recipe so I double checked with him. He assured me he had them, I got home and didn't have any extra pickles. -_- Ordered a regular NY Steamer my normal go to, there wasn't any mustard on it and barely any meat. I would expect more for the money.

I ordered the new pizza meatball sub online last week, and let me just say no one could've prepared me for the life changes I would experience as a result. As I sauntered through the door to pick up my much anticipated sammich, young David (or maybe it was Nathan, I can't remember) informed me that he had spent much time perfecting my dinner. I foolishly scoffed at the time and thought to myself, "a sandwich is a sandwich" but in hindsight, words can not express how true his warning would ring. I arrived at home and unboxed my delicious treat not knowing what a blessing from David and the heavens I was about to receive. As I opened the box and unwrapped my meatball delight, audible gasps of disbelief and sheer jealousy could be heard from all around. One family member even passed out at the direct sight of it. What lay before me was nothing less than a freaking masterpiece, the holy grail of all meatball sammies. Eyes shrouded in tears, I snapped several pictures of it in awe that something could be so beautiful. As I snapped away and taunted my housemates that it was mine and all mine, a daunting fear snuck upon me. The knowingness that my lovely morsel of meatball joy was begrudginly growing colder by the minute. I could not, would not eat this paragon of subs cold. David and Nathan would not want that for me, I told myself. I picked up my masterpiece and as I took the first bite, hot tears streamed down my face. Tears of joy, because nothing anywhere in the world has ever tasted as good as this piece of nirvana on toasted wheat bread tasted. Also, tears of bitterness and disdain at the thought of destroying it, much like it would feel to know you have singlehandedly destroyed a precious and priceless Van Gogh painting. We are now a week out from that fateful day, and I am so thankful that the heavens and young David picked me to be the recipient of what I can only describe as sandwich divinity. Gordon Ramsey and Jesus himself could not have made a better one. Thank you David or possibly Nathan, for your service to the Firehouse sub lovers of sandWichita, for the time, energy and the unabashed love that you shamelessly put into each and every sandwich you create. We do not deserve you.

This was our first time here. The customer service was good. I tried the Hook and Ladder and it was pretty good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was just a bit too saucy. Next time, I will make sure I say easy on the sauce.

I had my first Firehouse sub 2 weeks ago. I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste as well as the quality of the sub. It beat Sunday's identical sub by miles and miles. Just superior in quality, quantity of meat and veggies, taste and price! I have since crossed off Subway as my go to restaurant for subs and replaced it with Firehouse Subs!

Im obsessed with Firehouse Subs. This particular location has a hard time with special orders, but the standard sandwiches are good enough that it doesn't really matter. They have a new small sandwich and side salad/soup/mac & cheese combo that you should try. My favorite is the Engineer, but my husband is obsessed with the Smokehouse Brisket.
