Great, traditional Mexican fare. Made fresh. Friendly staff. The salsa is very good, but the hot is Very hot... at least to us. Love the Monterrey, but it is more than it originally looks... it's huge! Haven't had a bad meal here yet. I got started coming here in the mid 80s. The food has been consistently wonderful!

The service here is great. We went on a Saturday night and got right in, we had a party of 9. The food is a hit or miss depending on what you order. My corn taco was not very good it tasted bland and so was the rice. But my husband's Monterey was delicious! Also my son's fried flour taco was tasty, and my dads hot pork burrito was flavorful. The food came out quick, and the waitress was very attentive. We will come back, now that we know what to order.

Owned and operated by one of the best families you'll ever meet! Also, doesn't hurt to be a Chiefs fan or a soccer fan! Great food done well and quickly! Also, you'll probably want some salsa to take home with you! Meat and potato enchiladas and Monterrey are my favorites. So very affordable its shocking! Bring the whole family if you're worried about being able to eat out on a budget, you'll be just fine here! And the portions are very generous.

We love Cholitas! The food is great and so are the margaritas. Sometimes, grandpa and I sneak over for a quick bite. Simple, casual, dinning on the West side. Everyone should try it at least once. As with all food everyone's taste buds are different, but we love it.....prices are fair, restaurant is clean, wait staff was knew the menu and were not "hovering" nor MIA. I gave it 4 stars mostly because it's not fine dinning but it's a great casual dinning. I thought I read somewhere kids eat free on Mondays, You might want to call and check on that, promos change.

Fried flour tacos are the best. They even make fried flour tostadas! I substitute my own cheese and add tomatoes at home. My sister loves the beans.

Great authentic Mexican cuisine. Very good enchiladas, tacos, tostadas and chile relleno. Chips and all the salsas including kitchen sauce are tasty. Service and cleanliness was outstanding. We make this a regular stop on the west side for dinner.

The only place I go for Salsa. It's not chunky, and it's hard to find a place that does have a good salsa. Also their Fideo is amazing. I've been going for awhile now, they always remember me, and always take wonderful care of their customers. I love cholita's!

Cholita's is a restaurant my girlfriend and I go to regularly. Food is good and moderately priced and it's not a chain, which I like. If you're looking for good Mexican food that is a good deal, I recommend Cholita's.
