Finally Done

I was planning my daughter's 21st surprise birthday dinner. I planned everything from the state of Mississippi. Not familiar with caterers in the DC area, I relied on the reviews of others. They were on point with this one. With less than ten days to prepare, Made with Love Catering accepted my request. Jaclyn was a joy to work with. She and her staff were very professional and accommodating. The food was delicious. Thanks for being a part of this great occasion.

I was asked to organize an event at work to include breakfast. I didn't want a typical "corporate breakfast" so I searched out for a Women-owned catering company. I spoke with three and selected Made with Love because I got the most bang for our buck with them. Getting a proposal was very easy and, after the invoice was paid, I didn't have to think about it again. The food was delicious. Everyone was commenting about how attractive the fruit salad was and I personally really enjoyed the French Toast. 5/5 we'll work with Made with Love again in the future.

The Made With Love Catering service is exceptional in every aspect. First of all, after informing Ms. Jackie of my needs, she suggested a menu which worked within my budget. The delivery of food was not only on time but it was still hot- this was superb👏🏽!!! Finally, the food was sensational. My guests raved about the food with emphasis on the delicious salmon, chicken & mac & cheese. Throughout the afternoon guests commented about how much they enjoyed the food. Amazing and delicious! We ordered Made with Love Catering through EZcater for our office holiday party, downtown DC. Everything we ordered was wonderful and full of flavor. The crowd favorites were the bacon wrapped brussel sprouts, spicy garlic shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, BBQ meatballs, actually everything we ordered! The antipasto trays were full and beautifully put together! The portion sizes were generous and the pricing was fair and reasonable. Everything was packaged well, and there was no mess, which made set up easy. Jaclyn had great communication, and arrived on time. We will definitely be using her services in the future. Let me start off saying that "Made with Love Catering" was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the start of my inquire to the day of service communication was amazing. The food was delicious (Baked wings, sweet chili wings, buffalo chicken bites, meatballs, veggie spring rolls, and spinach Artichoke Stuffed mushrooms,) with the exception of the mac and cheese. We used Made With Love Catering for my partner’s 55th Birthday. We got Chicken, Mac n Cheese and a few other dishes…EVERYTHING was fantastic! I had gotten my times mixed up by an hour, but they worked really hard to come early. The driver arrived bought everything in, set everything up and made sure we were set to party before he left. Even though he was rushed, he didn’t let you know it. And I can’t forget about the bartender, Coco!! She was personable and cute, even with her mask on, but most importantly, if you wanted it, she could make it!! GirlsRock!!! Amazing!! Our guests were raving about the food and will definitely use them to cater their next event!! AND Coco!! Thanks for making our event special!!

Here’s why you’ll love working with Jaclyn: • She’s responsive. Jaclyn answered the phone almost every time I reached out. The one time she didn’t, she called me back within the hour. Her responsiveness was a relief from the stress I felt planning other things. • She’s flexible. I’ve never ordered from a caterer before. Jaclyn was supportive and patient with me while We worked through modifying the quote and determining the items and services I needed for the event. • The food is AMAZING! Like I mentioned earlier I’ve never use the camera before. I specifically selected finger food items because of the nature of the event and didn’t have high expectations since this was my first catering experience. I was blown away by the quality and flavor of everything she provided. Not only would I recommend her to anyone looking for a caterer, but I’ve added her to my personal list of favorite vendors for anything else I plan to do in the future.

I had the most incredible experience working with Made with Love Catering. Jaclyn was timely with her communication with me and answered all of my questions. My husbands 45th birthday party was a success. Everyone loved all of the food. The salmon and the Cajun shrimp pasta was a hit. The party started late and Jaclyn was gracious enough to wait with the food until we were ready to board the yacht for the party. Made with Love was terrific!! They catered lunch for us and everything was perfect. One of our guests said "this is the best hamburger I've ever had!" The crab balls are just delicious, the mac and cheese out of this world, and everything tastes homemade. Jaclyn is the best!

I had a wonderful experience working with Jaclyn, from the beginning. She took the order by phone, sent an invoice right away and made updates quickly. The young man who delivered the food was on time, extremely helpful and provided some guidance on storing the food until we needed to serve it. The food was a hit! The wings were delicious, especially the pineapple jerk which got great reviews. People who Sadie they didn’t like mushrooms went back for seconds. The chicken and waffles were delish, as were the shrimp po boy sandwiches. And the birthday girl raved about the fruit with the dressing on it. And you know how people can be picky about mac n cheese? I went back later in the afternoon expecting to get some more, and I was scraping the bottom of the pan. We were so pleased that Jaclyn agreed to cater the event, especially given the short notice. I had a framily get together of about 50 people (adults & kids) and booking Made With Love Catering was THE BEST decision I made for my event! The food was AMAZING and there was more than enough to send my guests home STUFFED and raving. Wings were SOOOO good and my guests couldn’t get enough of her macaroni and cheese. I absolutely LOVED the bread pudding and could have eaten the entire pan myself 😆 Jackie was wonderful as well, on time, very professional and just a pleasure to work with. The entire process (from booking to day of) was so easy and it freed me up to just enjoy myself instead of being tied up in the kitchen. I will DEFINITELY use her for all of my future events. I highly recommend hiring Made With Love Catering. I’ve used them for a couple of events and they haven’t let me down yet. The business owner is professional, responsive, and great to work with. In 2018 for our housewarming, Jaclyn was prompt, courteous and professional. She helped with ideas for the menu as well as consulted on the best time to have food delivered and served. She really made the process seamless. Once there, our guests raved over the menu options we had available. (I'd highly suggest the crab cakes and chicken and waffle bites.) Since the pandemic, I've also had several family-sized meals that have been AWESOME! This by far has been one of the most accomadating caterers I've experienced thus far and I wouldn't hesitate to use MWLC again!

Initially I was skeptical about booking a cater that I never had the opportunity to taste the food. However, from our initial conversation I knew I wanted to conduct business with Ms. Johnson. She was very professional, kind, cared about my function worked with me to find the right menu and allowed changes with my menu selections up to almost the event, all with a great sense of humor. The food arrived before time. It was hot, smelled great and the delivery person was polite and did a great job at setting up. The food was exceptional, some of the best macaroni and cheese I’ve had since I’ve moved to the DMV area. Everything was seasoned just right. All my guest were asking who did the food, typical I would have some food left over, however this time the pans were bone try. I didn’t only have a successful event; I’ve found my cater for future functions. Thanks for your help, I’m looking forward to doing business in the near future.

If there were 10 stars that’s what I would put. MWL catering was AMAZING! I used this catering company for a brunch for 10 people to celebrate my birthday. The food was delivered and set up on time in an amazing display. We had eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, bagels & lox, fruit, and waffles. I also want to add bagels & lox are my go to brunch food. When I requested this I was just expecting a regular bagel lox cream cheese tray set up but NO! MWL went above and beyond and had all of that plus crumbled bacon, onions, avocado, tomatoes and a 2nd kind of cream cheese so we could make whatever we liked. I was blown away! Each of us probably has 3-4 plates through the course of the brunch and there is still soo much left over! We could’ve hosted 20+ people! I’m so grateful that everything was flawless and the price was extremely reasonable for the quality and care that went into making the food. I will 100% use again in the future.

When I tell u choosing Jackie catering service u will not & I will repeat u will not b disappointment…. My quest asking who cooked this food & because. I was bombarded with the question repeatedly. I had to ask what’s wrong with the food to get the answer …. It’s BOMB I want seconds. I know we can get seconds etc . We had a Oct aka COVID wedding and MWLC showed up and showed out even in the rain. I went back and forth with the menu and the service I received was pleasant and patient. Our guest were happy with the food and the service provided. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
