I haven't been to a Jimmy John's yet, that I haven't looked. Food is always fresh, and the restaurants are clean. I love the sandwich size options they offer.

We felt pretty guilty about coming in 18 minutes before they closed and especially because there was only one person holding down the fort! The only person there was an absolutely WONDERFUL lady by the name of Kayla who was extremely kind and made us beautiful, delicious sandwiches!! I believe she said she was a manager and no wonder because she’s an expert at her craft! All around an amazing Jimmy John’s experience and it’s all thanks to Kayla!!!

First time in a Jimmy Johns, but we came in while on vacation. Joni was very helpful and efficient with taking our order and making our sandwiches which was an order including 5 people. I definitely recommend coming in here. For delicious food! Wish i could rate it higher than 5 stars!

Food was good, but service was about 5 out of 10... I believe the person was new. He didn't offer napkins, didn't tell me where to find my chips, nor did he offer to warm our sandwiches. We had to repeatedly tell him what we wanted. He didn't greet us, nor did he say thank you.

The store was spotless, the staff was great. They went above and beyond, I messed my order by my own carelessness and they were more than accommodating and re did my order. Thank you. <3 and the sandwich was glorious!!

Got there a few minutes before closing without any ideas of what we wanted. The one staff member working on July 4th was very accomodating and provided us with excellent customer service. The food was well prepared and delicious.

Got an chance to check out this location and it was pretty good. Staff were helpful and informative since Jimmy John's had rolled out the rewards program like everyone else is pretty much doing nowadays. I enjoyed the sub I got which I never had any issues from any of the other locations neither.

Ordered from them last night. They were definitely freaky fast! They were delivering when no one else was last night during the snow. We were grateful for some food! They even threw in some cookies for free! The sandwiches were delicious! Thanks guys!

I like that I can order with easy and have it delivered to work when I'm too busy to leave the office, but recently I found out that the Mayflower Apartments next door has a bit of a roach problem that's made it's way over to JJ's. I was not only told my a coworker but by a few others in passing that it's become a visible problem ar the sandwich shop. It makes me wonder if it's in the dining area what's it look like behind the counter? Great Service Though

Im recommending the app. They do get your food done quick without but I gotta say, it was pretty nice to be able to just walk in, pick it up and go.

I happened to try this place on Customer Appreciation Day. The lines were very long but very well organized. We were in an out with our dollar subs. The ingredients were very fresh for such a busy day. I was very impressed.
