I had lunch here for the first time today. I was promptly asked by a friendly person for my order, and I paid with another genial person. My friend ordered after me. I ordered a chicken philly with lettuce and tomato instead of onions and peppers. I got a table, waited a bit, used their facilities, and my friend already had their sandwich when I returned. After waiting again for more than 10 minutes listening to music that reminded me of the Rock Band game, and noticing people after me getting their food, I checked on my order. I was told they messed up my sandwich and had to remake it. I'm not sure why it wasn't remade right away, but I saw them grab my ticket and start making it after that. Maybe they forgot? It was fairly busy, and I will say everyone looked to be working efficiently. Just bummed my first time had an issue, and my friend had to leave before I was halfway through my lunch.

Very friendly staff and quick service. Their hours are also very convenient as we’re not big breakfast fans and they’re open a little earlier than most other lunch spots in the area. Highly recommend!

09/23/22 I was on lunch when I stopped by the sub shop. I was not paying attention to the gentleman making my sub. He made me the wrong sub. I just took it. Not my favorite sub at all but it was made and I did not want to wait to make another one. I will not go back.

Second time here,place was clean and staff was attentive. Ordered the Chipotle Cheesesteak with a glass of water. Bread was lightly toasted and steak was cooked to perfection. Cheeses was gooey as it should be. I ordered a side of jalapenos for an extra kick! 3 stars.

I liked the part where they made my order exactly how I told them the first time, without having to repeat myself over and over again. Everything looked super clean, fresh and well managed. Employees were polite and friendly. I would definitely go back if I was down that way again and getting the tummy rumbles.

My club sub in a tub was okay. Taste was there but it had too much oil in it for there to be no bread. Also my girl's sandwich was good. Although the problem is she was trying to get a wrap. The guy was trying to charge her another $2 for making it into a wrap. They clearly had a sign that said turn any sub into a wrap for same price as a regular sub. Scam much? He tried to explain on the register it charges an extra $2 from corporate. Seems to me maybe he pockets that extra money.

Sandwich was very good. Fresh cut deli meats fresh fixings. Grilled wrap, sloooow to make. First we waited, then they had to heat and clean the grill. Grilled the flour tortilla, then grilled the chicken. After a considerable amount of time (at least ten minutes) the wrap was delivered cold. No apologies for tardiness. This was at lunch time on a Saturday so you might expect it to be busy. First ordered a meatball sub alas no meatballs. While the sandwich was good, the price is alacarte drink and chips extra (expect for the kids meal which is a good value). The organization of this organization is not organized. Management needs to step in and step up and help smooth the processes so the food prep teams can work more efficiently. To start at known predictive times of the day have one cashier so each workers is not taking gloves on and off. Have an order to lining up sandwiches so then order stays straight. Thanks

Very good sub. I would say my favorite sub in the area. The sandwich maker was a disabled young man who was very pleasant and made us a beautiful sub. He was treated wonderfully by his co workers. Made me love Jersey Mike's even more than I did.

I'm am in the Navy, My coworkers and I decided to order from here. I myself never ate here before and gave it a try. We ordered online and went to pick it up. I know i should have looked to see if everything was there. That part is my fault. But if you are working in this kind of customer service, they should have made sure everything was in the bag before handing it to the customer. So after i returned to my shop with only half of everyone's food i went back to get the food that was left behind returned onto my credit card. They said they could not do it and that only the district manager could do that. i politely asked the manager there to call him and see what he could do and i was told "He is on his off time". I'm sorry there is no off time when you are managing your stores. He also offered me some free stuff which I kindly declined. Morale of the story, never pay online, always look at what you are getting, and never take anything they offer you for free in exchange.

Hands down the best sub shop in the area. I've been to this specific location a dozen or more times and have always been happy with the service and the food. I recommend the club or club supreme. They are tasty and substantial. You won't be disappointed.

I am stuck ordering the #42. (Chipotle chicken cheesesteak) it's so good, I dont even bother with anything else. The service is always good. I've never made it 2 steps into the door without being greeted by someone behind the counter.

Easily one of my favorite sandwich places there is. The cold subs are fantastic, the hot subs are fantastic, the wraps are amazing, the sub in a tub is a good option, the chip selection is good, cookies are great, they have it all.
