Food Is always great from Firehouse subs. I have never had a bad experience with this company. However tonight, the young man that helped me with my mobile order was probably one of the most uninviting food service people I have ever had to be helped by. When you come into work you get paid to offer customer service. I can imagine that this person had, had a bad day but acting like I am a chore to assist when I only asked for a drink carrier is NOT how you work food industry. Highly disappointed. We also ordered 4 separate sandwiches and only got two single pickles (one of which is in two single pieces ) LOOK IF ITS THAT HARD TO DO YOUR JOB THAN QUIT BUDDY.

Well made sandwiches. Delicious with plenty of meat and fixings. One of my favorite sub shops. Hard to find a good sub in the south. This FIREHOUSE SUBS location excels! But you have to learn how to count! My recent order included $3.00 for cookies (Order/Confirmation: 30850867). That is 2 orders of 2 cookies each at $1.50 for 2. Two orders of two equals four!! You told my wife I only ordered 2 cookies but go ahead and take the other two, it didn't matter. Well it does matter. Then you gave her a dollar back. That was my ONE DOLLAR donation. Check my order again and please keep things straight for the next time. I'll keep buying because the sandwiches are good. But from now on, will bring along a copy of the online order receipt. Get your math in order please!!

Food is good, service is fast and friendly. This is a chain so the food is consistent with other locations. Great spot for lunch and they offer a pre order system that's easy to use.

We ordered party platters here. The staff was very helpful in helping us decide what was bedt for our situation and they were fast. They were also kind enough to customize the platter preparation. Would recommend.

Very reasonable prices for the amount of meat one gets, Crowded during the lunch rush, the staff ALWAYS asks if I want a pickle as quite a few customers don't like them, the soda fountain ONLY dispenses ONE DRINK AT A TIME, so if there's a mob of kids(3 or more, especially females in front of you) and seniors who are TOTALLY, 100%, 21st Century, technologically-challenged or illiterate it may take a while to get a refreshment and the sandwiches are really good(especially the pastrami), so I'll be going back, I just won't order a drink.🏖🐴
