The cinnamon sugar donuts are phenomenal. They are not too doughey, but also not too spongey. If I had to describe their taste, I would say that they feel like walking on the cloud, even though I sadly never had a chance to do that. I imagine that’s what it would feel like though. I’ve had their breakfast sandwich the other day too and it was amazing, the donuts are the best though. Don’t buy them all so there is some left for me!

I ventured to SuperNatural Food & Wine because of the Alton Brown endorsement of the "best breakfast sandwich" he ever had. On the metrics of only bacon, egg, and cheese - I agree that this is a fantastic BEC sandwich, especially because of the airy bun, thick-cut bacon and soft, fluffy eggs. However, I found that the real star of the show was SuperNatural's Italian Stallion sandwich. For whatever reason, bakers in Florida generally can't make bread that it crispy on the outside and soft, moist on the inside. SuperNatural's ciabatta roll with sesame seeds achieved crusty bread bliss. Their delicious Italian Stallion sandwich has a perfect balance of 4 salty meats and dynamically sharp provolone cheese with the wonderful acidity and tanginess of the vinegar pepper salad spread. Also their German potato salad was yummy. Sweet, oniony goodness (make sure you add bacon). I was not expecting to love the matcha latte and maple latte with oat milk, but the beverages made my taste buds sing in luscious delight. Katie's chocolate cookie was decadently doughy and had a deep, rich cocoa flavor.

Incredible people making incredible food! Got their meatball sando and holy biscuits was it amazing. They have birch beer by the bottle which means they know about the finer things in life! Haha just all around love it.

First time eating here. My egg sandwich was really good. They have a red sauce on it that really enhances the flavor. Looking forward to to coming back and ordering more. Chris was nice at the register as well.

Great lil spot in the heart of downtown. The friendly staff and ambiance of the place makes you feel like you’re about to get something special and you will. The lunch and breakfast items are delicious! For a little extra love get the donuts. Best decision you’ll make all day

A super solid little spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. Ideal for downtown Tampa business takeout. Great sandwiches, salads, donuts, natural wine, beer etc. we had their egg sandwich, a “bangin” BLT, iced coffees, German potato salad and some stellar craft chocolate. Everything was great, the crew was very cordial, and we will definitely be back.

Visiting from milwaukee, tried their donuts yesterday and WOW we were blown away. They taste almost buttery but we were told they were vegan. Went back today for a half dozen. Seriously best donuts we’ve ever had, a must try.

Maybe the best sandwich I've ever had? The bread is really a star here; tender crumb with a perfectly crunchy crust. And always respect a spot that serves a pickle with their sandos. Service was super-duper friendly. Glad the woman working the front desk at the art museum recommended it. Wish I was a local so I could try everything else on the menu. Sandwich was giant, definitely big enough to share.

By far one of my favorite places to eat in Tampa. Bacon/egg breakfast sandwich is excellent. The turkey bacon cheddar melt is so good, I ordered it two days in a row for lunch. Great iced coffee & donuts too!!

the bacon egg and cheese sandwich lives up to the hype. definitely one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. the bread has a good solid toasty crunch. the sauce they use is fabulous. I did get the sour cinnamon donut. I thought it was good but if you never had a sour donut before you'll definitely have that double look face.

Really gread food, always hot and fresh. Bit expensive considering the sandwiches don't come with any sides but still worth getting. The donuts are awesome. Will be trying one of the flavored coffees next. The cold brew was good, but no option to add flavoring or sugar when ordering online(I like sugar in it, sue me🤷‍♀️) overall 5 stars, should consider opening a second location, I think a place like this would be popular in the St. Pete or in the SoHo area.

Came for the breakfast sandwich, stayed for the doughnut! I had heard amazing things about the breakfast sandwich and of course had to try it. It was AMAZING. The bread was so fluffy, bacon so crunchy, and the sauce was the perfect touch. On a whim ordered a doughnut and it didn't disappoint. Perfectly sweet and a little bit salty. Already planning to visit again soon!

This little inconspicuous shop has become my go to place for food and drinks in downtown. I work around the corner and have been stopping by on the way to work for their matcha lattes. Recently I have been adding their breakfast sandwiches or a doughnut when I need that sugar rush and now I get one almost every day. Nothing I have gotten there at this point has been short of delicious and I'm constantly impressed with what these guys are doing. Highly recommend the Meatball sub if they have it on the menu!

The vegan hubmarine sandwich is the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. It beats the gas station deli ham and cheese sandwich on wonderbread that I had as a kid - and that sandwich SLAPPED. Pro tip: Get it with avocado and the multi-grain sourdough.

There really isn’t any other place in downtown Tampa that can be compared to this establishment when talking quality of food. I beat myself up for living across the street from them since they open and I just ate there for the first time couple of months ago! In my opinion, a good sandwich has three key components: 1) great bread; 2) thinly sliced interior ingredients; and 3) proper proportions between the bread and interior ingredients. The sandwiches here do exactly the above. Really, it’s all in the bread. Absolutely phenomenal. I love this place. On top of that throw in, doughnuts, great coffee, Natalie’s OJ, and an incredible staff that you know care about the food they make, and there is no where better in all of Tampa. Thank you SuperNatural for existing.

I would have pictures of the great food, but i keep eating it all. I've been going here regularly over the last few weeks after stopping for a ham & cheese sandwich one day and being very impressed. The menu is simple and the food is straightforward, but very well done. They are using quality ingredients and that comes through in the food. My only request is more side options! So far here is everything I've had and it was all great: Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich Ham & Cheese Sandwich Turkey Rueben PB & J German Potato Salad

Aptly named joint: the food was almost eerily good. Every single piece of the breakfast sandwiches was delicious (trust me, I tried each layer individually to discern WHICH part was most responsible for the bacchanalia in my mouth). We were fools to have only ordered one SourDonut to share - I can’t stop thinking about it. Superlatively good place. Can’t wait to try lunch.

My wife and I stopped here on our anniversary last month for breakfast and it was the absolute best breakfast sandwich i've ever had. If you have the time to stop for a few and grab a sandwich it's highly recommended. We will be back multiple times. It is a grab and go shop with a few tables outside and inside if you have time to enjoy. 5 stars!

First time visit. Walked over from Museum of Art (6 minutes). Sandwiches were large and amazing. Donuts were sold out, so go early, but cookies were a pretty good substitute. Limited seating, but definitely worth a visit.

Can’t stop thinkin bout how my alton brown breakfast sandwich didn’t have the sauce everyone talks about… The donut was definitely fantastic, and lunch sandwiches we’ve gotten here in the past were some of the best in town, but man that breakfast sando, I could taste the vacancy of sauce. We were confused by the online menu because it has a picture of the sandwich with the bacon, egg, cheese, and lots of sauce on it but the description didn’t mention sauce. But everyone talks about the sauce and there was sauce in the picture, so I assumed there was sauce! I never leave review esp not negative ones but man, I woke up just a tad earlier than usual today bc i didn’t wanna miss the donut, but now it’s 9 pm at night and I can’t stop thinkin….what does that sauce taste like?

Wow, just wow. My wife and I genuinely count ourselves as donut experts. We travel frequently and no matter where we are, we always find donuts. We have had some of the most famous donuts in America and also do research to seek out a few of the the local small places wherever we are. We have genuinely driven 2 hours out of our way for the sole purpose of consuming donuts. I say all this to add credibility to my rating. The sour cider donuts here are currently tied for #1 on my list and #2 on my wife’s list. I’ve never tasted anything like them. I can’t wait to go back!

Egg sandwich and donuts are addictive. The special sauce is perfect and the donuts have that perfect salty/sweet flavor. You even get the hole part of the donut. Highly reccommend, but don’t clog up the line. :D No photos, because I ate it too fast. Support your local shops.

You’ll be wowed by anything you try and the kitchen staff’s care for details. Definitely don’t sleep on the donuts or tiramisu, they will honestly change your life. All I can say is WOW! Simple ingredients, executed perfectly. I got the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, a sourdough apple cider donut, and a drip coffee. The focaccia roll for the sandwich was perfection, I loved the tang of the sauce they added. The donut was everything it was hyped up to be, just as good or even better than the ones I’ve had up north. The bandit coffee was so smooth it didn’t even need cream or sugar. I’m already looking forward to going back!

The service is amazing and the doughnuts are heavenly! I also love the option for outdoor seating. There are drinks made in-house that are a refreshing addition to the menu. I wish there were more vegan meal options (not sides) and possibly mock meat options like seitan or TVP. The sides are small but good. I was full when I was done with my meal which is all I can ask for. I would like to go again to try out more!

The best hands down.I had a turkey sandwich from supernatural. And I am picky their ranch mayonnaise( not sure that’s what they call it) however; I had a turkey sandwich and lettuce, ranch mayonnaise. The bread seemed like it fresh out of the oven. And I even I got a pickle which is my Favorite! Please take the time to enjoy this place….. I promise it’s the best in downtown…. How I found it. I was on federal grand jury. And my colleague would come with with a delicious looking breakfast sandwich and he raved about it.
