Five star service - family friendly, very nice people, even the customers! Delicious food. I ordered scrambled eggs with spinach which is not exactly on the menu and they accommodated me. No wonder this place is a constantly revolving with customers. Great place to connect with others. Just wish there were outlets to charge with. 🤓

New location! Lots of outdoor seating, very limited indoor seating. The menu has changed. A couple of my favorites have been taken off but I still enjoy the Cuban breakfast sandwhich, French dip, egg salad sandwhich, among others.

We enjoyed cup of broccoli cheddar soup and sandwiches with my family in a hot Friday morning. The atmosphere is great and very tasteful food. Make sure you try the Belgian waffle too. Yum

Place is definitely welcoming. Service was great. Food was alright, but needed a little seasoning. The patio was nice. Once it rained we sat down inside to finish off and it was nice and quaint.

Just ok. This place is adorable! I passed it one evening when it was closed and went back the next day for lunch. The food was "meh" and the service was also so so. Two different employees regarded me and my +1 coldly. I'll give an extra star for great service even if the food isn't awesome, but that wasn't the case here, either. Maybe they smile for regulars - I don't know.

Fabulous find on our trek downtown in search of brunch. Service was great and the food was most delicious and savory. A plus was having a mimosa on the menu. Food was served quickly and was plenty to fill you up. Highly recommend as there were plenty of healthy menu items to choose from, too!

This is a quaint little lunch place in downtown Tampa. I have only had coffee here, however, it is very good. This time I had 2 pumps of vanilla and a pump of pumpkin spice with non fat milk, extra hot You can eat or drink inside or outside. Masks are required inside unless you are seated.

Fast experience and great food selection. This is a well organized cafe. I stopped by after landing from NYC, And I was surprised of the range of food they offer, wifi is reliable, very clean tables and Bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I end up coming here a few times since I found the place very cosy and reliable during my business breaks. Moxie's handles fair prices and I wish It could be open on the afternoon too. I'll stop by next time for fresh coffee or a small bottle of proseco.

We had two Latte, a wrap and a waffle. We paid over 30 $ for this. The taste of the Latte and waffle was good, the wrap was okay. The staff could be more friendly and we had finished our meals before the Latte came. In addition, it would be more environmentel-friendly to get real cups when sit in.

It is a great little coffee shop that also serves breakfast and lunch and has a good assortment of fresh baked goods like cinnamon rolls, muffins, and cookies. My green eggs and Ham sandwich was delicious and a couple of people that came in after me and saw mine ordered the same thing because it looked so good. Also the sandwich is huge. Coffee was great too.

I've been twice for lunch for their salads. Theres a nice independent feel to the place. Soft rock music. Counter service. Mostly high chaired tables. About $7 for a half salad. A decent value. I have only tried three of the many surrounding restaurants.

Nice and cosy place with a lot of decent breakfast options. I had the chia seed oatmeal which was a decent portion of a delicious porridge. There's water and free wifi and the cappuccino was decent. I may return here another day and try more options.

Great, locally owned, coffee shop in downtown Tampa. The staff greets you by name and takes every care in making you the best cup of coffee - ever. Try their ECH - Egg Cheese and Ham pressed breakfast Cuban. It is delicious. If you are still hungry there's lots of hand made desserts to choose from.

I love picking up food from Moxies. The staff is always fast paced and lively. Literally the funniest thing about the cafe though is every time I order something, modifications or not, an ingredient is always missing. I’m not mad about it, but it’s kind of funny, weird? lol BLT2 - The B for bacon was missing in my BLT Green Egg and Ham - One time only had egg and ham, missing avocado, cheese and tomato. Second time missing tomato There were other things like this before, but I’m not mad or anything, I just find it funny. I’ll keep going back :)

Fantastic food, my favorite here for breakfast is the lo carb scramble and lunch is the gyro pita. Also love the WiFi Waiter service that allows me to skip the line during rush lunch hours. Just connect to the WiFi and place an order from your phone, no app required!

This place is a gem that's been hidden under my nose for over a decade now. I frequent the area to dine at nearby spots like Bamboozle and Eddie and Sam's, but was never around early enough to try Moxie's. Recently, I finally stopped in. I ordered a cafe con leche and a cuban cinnamon for breakfast, and a tampa tornado sandwhich to have for lunch later. Everything I got was stellar, and came in larger portions than I expected for the price. The cinnamon bread was simple and delicious. The sandwich was so loaded that I had to eat it in two sittings. To top it all off, the staff was friendly and my order came out quickly. Definitely gonna have to return soon to explore more of their huge menu.

Food and smoothies were really good. Everyone is friendly. Only complaint I have is the seating. You are really smashed in there and it's uncomfortable. I also find it odd that you have to go to the table, pick up your own menus and then have to go check out. It seems slower. I wouldn't mind as much if it wasn't so difficult to get up and back in your seat lmao

Went for breakfast with my daughter not long ago since we were on this side of town. The food was excellent. I didn't catch the servers name but it was her second day on the job. I just want to tell her she did a great job. If we're on this side if town again we will be back.

I stayed at the courtyard and was looking for a breakfast place without breaking the bank, but at the same time I wanted to get out of the "subway" and type of confort zone. This place is very nice and inexpensive. The food was very good. They serve omelets, scrambled eggs, and many other options for breakfast. Employees are very nice, the place has a nice decoration, and atmosphere. I will come back next Time I'm in town for work.

Food is good and love to support downtown business, but the staff does not wear masks properly or they wear fake mesh masks. Certainly does not make me feel safe being a patron there. Leaving five stars because I don’t want to hurt their reviews, but hope they take this feedback and take the pandemic seriously, especially being in food service.

French toast had to much cinnamon, over powering. Their breakfast potatoes were just fresh french fries sliced thin and in circles. Guess I was expecting more hash brown style. Scrambled eggs were more milk then egg. They forgot my toast. Coffee was good

This is my first time eating Moxie's. (I got my food to go.) The place seemed pretty nice and welcoming inside though, so maybe I'll eat in next time. I got the "Say Cheese" sandwich with potato salad on the side. Both were excellent. It's not inexpensive, but that seems to be the norm for lunch downtown. Plus, the sandwich was pretty big. The girl who helped me was courteous and friendly.

The atmosphere was very nice, lots of wood features with that coffee bar feel - not just a cafe with an espresso machine like other places. Ordered a cafe con leche, extremely rich coffee (in a good way), a tad on the sweeter side for my taste, but nothing a little request later can fix. Ordered 2 gluten free cubans (heresy for the bread, I know), they were toasted warm and still warm after I walked back to the office, but the only peevish thing was all the meat was plopped in the center of the bread instead evenly distributed. Again, peevish, but it was still very tasty. Will be going back to try their breakfast options and other gluten free items.

Such a great little cafe in downtown. They have all kinds of sandwiches and soups, not to mention one of the best peanut butter and jelly combo selections in Tampa! Oh and the coffee is great too! Also has healthy menu options

Best french dip I have ever had. Moxies looks small from the outside but is roomy on the inside. Also, coffee is great and staff is friendly. I recommend to order ahead during lunchtime because they are popular!

Ordered breakfast for myself and three co-workers, ordered online. My Healthy Breakfast sandwich had eggshells in it. My co-worker's Scrambler was supposed to come with toasted Cuban bread, but did not. Other than that, everything else was fine. I'd recommend checking your take-out orders.

Moxies has, hands down, the best coffee downtown. The food is always super fresh and the staff is incredibly friendly. If you are following the keto diet there are several options here and the staff is very knowledgeable about what you can and cant eat. The setting here is very cozy so if you dont like being up close and personal with strangers, get your java and food to go.

3 stars for food, ordered a Cuban and the wife got a roast beef sandwich, got there just before noon and ordered, had to ask for food to go at 12:40pm as it still wasn't out, so I wasn't late getting back to work. But on a good note the food was good as we ate in the car on the way.

I used to eat at Moxie's every day when I worked in downtown Tampa. I miss the their breakfast sandwiches sooo much. Really good breakfast food and caffeinated beverages. Moxies is tops downtown Tampa, coffee, breakfast and even lunch you have to stop in. This place with it's eclectic environment is sure to please all! The staff are exceptional, the coffee is like none around! Grab yourself a double shot espresso, of your favorite flavor add on an everything bagel with cream cheese, tomatoe and bacon (my own little invention). You won't be disappointed! Coffee is amazing, staff is friendly. Food is made to order so you can essentially concoct your own customized meal. Sometimes it gets busy at lunch but they have a free app to order for pick-up, or go to the website.

(Translation) The pancakes 🥞 are super fluffy, the orange juice 🍊 natural and divine, the egg and ham bagel 🥯 was fabulous!!! And my sister enjoyed a parfait that was also delicious. The girls who serve are super attentive, only the coffee took a while, I had to take it with me because I was short on time and since the glass was so full it spilled. Otherwise it is a very nice place to have breakfast!!! (Original) Las panquecas 🥞 son súper esponjosas, el jugo de naranja 🍊 natural y divino, el bagel🥯 de huevos y jamón estaba fabuloso!!! Y mi hermana disfruto de un parfait que también estaba deliciosa. Las chicas que atienden súper atentas, solo el café se tardó un poco, me tocó llevármelo porque estaba corta de tiempo y como el vaso estaba tan lleno se me derramó. De resto es un lugar bien agradable para desayunar!!!
