This was my first experience with Planet Sub. I ordered and paid online which was great. I did not like being forced set up an account before paying. Also, be careful if paying online; the box that asks if you want your card info saved is automatically checked. When I pulled up, there were so many people loitering on the side walk, I almost kept going. My food was ready when I arrived. The taste was just ok...nothing to write home about.

This is a hidden gem of a sandwich shop in downtown St. Louis. I have been several times and their hot sandwiches never disappoint. The best way to describe them is that they are a little like a Quiznos sandwich, but they actually taste good. They give you lots of quality ingredients then toast it with gooey melted cheese. Yum. The people who work there are super nice and I will definitely be back again.

Looking for lunch and decided on Plant Sub. Ordered quickly and it was delivered quickly to the table. Sub was very good but the actual bread sets this place apart. Come and try. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

I ordered the turkey club online. When I got to the store there was no separate line for online orders and this was right at lunch time. The line was long with one cashier. The order was at least ready but if you offer online ordering it would be nice to go in and have a separate fast lane. The sandwich was great the bread was fresh and delicious.

TOP TIER! I was introduced to this place because of jury duty! 🙄 The bread is the seller! The ingredients are fresh and the service is always great as well… you will not be disappointed with any of the sandwich options! I’ve tried a few myself and I want all 3 every time I go! Lol! Nice greeting when I approached the counter. Order was taken. I was served promptly. Inside was clean. They wiped the tables in between customers. The food was hot fresh and delicious. I will go back. Oh they jave a sandwich called the Experience and it was very tasty.

First time coming in. The host/cashier was super nice. I got the half steak and cheese sub and it was delicious . The bread is so soft and chewy, not crunchy like other sub shops. The steak was seasoned perfectly. Perfect place to stop and eat at. I will be coming coming back for another sub.

I go here for lunch at least once per week. Staff is friendly, the service is quick, it's very reasonably priced and the sandwiches are great. If you can't decide on one, try The Experience, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve passed this shop over a hundred times and figured it was time to finally stop in today. My sub was delicious! The bread was chewy and held up against the generous amount of meat and vegetables. I will definitely be returning!

One of the few sandwich places open at 5:00 in the evening here in St. Lewis. Food is reasonably priced... under $10 for a sub and a drink. Fast and friendly service. I recomend the Planet Sub sandwich... its got a kick from the mustard.. great flavor

Sub: (noun) - Sub in this case refers to Submarine Sandwich: (noun) a sandwich made of a long roll typically filled with meat, cheese, and vegetables such as lettuce, tomato, and onions. Given this information we are to assume that Planet Sub is a giant sandwich planet. Planet Sub, what a name. Jimmy John's = some guy's stupid name. Subway = Confusing, are we eating? are we travelling? Like the name suggests, Planet Sub's food is otherworldly. Fresh ingredients, great options, warm toasted subs; I mean what else is there to ask for? It's a sub shop, everybody likes subs. I recommend this fine establishment to anybody

Ordered a chicken buffalo sub to go, it was pretty good size for the price and it was pretty good in flavor, chicken was a little over seasoned but overall pretty good. Also they had it ready pretty quick which was great.

The pastrami melt is my favorite; pastrami, brown mustard, sauerkraut. The bred here is the most incredible sub-bread you will ever eat. Toasted, but soft, unlike Subway's toasted but hard as a rock bread. Do yourself a favor and eat at Planet Sub.
