We ordered three sandwiches for pickup early in the evening on a weeknight. Our order was estimated to be ready 20 minutes after the order was placed. Twenty minutes later our order was not ready. No worries. I went out to the car and waited another 10 minutes then went back into the restaurant to check the order status. It was still not ready. I waited a further fifteen minutes until it was ready. The sandwiches themselves were fine. You could get sandwiches that are bigger for the same price elsewhere. I prefer quality to quantity. Aside from the order taking nearly 40 minutes longer than projected, the staff was rude. That really bothered me.

First time I've ever had Potbelly, I got the Mama's Meatball sandwich. DEFINITELY 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!! Absolutely AMAZING food!

You have to try A Wreck! In my opinion, best sandwich in town. They have definitely expanded the menu in recent months and I was extremely pleased with the changes. The shakes/malts are also fantastic.

Best sandwich I've had in a long time! Popped in today to finally give you guys a try and was not disappointed! Great customer service; we asked for a strawberry shake and even though the machine was down they still went out of their way to make one. We got the Turkey Avo and A Wreck with baked potato soup and it was all hot and delicious! We were very impressed with everything and will definitely be back soon. Keep up the great work!!!

Food was very good. Meats were tasty. Oreo shake was excellent. I guess my only complaint was that I'm not a toasted Italian sub person. I like cold cut subs untoasted. The bread used for the subs does not taste good untoasted My girlfriend had hers toasted and it was way better than mine. Overall though the experience was good and I'll definitely come back for a steak sub. And another Oreo shake!!

We a great lunch here today! Not from the area, was looking for a quick place to grab a bite and came across this on our way out of the city. The sandwiches and salads were excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the bathrooms were clean. Atmosphere/decor were cool, and the price was right. Would definitely go back if we are ever in the area!

It is a nice place. I was there first time today and had Mediterranean sandwich. I think that was one of the best sandwiches I had in a while. I'm impressed. Will be going there again for sure!

I made a mistake and had accidentally ordered food for pick up when I meant delivery. I called and they immediately offered to deliver it. Because I ordered online, there was no delivery fee. When he showed up I didn’t have any extra cash to offer him. I had tipped him when I ordered it, but would’ve tipped him again had I had the cash. Potbelly went above and beyond today and I hope they know how much I appreciated it. Thank you so much.

Edit: A day later I received a full refund on my order. If a company is willing to do this for the issues in service, it is a company that deserves 5 stars. Great food but service is a joke. Placed an online order for pickup an hour ahead of time. Arrived at pickup time and they hadn’t even started on my order. Had to wait another half hour for my order of two sandwiches.

I ordered ahead, and they made fresh oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for me, as they had sold out. I didn't know they could do that. The cookies took longer than expected, and the manager let me know where they were in the process. Great service, great food, great communication! Try this place, I've never had a bad meal.

Always have a good time eating here. Atmosphere is nice with all the history on the walls. The food is great. A variety of subs, salads, and shakes and always high quality. Their cookies and bars are also nothing to scoff at. It is a la carte, so getting chips and a drink can make it a 12 dollar meal, but the food is good so I don’t have a problem with it. There is also a table in the back with chutes and ladders on it, which my friends and I have used after our meal many times. 10/10 would go again.

Well, the food is really good! Cool decor and clean. The system of communication and organization, on the other hand, seems to have been modeled after an 8 year olds lemonade stand. I was asked 3 times, by 3 different people standing 3 feet away from each other, what I ordered. By the end of the transaction, I felt like I worked there!

The food here is great, and the cookies are great as well. I've ordered a bunch of sandwiches, and they've all been good. Try the Voodoo heat chips! The employees are usually top notch here, and very quick. There is one girl working there often who is SO RUDE though. You'll know which one, if you go!

This place can be slightly expensive for a sandwhich joint. It's worth it. They use high quality ingredients. I've always had fast service. The atmosphere is much improved compared to a Subway, Firehouse, or Jimmy Johns.

My chicken salad sandwich was fantastic but a little more meat would have been nice. Seems like I'm eating mostly bread. I would recommend making a change when at the register paying for your sandwich, don't have the cashier ask what sandwich I ordered. I could say whatever I want, which could be a less expensive one.

I had the Italian sandwich, pot pie soup and sugar cookie and all three were the best I have had around here. The gal that took care of our order was very enthusiastic and friendly. Was a little on the spendy side, so only 4 starts. However, I will be back.

Had a great sandwich today! The service was wonderful. My husband's first time here and didn't realize they cut the sandwiches in half. He ended up dropping half of it and they remade that half for free. WHO DOES THAT ANMORE!!! Thanks!

Love their hot peppers, that with their toasted, crusty white bread make a simple turkey sandwich amazing. Their shakes are the real deal. And, their chocolate chip oatmeal cookies have to be the best thing I've ever eaten.

As a formality I’m writing this review to express my gratitude to the O’Hara. I really appreciate the love put into the potbelly’s next to Scheels. The subs are pretty good and I frequent this business quite often. Their glass bottle sodas are a nice variance.

Went to the new PotBelly in Sioux Falls and it was much better than Subway. Sandwich's are cheaper than Subway, have more flavor, and the atmosphere is much better. I have only been once so I can't give it 5 stars but my first impression is a good one. Getting a free big cookie was also a plus!

Great value for your money, large sandwich with a lot of toppings. Only thing I wish I did was double meat instead of a larger sandwich. Also, hot peppers are HOT. If you get them, maybe go 1/2 serving or choose pickles and mayo to help calm it down

Food was good just expensive for 2 regular sized sandwiches and chips/soup. Line process for adding condiments to food got awkward as sandwiches were coming out faster then able to process requests. Parking lot kind of sucked at 1 pm on a Friday.

Potbelly does everything right that Quiznos did wrong when it comes to hot sandwiches. It's not healthy and doesn't pretend to be, so get that double meat and ask for a little extra cheese. Highly recommend A Wreck, their signature sandwich.

Overall its a 4. The food is a 5, the staff friendliness and overall expierence is a 3. It isn't what it was when it first opened but the food remains good. Price is ok and would be well worth the money if the staff was a tad more welcoming in my opinion.

I had never been to Potbelly before this visit. I was happily surprised at how wonderful the sandwiches were. I had the roast beef provolone flatbread and I didn't think I was very hungry, but it was so good I did end up eating the whole thing :-)
