yummm,the half sandwich is large. i like the packaging, the bag reads "we believe in bread that tastes like the clouds, bread so soft you could cuddle it". what a lovely meditation w food, that being said, i'll ask for toasted bread on my meatball sub next time:) attentive service. im grateful.

In town visiting family in Sioux Falls, we picked up some sandwiches for dinner last night. Best I have ever had! Back this morning to pick up another one for the trip home! This will be a must stop every time we are in town! The food was amazing, but most importantly the customer service was excellent! Had a nice conversation with the everyone on staff. Great job and thank you for the hospitality!

Since I was introduced to the best sandwiches in the world, I have not gone to any other places. Fresh. Delicious. Their pickles, literally HEAVEN. Until I can buy a bucket of pickles, I'll still be very satisfied with extras on my sandwich. Not the best place to eat inside with how disorganized and cluttered it is, but there are times where you get to enjoy the fun the employees have and get their company with some good conversations. Regardless, the sandwiches are WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY. Highest recommendations and highest praises to such mighty tasty food!

Very good tasting... They should get an automatic slicer (I feel bad for the person slicing everything by hand). Honestly, it's way over-priced for what you get. AND there's a spot on your receipt to tip. The pictures of what the subs look like just don't match up with what you get. I got an ultimate club, and they make it look like your getting a nice layer of sliced bacon... Well, you don't. You get a strip of bacon that's cut up in pieces and then turned 90 degrees and then spaced out the length of the sub. The cheddar cheese and bacon combo is great, but the cheddar cheese was sliced literally paper-thin. The cookies are $1.79, and they are the thinnest cookies I have ever seen. I would love to come back here, but for the price and what you get, it's just not worth it. (3 stars because it definitely tastes good)

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch with no additional toppings. I drove over there, got my food, got home and my sandwich had veggies on it. I called and they offered to make me a new one but I had to drive back over there to get it. I just threw it away.

Food and service were very good. My complaint was that I ordered the pasta for my toddler to eat on a road trip across the country and it came to us cold and unheated. I'm not sure why this would be as it was ordered as part of a kids meal so in any case she couldn't eat it until we got to our hotel that night with a microwave. It did come with heating instructions, just not sure why they wouldn't send it home with my sandwich in a ready to eat condition since I was ordering our meals together. Otherwise happy with my experience.

Good food, good folks. I like the pre-prepared entrees... wide range of pastas, pot roast with mashed spuds and green beans, etc. Dine in or takeout.

Whenever I come in to town I have to stop in...Staff was friendly and the food was fresh...I removed one star because upon returning to the hotel to munch on my sandwich, I was disappointed in NOT finding the toppings I had asked for...Their chicken tortilla soup was yummy as well...

I don't know how to feel about this place, it's a sub joint that's been there for years, the food is always ok, I'm just always surprised by the prices, 8" sub, chips and a drink $ 9.50, I would expect a little bit more competitive pricing from a place called Mr good cents. I hope they come to their "cent"ces soon and figure out a way to make their average food affordable.

Our sandwiches were fantastic. I think it is their bread that makes them stand apart from the competition. They have been adding more meat to them and it is a huge improvement. My main complaint is that the staff isn't always friendly or helpful as other places. If I add something extra there has been a long sigh from them. I keep going back because the food is delicious but I would love for the owner/managers to find a way to help their staff be 5 star (a raise, better training, better hours, more appreciation)

Just another chain that serves sandwiches on soft factory bread. The bread on my roast beef sandwich had the consistency of unbaked phyllo dough. The sandwich was fairly long at 8 inches but they made up for that with a paper thin layer of roast beef and Swiss cheese. Only lettuce option was shredded which tastes like straw to me. Sandwich was certainly edible but definitely nothing special. And at $10 for sandwich plus small bag of chips it hardly can be called a bargain. Will keep looking for locally owned shops that have the potential to be better.

In the area for the hospital and noticed the reviews - figured I had to try it. It did not disappoint! The owner of the location actually does work the floor and spends time talking to you (even offering advice and much needed encouragement about the medical facilities in the city!) I wish people back home were this friendly. The atmosphere alone will undoubtedly make me return any time I am back. Thanks, guys! I hope to see you soon!

I had the broccoli soup and 4 inch sub. The person who took my order was super friendly and listed off all of my options. The driver was pleasant and efficient. The sub was amazing, the turkey was moist and flavorful, the bread was super soft and everything was portioned perfectly. The soup was creamy, warm and flavorful. I am going to be ordering a lot more from Goodcents Deli, it beats a pizza or greasy fast food. AMAZING!!!!

This was my first time at Goodcents. The sandwich was wonderful! Soft bread and tasted great. There did seem to be way too many employees there though (5) when I was the only customer in the place! I'll be coming back for more soon.

Love love love this place for their subs. We have moved away from Sioux Falls but still stop by when we're back in town visiting family. The bread is so soft and they have a great combination of toppings available. Since the kids love it too their subs work great to grab for a family picnic or road trip.

I wish I took a photo, the sandwich I got was a veggie on wheat. The wheat bread was smashed flat and when I would pick it up everything basically fell out. Overall it was a good sandwich. I will have to try it again and hope I get a different outcome.

I had 1 horrible sub A LONG time ago and wrote them off. I tried them again a few months ago and was pretty impressed. Although BOTH times I've ordered from there on the last several months I've gotten a double order. I'm not complaint about that AT ALL but it's happened the last 2 times. I would also like to add just for educational purposes that there E.T.A's are NEVER right but the wait is worth it 🙂🙂🙂

Mr. Goodcents has been in sioux falls east side for a long time andI remember when it first opened up. The food is good and I love the soft bread for the sandwiches! I like that they slice the meat fresh, however it can be a real turn off to see them using the very dirty slicer! I also think that the ham could be a better quality instead of the square pressed meat stuff. It was just more recent that I had ate in the store instead of delivery. I can say that I was very unimpressed with the dining room! It is very much in need of organizing, deep clean and paint job! It also looks like one of the employees/owner had their office created right in the dining room with printer and papers etc, what the heck!? I was also turned off when you go to use the soda station, you can see all the nastiness behind the counter where the sandwiches are made :( I think goodcents has great food, I would just recommend not eating "in" until they do some clean up and organization!

The food is fine. It's the OWNER that is the problem! He talks down to his employees. He is very grumpy and loves to swear while he is slicing meat & cheese. He talks down to his employees right in front of his customers. Doesn't have the courtesy to talk to them in private. Employees don't respect him, they talk behind his back. He flips out the customer. I remember the owner told a customer they were wrong!

Probably the best sub you can get in Sioux falls. It has some of the most moist bread so you don't feel like you're chewing a brick. Fresh sliced meat and cheese goes on the sub which just adds another level of quality. They also offer decent pastas to if you're into that.

Reasonably timely delivery service. I LOVE their broccoli and cheese soup, however something about their meat always rubs me the wrong way. If your into soups and salads, this is a good place to try!

Sandwiches are great, but the inside is kind of gross. Bathrooms are dirty and there is a makeshift business office in the lobby. Random. I definitely don't go there for the ambiance, but I'll keep coming back for the sandwiches.

Normally I love Mr. Goodcents and I am hesitant to post this review but recently the food hasn't been at its best.. last week for example I ordered 2 sandwiches 2 chips 2 cookies for delivery.. it took an hour 20 minutes.. I was working right across the street.. ordered cali turkey club standard garnishes as on menu but please don't toast I want cold deli.. driver told me he went to Tea/Ellis road before dropping mine off but Not to worry they kept it warm.. if I wanted cold deli and not toasted why would you keep it warm? Plus none of the standard dressings guacamole only ???

I absolutely love the subs here, it just really is hard with delivery, I’ve delivered before and the wait time is horrible, and I just tried to look up an order, and it will be over 80 minutes before they can deliver, I just don’t think they should even offer delivery if they’re not able to keep up with other delivery restaurants in town.

Good for the deli meats and sandwich bread. I hear other parts of the menu are great as well. A lot of their furnishings and equipment are outdated, but it doesn’t affect the quality of the food. The owner is very friendly and always willing to talk to customers. Cool that they have a rewards app now, too!
