I immediately had to write a review! I want to give thanks again for the great service I received from Stephanie! She made my two year old and I feel very welcomed. She went above and beyond!! Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Don’t second guess your decision to stop in!

The food here was delicious. The customer service of the woman that took our order was disappointing and slightly embarrassing. When a member of my group asked a question and took a few moments to figure out what they could order bc of a food allergy I would have appreciated assistance from the employee, or at least courtesy. We received no advice, instead she found it appropriate to smirk at us. She also "assumed" what size of sandwich he wanted, and did not offer my receipt. This was our first visit to Firehouse Subs, I wish we would have chosen a different location.

We stood at the register for 10 minutes while they kept telling the girl working the register not to take our order without saying a single word to us, the food is normally very good but this was by far the worst service I’ve ever received. Update The owner of this location reached out to me and was concerned about the situation and corrected it so hopefully it was just a one off situation

Can't go wrong with Firehouse, in my opinion. Their sandwiches are great and the staff at this location has always been friendly and on top of things. I am in Sioux Falls for work quite often and this is one of the stops I try to make during my stays.

This is one of the best fast food places I've been to. The subs are amazing and the service is even better. Massive thanks to Jesse and Kiya! Since it was my first time here they walked me through all the different sandwiches they had and which ones were popular. I ended up choosing the sweet and spicy meatball sub. This place is incredible! Also, after you order you go sit down and they'll bring it out to you. I assume at less busy times but maybe even when busy. Overall a must for those craving a good sub sandwich.

Always a good place to stop in Sioux falls for a quick bite to eat. I enjoy eating here because they support my fellow fire brothers with a wide variety of programs they sponsor. Plus I almost always buy their pickle buckets to support more of their causes. The food is fresh and delicious. Clean store with friendly staff.

I have my bf and he has never been to Firehouse before now i ain't from SD nor MN I am from Arizona but have lived in and come to grow with Mn over the past six year's so i had ro take him and as sure as nothing he loved it better then subway anytime. Firehouse is great and there loaded potatoe soup is to good for words always leave 😋happy and super full. Great job guys...

Food was amazing, service was even better! I ordered too many items and had a toddler to carry out, and one of the employees offered to help me get everything to my car! It was a really sweet gesture, considering he was only in a t-shirt and it was only 10 degrees out! I love both locations in Sioux Falls, but this one is now my favorite.

I really enjoy Firehouse subs normally but ordered through door dash tonight and when we got our two cheddar brisket subs . It was brisket and bread only no sauce no cheese no pickle . I'll still eat here but probably will go to pickup from now on.

I want to give this place 5 stars, but it's simply too expensive. The sandwiches are great, but a footlong that would be a large enough meal for most people is 11-12 dollars depending on what sandwich you get without a drink or side. That's the price of 99% of fast food meals. It's good, but I doubt I will come back very often because of the high prices. That being said, it does support firefighters, so it is for a good cause.

Always delicious, well prepared subs. The New York Steamer is my favorite. They've also got about 40 hot sauces to chose from, all different levels if heat which is real nice to try every time I go in.

I'm giving it 5 stars because this is the place me and my deceased grandmother would always go and I loved going but my last recent time I went it's like they scanned me out of the meat and the fillings inside so I would give it a lower rating but because my grandmother loved this place so much you still get the 5

It was my 1st visit to a Firehouse Subs restaurant. The staff didn't acknowledge us for a few minutes, that's why only 4 stars, not 5...they were milling around behind the counter. The counter is high so I couldn't see what they were doing. Once they did tho, they were friendly & answered our questions. We each ordered a sub(one large & one medium) & nothing else since we had chips & drinks at home. Our order was $20 which is on the high side if u compare it to a place like Subway. But we didn't need to add 'extra meat' like we have to do there & that def brings their cost up. I give the food 5 stars! It was so GOOD! He had a FH Club & I had the Brisket. I'm always afraid to order any kind of roast beef cuz they are always tough no matter where u go but OMG...this sandwich melted in your mouth, the flavors were wonderful & the roll was so soft & fresh. Kudos to FH for getting it right! I'm a chef by trade so I can be critical. My bf really enjoyed his sub too & he can be picky. Each sub came with a kosher dill pickle slice, the really good ones! Nice treat. So the $20 cost is just fine with us & we will def be back!

The food is fantastic. The service is nice and friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they often add stuff to my sub that I ask to be left off. I'm sure they just get in a routine of putting items on and forget to check the order sometime.

Who wouldn't love these subs in my opinion best in town honestly haven't eaten at any other sub place since I stated eating here great portions at a great price. Love there limited edition mint chip cookies wish they kept them around year round.

I recommend having the Spicy Cajun Chicken sub. It has a good amount of spice and you can always add hot sauce to it. Firehouse Subs provides a wide variety of hot sauces. The chili is wonderful too. Perfect for eating on very cold days.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Huge portions that can easily feed two or three people with one footlong sandwich. Sandwiches were made quickly with fresh bread and high quality meats and veggies.
