Love their catering options. Huge salads to feed large group that come with fire hydrant bottle of salad dressing, big platter options of hot and cold sandwiches and delivery. Was perfect for the wedding day lunch as we were all getting ready. Delivery guy was friendly and nice to our vendors.

Someone stole my takeout order lol, but they made me a new order as fast as they could. Every time I stop though they never have the order ready even if I order ahead of time. Great and friendly staff though. I do enjoy it a lot.

Great change of pace getting a hot sub sandwich. Not quite as fast as a different sub shop, Firehouse Subs serve a hot sandwich for your meal. They have a large selection of sandwich’s to choose from. I like the Engineer the best. The store was VERY CLEAN INCLUDING THE RESTROOMS!! Plenty of parking for everyone. If you haven’t been here yet I feel your missing out.

The food is good, but the amount you get varies. You never know how much you are going to get each visit. We've even ordered two of the same sandwiches at the same time. One would have barely any meat, and the other would be loaded.

I was not expecting the sandwich to be warm. It was very good. I went with my husband and sister in-law they were happy with their too. The only problem was that they were little slow. But could been taken care of take out orders, I would go again.

This Firehouse location was pretty good at one time. Ever since COVID hit, their quality has suffered. Never huge things, but a lot of little annoyances, hence why they still have three stars from me. They’re always friendly and never rude, even when busy. I appreciate that. They’ve always gotten my order right on the receipt, and I always enjoy “rounding up” to give a little extra to firefighters/EMTs/etc. However, their sandwich crew is another story. 75% of the time I visit, they forget toppings I ask for. One time, they left off all the toppings altogether. The next time, they left off what I asked them to, and half the others that I actually asked for. I am not asking for bizarre combinations either; lettuce, tomato, cheese. This last time, they left off just the lettuce, off a sub type that has lettuce by default. Mistakes happen, we’re all human. I also understand its harder to find decent help post-COVID. However, 75% failure rate is unacceptable, even if this was a drive through (and this is not a drive through). This is even frequently when it is not busy (I was one of two people in the business at around 2:00pm this last time). TLDR: Post-COVID, the people working here that assemble the sandwiches do not pay enough attention to your order, and very frequently screw up toppings you ask for.

First time trying Firehouse Subs last night. Stopped in around 7pm or so on a Wednesday evening. 3 employees behind the counter finishing up an order. I looked at their menu online so that I would be prepared to order when I walked in. I glanced at the menu for about 15 secs in case I missed any specials, which I did not. The employees stared at me for 2-3 mins while chatting with each other, all the while I'm looking at them waiting to see if they'll acknowledge me. Finally they did, they took my order for 3 subs....totaling over $33. I was a bit surprised at the total, but not worried if the quality was there. After getting home, I realized that these sandwiches were no better than a Subway or Jimmy John's or any other place but the prices were much higher. I can appreciate an average quality food item, but not average quality service along with it. There are plenty of other sub sandwich places in town that are willing to go that extra mile to make customers feel welcome. I won't be coming back to Firehouse Subs again.

Usually i dont review restuarants, but this one deserves it. We had it delivered by FoodDudes and it was just perfectly fantastic food. We had ordered 3 different subs: steak and cheese, smokehouse, and meatball with pepperoni added. Each had extreme flavor that makes me wanna order more! Cookies were perfectly chewy and chocolatey.

I was in your east store today. The food was fine but, one of the employees behind the counter had his mask under his chin. I almost left the store without ordering. I don't know your policy, however, if I go in again and see an employee without a mask I will not place an order.

They seemed a little short staffed, friendly staff though. Took ~25 mins to get my sub because they were so busy. I got a warm sub and my wife a cold one. The food was "meh" for ~9 dollars a medium sub.

Firehouse is always good, but the staff here were very friendly in particular when I've been. I noticed one guy (I believe he was the manager) being very kind to a little kid and engaging him, rather than just ignoring him. It was busy, but the store was still clean and we still got our sandwiches fast.

Some of the best hot subs you can find (not sure if they have cold subs). Their brisket is to die for! Delicious, plus they donate money to fire departments for lifesaving equipment. Dining for a great cause!

I had the steak and cheese sub which was delicious, cuz I've been fighting a cold and wanted something warm. It was one of the better potato soups I've had in a long time. Will definitely go back for the soup and the Steak and Cheese sub
