Not only did Kaspars do an amazing job catering our wedding, our point person Lynn helped us navigate our very particular venue. She brought up things I had not thought of and I keep thinking about how much anxiety she saved me from by sharing all her expertise. Kaspar himself was cooking for us and the food was seasonal, delicious and beautifully presented. They were also accommodating to allergies and preferences. The staff was also a dream, they had assigned someone just to us as a couple all night and little touches like a beautiful plate of snacks and glasses of cold champagne just as we finished the ceremony and making a guest who was having a birthday on our wedding day feel celebrated too. From our tasting which they made feel so special that I teared up at it ;) to their excellent communication, they got all the details right and we will continue to sing their praises to everyone we know and use them for any parties or events into the future! A+++

We decided to go with Kaspars to cater our wedding and boy was that a good move. From beginning to end Kaspars provided world class service. Shannon was wonderful to work with and had excellent communication. Kaspars took all of our feedback into account during our tasting session and the food was perfect on the day of the wedding. The food was so good that multiple parties attending our wedding wanted Kaspars contact information to see if they could line up Kaspars to cater their events. The servers at the event were respectful and incredibly courteous. Billy and Raj went above and beyond during the wedding and we cannot thank them enough. 5/5 stars, if my wife and I ever host an event where we need a caterer in the future Kaspars will 100% be our go to. The planning for our event was incredibly well-though-out and the food was amazing! I felt like the event was lovely and a huge part of that was the professionalism of Kaspar’s. The planning staff and day-of staff were excellent.

We used Kaspars for a small company event. The food was delicious and beautiful and the folks at Kaspars were friendly and helpful. Our budget wasn't huge but Kaspars really helped us make the most of it.

This was the second time we’d ordered holiday dinner from Kaspars and the experience was great both times. The food was packaged and clearly labeled and came with easy to follow reheating instructions. It took less than an hour to reheat and prepare for serving. The food was amazing! We even had the kids coming back for more vegetables which is completely unheard of in our family. The clean up was fast and leftovers could be sent home in the original containers. We’re definitely doing this again

Kaspars worked with us to customize our order and delivered freshly prepared beautifully presented delicious dishes right on time. We ordered take out from Kaspars Mother's Day menu and we were so happy with the food we ordered. There were lots of choices so we put together our own video. We started with Coconut Mango scones which were excellent. They also came with house made jam which was a very nice touch. We had a quiche, a romaine salad and the seafood platter. I've always loved Kaspars smoked fish and this assortment did not disappoint. There was smoked salmon and a smoked trout spread with house made crackers. Let's just say there was a lot to love!

I ordered Easter dinner for my family and was thoroughly impressed. Food was delicious! Not only that, everything was packaged and labeled so nicely, there were very clear re-heating and serving instructions, portions were generous and curbside pick up was super timely and efficient. Kaspars will be my go-to for special event take out from now on.

I walked by Kaspars many times and thought they were a catering service for large events, and only recently noticed that they offer take home dinners. I ordered a couple of main courses from their rotating weekly menu and everything was delicious. If you want a restaurant style dinner at home, definitely order ahead and give Kaspars a try. Really nice people, excellent food. I am definitely doing it again soon.

We were thrilled with our catering from Kaspars! Our club members raved about the food. Everything was so easy from ordering through delivery. We had a smaller gathering this year do to Covid and our usual caterer wouldn’t cater a smaller group (20). We used the express catering with some help from Jessica at Kaspars. I think we have a new caterer going forward big or small group. Also the prices are very reasonable!

Our friend shared their Kaspars’ Thanksgiving 2020 meal (for 4) with us and everything was delicious! My friend ordered an extra pie and after taking a bite of the apple crumble I thought: this is the winner but then the pumpkin pie was perfectly spiced, nice light texture. I ordered the Christmas Eve dinner the same night. The ease of enjoying a quality meal at home was well worth it.

We can't say enough good things about Kaspars Catering! Their staff is professional, kind & great to work with with. We talked to 8+ wedding caterers, & our conversations with Kaspars were the most professional & prompt. From responding to our initial inquiry, to working with us through all the little details building up to our big day, to just doing an incredible job on the day of - we're quite impressed. Services Kaspars provided for our wedding day: - Tray-Passed hors d'oeuvre - Bar (Speciality cocktails, wine/beer, mocktail, coffee, and other beverages) - Plated Dinner - Clean up post event - Table & Chair arrangement - Desserts Moving on to the food: Our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious the three course meal was. Their presentation was freakin' amazing as well! Our main point of contact was Lynne Jaicomo Deal, and I can't say enough good things about her! She was so amazing to work with & did such a great job coordinating everything the day of. We're absolutely hiring Kaspars for all future catering needs!

Me and my guests had the most fortunate experience of having food catered by Kaspars. We are all collectively blown away. The food was delivered beautifully with clear plating, warming and serving directions. I don't know where to start; the main course, salad, the breads, the butters, the desert - exceptional. Quite possibly the best meal I have had in Seattle. I can not wait to support them for more events.

We had another fabulous meal from Kaspers tonight. There menu was wonderful and my husband and I both loved each of our dishes. We felt like we had gone out to dinner the food was so delicious. Great instructions on how to heat everything and present everything. We even had special cocktails tonight that were fabulous! We look forward to doing this again soon. We used Kaspar's for a work event where we were able to cook a menu of fine foods for one another, under the supervision and instruction of Kaspar and his staff. Every aspect of the day was fantastic - food, service, beverages. Everything was spot-on. We will definitely return.

Excellent Service! My friend had his wedding reception catered by these folks and they did an outstanding job. We had about 50 guests and they were completely prepared for us. The tables were set just right and the food was fantastic. Everything went great!! I will have my next big function there as well.

The groupon would be better if it included the option to pick between having a photo or a dvd of your experience, or did not have the dvd/photo at all and the price of the groupon went down to $30. I don't know if I would come back at retail price...but with the groupon price at just that right price to swallow.
