We ordered the hot dog, goulash, vegetarian pita, salad, baklava, and rose lemonade— a bit of everything to test the menu. Not a single disappointment here, everything was baked and cooked with love and even though we ate it at the beach park, it felt like we were eating in a family’s dining room. And what did we expect? Every reviewer here is raving about the food and now so am I.

Baked in Bosnia has the most authentic tasting pita I have ever tasted outside of Balkans! Perfect chewy texture with smell that took me right back to my childhood. I can’t recommend it enough. If you want to taste what true, authentic, Bosnian food is like, this is the place.

Absolutely fantastic!! Made for a really fun surprise date night. Everything was really delicious and I can't wait to order again! The pita was to die for, the gulash was so dang good, and the baklava was perfect! My partner's favorite was the gulash and my favorite was the pita.

I love to go to Bosnia and Herzegovina. I volunteer with and support a multi-ethnic youth group in Brcko. Baked in Bosnia is the real deal. The food is authentic, fresh and wonderful. There is no doubt that they would be a big hit in BiH!

I come here for the incredible cevapi. Five stars doesn't do it justice. I fell in love with cevapi in Sarajevo while on vacation, and Baked in Bosnia is the best place I've had it in the US. It is so, so incredibly worth it. I split one cevapi meal with my partner because the portions are generous, and every time I have the opportunity to order it I do. It is always the highlight of my week. If you've never had cevapi (and eat the components, ie meat, etc) I cannot recommend trying Baked in Bosnia enough!

We've been to Baked in Bosnia many times now — and we enjoy every new Sunday dinner we devour! I originally posted a review on Yelp when they first opened, and they have since expanded to include more variety in their dishes. I love that each week slightly varies in what they offer to order. It's always so hearty & filling - and the flavor/spice combinations are awesome. In all honesty, we have liked every single dish we have tried. It's a perfect family meal to sample and share around the table. The owners remember us and our pup when we visit to pick up which is really nice to know they care about their customers. They are always conversing and catching up with folks who come to pick up food. Get on their email newsletter list so you too can pre-order a fantastic meal and be a happy camper! It's easy to fill out the form online of what you want & you pre-pay so you can just pick up at your designated time. Do it!

I’ve ordered several times from Baked in Bosnia and I’m never disappointed. Everything is always so tasty. Tonight I had the chicken schnitzel with noodles and red cabbage and it was so flavorful, a generous portion and really delicious comfort food on a rainy night. I strongly recommend Baked in Bosnia if you haven’t tried it yet.

This place is an absolute gem! It was my good fortune to discover this under-represented food. My first dish was the gulaš and it was by far the best thing I’ve eaten in Seattle in over a decade. I wish they were open more often but it is my pleasure to support this local establishment. I can’t wait to pick up my next orders.

I am always impressed with the efforts made to provide delicious homemade food from scratch. It is obvious you really care about the quality of your food and the overall experience of your customers. I started buying coffee from you online and am enjoying testing out the different flavors. So far Honduras is my favorite. The aroma when it arrives is amazing and it wafts out of the mailbox. The coffees are all full bodied and have definite differences in the flavors. Job well done on expanding your food business to include great coffees and merchandise that compliments your love of your birthplace. Thanks for sharing it with this American who grew up in Europe, it brings back some great memories!

While visiting family in Seattle, we were recommended this delicious option for Bosnian food. We had three Kinds of Pide, Autumn (vegetarian), Beef (halal), and Caramelized Onion (vegetarian). They were all very flavorful, yet distinctive individually. I wish we had ordered more than just the German Potato Side Salad (vegan) and Baklava (vegetarian) to go with it, as they had more offerings and those went quickly. The Shokata Fanta was a yummy citrus and floral soda(elderberry and lemon). I would get this regularly if I lived in Seattle.

Baked in Bosnia's huge portions are delicious! I'd never had Bosnian food until I got some from Selma and it is AMAZING. I'm happy they're expanding into more vegetarian options too. Definitely will eat here again

The food is amazing! We have ordered many times (as the menu changes each week) and have never been disappointed. The goulash is fantastic and mildly spicy and we can never get enough of the wonderful baklava. Fantastic Bosnian cuisine!

My best friend in high school cooked Bosnian food for me and I haven’t had it for years! This place brought back all the delicious memories. The food is absolutely delicious, served warm and ready to eat when you pick it up!! They are friendly and we’re right on time with my food when I was there to pick up.

I discovered this vendor by accident, during COVID, while looking for food take-out / delivery options in my neighborhood. It runs out of a commercial kitchen what used to be shared by other food vendors. Baked in Bosnia has food pick-up on Sundays, and only 2 blocks from where I live -- it's an easy Sunday-dinner choice. My wife and I are (attempt to be) world travelers and always enjoy foods from around the globe. Seeing this is Bosnian food, never had it before; and I have some Bosnian friends, I wanted to check out what these guys grew up eating. Food is delicious. They have a vast range of doughy / flaky dishes that are on the savory side. And they always carry baklavas for a more delicate take on dough. I've had the food for about 10 times so far, always enjoyed them. A cool discovery we had is that every culture has a similar form of "comfort food". I like these Bosnian comfort food dishes!

Great chance to get a very nice Central European homestyle Sunday dinner and also support a local chef. We've had 4 of their meals so far. 3 were outstanding and one was good. The salads are good and the desserts have all been excellent.

We ordered some cake slices during Baked in Bosnia’s ‘Slices of My Life’ promotion. We ordered two slices of Bee Sting Cake and two slices two slices of Krempita and they were all delicious. They even gave us a complimentary slice of Black Forest Gateau because or order was a few minutes late being brought out to us. It too was delicious.

When I showed up to pick up I realized that I had accidentally placed my order for the next week. Even though it was short notice they were able to accommodate me that day which was a huge relief. The food is also authentic and delicious as always. Highly recommend.

Seattle finally has an authentic Bosnian bakery and my partner and I could not be more excited!!! Of course we had to invite friends over and try everything on the menu while drinking rakija in our house and blasting Lepa Brena - such a fun night!!! The krompiruša was bursting with flavor and the filo dough was the perfect texture - so rare in the United States... the kifle were absolute perfection - one bite and I immediately felt transported back to the Balkans... the goulash was wonderful (full of garlic and paprika!) and maybe even better left over the next day... the salad was refreshing and complemented all of the other flavors... the rose lemonade was delicious and a dessert in of itself but then the baklava really was the cherry on top of a perfect meal. Just extraordinary. We felt like we were back in a Bosnian kafana with friends and family. Živjeli!!!

I must say that this is the most authentic food I have ever had in Seattle and even in the state ! The Pides were soo good and delicious that I literally almost ate my fingers ! Selma is just such an amazing and passionate chef who puts her heart into her food ! To be honest, I cannot wait for Sundays to order again and enjoy this authentic Bosnian food ! Amazing and authentic, just as I remember eating while I was a child. The food was wonderfully seasoned, well portioned, and freshly made (Highly recommend the Gulaš). The comfort of the food truly made me feel at home. So much so, that I had to call my mom thousands of miles away and tell her about it. C'est bien!

Simply unbelievable. So much love and skill went into these dishes. I believe that I have to invent a word to describe the ecstacy in my mouth... SCRUMTRULESCENT. I cant wait to see Cevapi, Sarma, Pljeskavica, and plenty of Lepinja on the menu. Here's hoping for an a la carte option because I'll buy a months worth of food, I dont care if it costs a thousand dollars. I NEED IT!!!!!!!

Easy order online, easy pickup at suggested time, just follow instructions in your email ( your navigator will most probably not lead you to pick up location). No need to call or enter the building. Baked in Bosnia is making awesome cakes. Superior quality as to me.
