I got their vegan wrap; great and filling. Just enough hummus in the hummus & vegetable wrap. Polite staff and very quick service. Perfect place for a quick lunch because it was out so fast but is made fresh. I’m not even vegan but their wrap was still great. The wrap itself too seemed to be like whole wheat but didn’t have that harsh grainy texture Like a lot of them do. Nice and soft still. There’s a lot of space in here. Ton of seating. Totally clean inside; you can tell they keep up on it regularly.

Great place to grab lunch if you’re downtown on a weekday. Their menu is exactly what you would expect: a pretty wide range of sandwiches, a variety of chip choices, and a few different soups and salads to round it out. They also offer breakfast, although I’ve never been able to try it. The sandwiches are decently sized and made with high-quality ingredients, and the employees are always friendly. The prices are a little high considering the size of the meal, but aren’t too bad. Their hours are a bit limiting if you don’t work downtown, as they’re only open weekdays during the standard workday, but I’m glad their employees get weekends off (assuming they don’t have a second job)! Not very common in the food industry.

Most delicious homemade food! Subs are massive, the soups and chowders are fantastic and 10/10 whatever desert is being offered that day is just as great. i love coming here, Mike is awesome and there are even some shops with beautiful locally handmade decor for while you wait!

Incredibly nice people and such a great gluten free menu! I got the Ultimate Grinder and their gluten free clam chowder. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten. They even had gluten free cookies available but opted for the bowl of chowder instead. We also order the regular Ultimate Grinder which also looked incredible

They have a very large menu with out of the box specials. They usually get busy at lunch time so arrive by 11:30 for quick service and a seat. Great local sandwich shop!

Perfect portion sizes, and so delicious! The chicken salad sandwich was not overly mayo-ey in flavor, and the dried cranberries were SUCH a perfect addition. I also had the carrot ginger soup which was packed with bright flavors and a great texture. Food was ready quickly, and the service was efficient and really friendly. All in all, really positive experience, and will definitely be returning soon!

In every place I visit, I'm always on the hunt for a great tuna melt. Yesterday I found the best one in Providence. I ordered it with cheddar cheese and rye bread. It was just the right taste, temperature and texture. Yesterday I split one with my daughter. Today we are going back and getting one each.

Little cramped inside. Fast moving line but not much room to stand without feeling like you’re in the way. That being said, everyone was happy and friendly, the food came out in good time, and the sandwich was amazing. Keep it up!

Purchased 24 lunches for a luncheon. Each sandwich was delicious and very tasty. I liked the combinations that were used for each sandwich, not the standard sandwiches. The luncheon box came with a sandwich, chips and 2 cookies. I also ordered drinks for the luncheon. The lunches were packed and ready at my designated time. I changed the order the night before and they accommodated perfectly. The staff is friendly and the owner is welcoming. I would definitely go to them again.

I ordered the grinder and my wife ordered the Caeser salad with grilled chicken. My sandwich was fine, but the chicken was added as an additional $3.75 to the salad. The chicken was very bland and lacked volume. The service was great though.

We happened to be looking for a sandwich shop when my grandson saw Ocean State. We entered sandwich heaven!! Two of us had the Thanksgiving, one a BLT, another a BLTT(with turkey), and a roast beef dijonaise. Perfection!!. I took a bite of my husbands BLT and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had right down to the perfect tomato slice! My Thanksgiving sandwich was warm, the bread was crispy but not hard, turkey was fresh roasted and moist, stuffing was very good. Friendly, clean, reasonable! Open one in Burrillville and FL!💕

Nice clean and bright shop. Looks likes it frequently visited by regular customers around lunch time which can't be a bad sign. Thanksgiving 365 was delicious but haven't had enough of the menu to give 5 stars. I'm sure the rest is just as good though. Easy location to get too and off street parking is cheap. If you're looking for something quick to go or to sit in this is a great spot.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had. Classy, top notch establishment. Grubhub messed up my order and the owner called me multiple times to apologize and offered to deliver my sandwich himself. He offered to have me come down and eat for free and was on the phone with grubhub for 45 minutes trying to get me a refund. What a great guy. Highly recommend this place.

I once got punched in the mouth on this street by some punks that wanted to try somethin'. They said I owed them money. I haven't seen these people in my life, ked. Anyway guy socks me in the jaw. I sockem back straight knuckle crackin punch, dood. Straight sleepah, ked. Dropped em. Bla-blam! I scooped him back up and wouldn't you know it he realized I wasn't the guy. Then we went inside and got a sandwich. They were gud.

I'll be honest, I'm not a huge sandwich guy - it's never on the top of my list. This spot is right down the street from my work so I decided to try it. It was absolutely packed, but the people working knew how to handle it. The wait was a little long, but like I said they were pumping out orders like crazy. Nothing bothers me more than when a restaurant can't handle their customers. These people knew what they were doing. I ordered a Cuban and it was outstanding. A little heavy on the mustard but it was hot, fresh delicious and something I will 100% come back for.

This was my first time ordering from Ocean State Sandwich Company. I ordered online so I could skip the line, and it's a good thing I did! When I walked in to pick up my sandwich the line was huge but the staff moved it quickly and were exceptionally friendly. This black bean burger has to be one of, if not the best, black bean burgers I have ever had. I will DEFINITELY be visiting more frequently!

Great service and food. Went at the lunch time rush and they zipped right through the line. The macaroni salad at first glance resembled the store brand but wow what a difference, delicious. The name ultimate does the grinder justice. Everyone has a favorite Italian grinder but this one belongs in the upper echlons. Then to top it off...a bacon, yes bacon, and butterscotch cookie🤯

OMG this place has some amazing sandwiches!!!! Tried the BLT w/Avocado and Turkey - wish i knew what kinda bread that was - soooo good... Staff was awesome and better still, we didn't have to sit outside in <40°F temps to enjoy the food - indoor dining (low cap) was all good :-) (sorry, no pics)

Had literally the best Turkey sandwich of my life. And was extra awesome bc they sidnt have to make it for me being as it was breakfast. But the lady making them overheard me talking to cashier about being allergic to eggs , and offered to make me a lunch menu sandwich if it was simple. It was much appreciated and will always remember the great customer service.

Sandwich was ready in just a few minutes and absolutely delicious. Fresh roasted turkey, nice thin apple slices, and really well cooked bacon. The sundried tomato mayo was great, too. Staff were all very friendly and this place gets a high recommendation from me.

I caught them at closing time and they were pretty good about. They explained that my sandwich bread was going to be different which I appreciated. I really liked my sandwich. It was freshly made and delicious. I plan on trying something different from here and would suggest that you try them out also

I ordered a vegetarian soup/salad combo and while the portions were large for the price, I found the food to be meh. The soup tasted like salt water, and the salad came with very few veggies/unripened tomatoes (it is summer. You can find ripened tomatoes anywhere). On the flip side, the service was great and the order was ready fast. I think it's a better place for my meat eating friends to try.

Love this place for lunch. They don't mess around; you get through the order/checkout line fast and food arrives at your table shortly after you sit down. The 1/2 sandwich and soup is a good affordable lunch and pleasant on the taste buds.

My experience was great! I fell in love at first visit. I seen the BLTT on the menu which is just a BLT with turkey if you do not know and it was super good! I was hesitant to try because I am expecting but I was reassured they do not use lunch meat and it is actually turkey that they roast themselves! I was sold! I'm not a big fan of lunch meat anyways. The turkey, to bacon, to lettuce, to tomato, to mayo ratio was perfect and whoever made that sandwich.... HIGH FIVE TO YOU!! :) I will definitely be back again!

Great sandwiches, and a nice selection of local, trendy beverages. I would give it 5 stars, but there are times when the staff treats you like you are inconveniencing them, and that's when you are just ordering a basic sandwich, not asking for anything special! Chill out people, they are sandwiches, no need for a side of attitude.

Top sandwiches: Ultimate grinder maybe best ever. Best BLT is very good. Apple turkey sandwich is unique with very thin slices of Granny Smith apple and thick chunks of turkey. The Cuban is spicy. My favorite was the grinder.

Great food, but a funky floor plan. Can get very crowded very quickly at lunch time. UPDATE: They've recently purchased the space next door and the space is so much larger now. They serve food faster than ever and I highly recommend the chicken salad sandwich

Delicious cold and hot sandwiches, although would recommend the restaurant to have more vegetarian options in the menu. Even though it's busy at lunch time, the service is really fast and employees courteous. Has some seating options as well

(Translation) Decent sandwiches near ICERM. The portions are reasonable, but everything is a little too simple and the service is not the most efficient. Take out and eat elsewhere. (Original) Sandwichs corrects près de ICERM. Les portions sont raisonnables, mais le tout est un peu trop simple et le service n'est pas des plus efficaces. Prendre pour emporter et manger ailleurs.
