Wow. This place is so good. A good selection of burgers in general and they taste phenomenal. Fries are nice and fresh, not overly salted. The two owners are nice as hell, really chill to chat with. They will answer any question and give you a good laugh. Will definitely come back to try more items.

Their food reminded us why we live! It was AMMMAZING!!!! We just moved to Portland from Denver and are not used to this quality of food coming out of a food truck and we were pleasantly surprised! Also we drove 40 minutes to try their food and we're worried that we were going to be disappointed but I am glad to say not only we were not disappointed but I believe this was, if not the best, one of the best burgers we've ever had! We will be going back regularly from this point on and I would recommend you do the same as well or you are going to miss out! Liv2eat

Awesome! So delicious! So Stoopid Good! Highly recommended. Staff was polite, super cool with us even tho we were there at closing..they treated us well :) the outdoor seating was nice with a firepit. The huge menu when u walk in, and kids options! So good!

Ordered the Stoopid burger from Stoopid Burger. Pretty good burger, their menu has some pretty tempting choices on it too. If you're looking for a good burger this is the place to go. I don't live in Portland so I probably won't return anytime soon, but if I'm ever waiting for a blazer game to start, I might fill up here again.

Wow. This place is definitely named properly! I suggest you bring a friend or make sure you've not eaten for a while cause this place, you aren't leaving hungry! A stylishly casual place with a definitely Portland vibe. Multiple types of gin for cocktails or sipping. Not for those in a rush! Great food takes time, and it's well with the wait.

A stoopidly good idea. Firstly, the pros: the menu is most certainly creative, offering their interesting and delectable takes on a classic, American meal. I do suggest trying one of their signature burgers as they are mouthwateringly good and, let’s say, very well proportioned. For those feeling less adventurous, the place also has their “boring” burger options to choose from. I also think that they have been listening as their fries were just fine and seemed to have improved (based on what others were saying). The cons: for burgers, these are overpriced. While delicious, their cost is disproportionately high. So, when you visit, expect to pay at a premium for their food. And no free refills on drinks. Additionally, indoor seating is limited but they do have a nice outdoor area (not so nice on cold and/or rainy days). Finally, parking is a pain.

Ridiculous burgers of insane proportions. I hope you bring a friend to help you eat a stoopid burger. Every burger I've had so far (and I plan to get a different one each time) is always very delicious and makes you want to stretch your belt out when done. Old tyme fries and some big sandwiches round out the menu. I love having cheese sticks on my burger!

$5 Burger Week is a great way to have a burger that would ordinarily be more money than you want to pay. So, the Crazy Karl (normally $15.75) seemed like a good choice. Didn't taste bad but nothing that special, certainly nothing 'Crazy' - it needed some spice or maybe a halved spicy sausage - other burgers on the menu had that ingredient but for $15.75 I'd go to the supermarket, buy the ingredients & make four myself! I will say that, although they were kinda slammed & had run out of stuff on tap, they were still friendly.

Service was excellent, food was ready within minutes of ordering, staff are friendly and welcoming as can be. Had to order their namesake "Stoopid Burger" and I'd be surprised if it wasn't the best burger in Portland for the price. Each burger comes with fries, which is rad. None of that a la carte stuff. They have some simpler burger options if you're not enticed by the master creations that grace the main body of their menu (you'll have to see them to believe them). They have a selection of beer, a soda fountain, and "Stoopid Juice" which is definitely worth a try. All in all one of the best burger spots in town, will definitely come back.

The Crazy Burger was crazy good!! Packed with onion rings, steak bits, mushrooms, big hand made paddy, and the other typical hamburger toppings!! Stoopid sauce is dope! The fries have a seasoned salt that is spot on! A burger that could feed two!! It's a monster. Great service with hip-hop beats in the background.

We hired Stoopid Burger food truck to cater our 130 person wedding reception. They were amazing! Both workers were fun, chatty, and efficient. The food itself was delicious (we had the whole menu available) and massive (highly recommend forks for some of these burgers!). My day-of coordinator mentioned to us that the Stoopid burger team was polite, timely, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The burger was so big they had a 8" skewer in it to hold it all together. Beef, ham, a fried egg, spicy sausage... The kitchen sink.... Everything. So SO stoopid. And so good.

For $15 for a meal.... you certainly get quite the amount of food. Excellent burger with a nice kick spice-wise. The fries are tossed in a cajun inspired seasoning albeit a smidge droopy. Though the meal exceeded my expectations, it was quite spendy in addition to your environment... which was alright.

We hired the Stoopid Burger truck for a customer event at Paradise Harley-Davidson in Tigard, OR. The food was amazing! The two guys on the truck were very fun, funny and engaging. I highly recommend them for your next event. We’ll definitely book them again in the future.

I talked with one of the owners who was also the cook and ended up ordering their stoopid burger and wow was it huge and delicious, definitely enough to feed two. It came with house made fries and everything on it and was cooked medium as requested. They have a great vibe and outside fire pit as well as indoor and outdoor seating. They have a few beer options but not a full bar. It's my new favorite burger spot in Portland.

Stoopid Burger is by favorite place to get a burger and fries in Portland! I've been a fan since they started out as a food cart of N Vancouver Ave. As a storefront, the menu has expanded and they've been consistently busy. I'm a fan of the Dummyaki burger, the Luni and the Silly, but there's really something for everyone here. My girlfriend and I have made it a goal of ours to finish off the Ignorant burger, which has just about everything they could possibly put on a burger, including hot links! The staff are always super friendly, and they work so hard given how popular the spot has become. I can't wait to come back again!!

Flat out the best burger in town. burger tasted fresh, mozarella smooth and salty, bun was soft and fresh. even the fries stood out. but what puts this place over the top are the owners. genuine, friendly, skilled, and they care.

My husband and I went out for date night and what better meal than burger and fries. We decided to go to Stoopid Burger, which would be our first time. We also like that we were able to support a Black owned business. We were greeted, had the menu explained to us and chose the Luni and Dummiyaki burgers. Wait was about 15 minutes, and we decided to eat in. Omg...drool! This food was AMAZING!!! Seasoned perfectly, just overall my taste buds haven't experienced a burger so bomb. Worth the $35 something hands down. Better than some high end restaurant foods. Smh that experience was Stoopid crazy! #fans #bestburger

If you are looking for a unique burger experience, this is place is for you. They've got burger combinations you won't find anywhere else and the signature Stoopid burger is awesome. Their menu is a little spendy, but totally worth it for a splurge. If you are looking for a place to bring visiting out of towners (or in towners, for that matter), this is it.

Talk about bringing the heat! These are some of the hands down, best burgers in town. Not only will you get a quality Burger that has excellent flavor, but they have so many options for what to put on the burger that you will never leave unsatisfied. Food is obviously prepared by people who love food, and you will love the food too. The new location is spacious, clean, well decorated, and they play great music. Don't be intimidated by the gigantic menu, they are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions.

Thoroughly enjoyed this spot! Ordered the Wacky Chicken & Smart burger. I wasn't sure if they had vegetarian options before I went, but they do & it was delicious! Stoopid sauce is super tasty, like fry sauce with a BBQ-type sweetness. Like the outdoor seating & the service was attentive & neighborly-level friendly. Prices are fair because most of the burgers I saw include fries, happy all around. Will be back to try to the Stoopid Fries & onion rings.

WOW the Smart Burger was incredible. I am not the type to write a review but felt compelled to after getting dinner there tonight. I knew it was going to be good after trying the fries- perfect and everything you could hope for. Was a preview for the greatness to come in the entree. Best burger I have ever had. It was alright. I got the wicked burger with onion rings and it was a big burger, but it was only okay. The onion rings were great, but the place was kinda dirty and the soda machine had like, three sodas out of order. I settled on mtn dew, and then that was flat too, so that wasn't a big plus either. Killer burger is cheaper, twice the quality, and all you can eat fries.

They replaced the burger shop that was there for a while. My suggestion to the staff is to say HAY, do you know anything about Stoopid Burgers. Our guy who took our order was real nice. The burgers are VERY expensive ($15.00+). I got the 9.00 burger. You can tell they make the patties by had. Me personally hate shredded lettuce on a burger. It's messy. The fries were almost to the point of burnt. They only had to soda flavors available. The guy was really nice. Just way too expensive for a burger & fries.

Excellent burger place. The only negative is 15 dollars for a burger is a bit pricey. They have a wide selection of burgers with interesting twists and they also have their take on the classic burger. Their Stoopid sauce is tasty. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They are about to install some micro brews in the near future they said. The inside is a bit small but they also have outside seating with a fire pit

Yummm! We went for $5 burger week 😉 we had never been there before. It was busy so there is a wait to order and a wait for your food, also it is hot so if your looking for air conditioning get takeout 🤣😂 there is a lot going on around there so the atmosphere was nice. The regular fries were delicious, homemade and perfect. The Stoopid fries were also very delicious they had onions, bacon, cheese and some secret sauce. We all had there $5 burger which was pulled pork on top of a burger with deep fried pickles on top with a teriyaki sauce. We will be back!

The folks here were so friendly and helpful. I had no idea what to order because it was my first time there. They pegged me for it and offered to explain the menu and give some suggestions. Also they chatted with me about my pins and I can't even explain how happy I was to have someone know the show (from the pins) and want to talk about it. Also, as a huge bonus they have a gluten free bread option for the buns! It has nuts and seeds in it though. They also have vegetarian options. I'm not sure if every burger can be veggie but I know they have a veggie burger. All in all this place was fantastic and I very much look forward to going again.

So this was my first time trying Stoopid Burger, just the name alone had me wondering what am I getting myself into, so I ordered the Luni Burger and added an egg, I was amazed on the flavor and the right amount of heat, it was simply one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Now let’s not forget the fries, those where so good when I looked at them the gentleman asked me if I wanted ketchup, I said, hell no these fries look too good to need ketchup, and they were. I highly recommend Stoopid Burger to any burger lover. Can’t wait for my next one!!

Best quality ingredients and friendly service! I had one of the smaller burgers and it was perfect! Bright atmosphere with a great outdoor area that will open in the summer. A little pricy compared to other burger joins but it is all in the quality and the quality of food you get.

The ambience is poor at best. But I don't know what was better, the burger or the fries. The burger had a really nice char and good fixings on a bun substantial enough to keep it all together. The fries were beautifully browned with essence of potato on the inside. So don't judge the book by the cover. This sad-looking cart is turning out great food!

This place is fantabulous!!! The sign says Stoopid Burger, I just call it phenomenal. We ordered one Crazy Burger, one Almost There bacon Cheeseburger, and a Shrimp Basket. Everything was season 2 perfection, all of the vegetables or fresh, we had adult refreshments while we waited, and listen to some good music to pass the time. While we were there we saw fresh vegetables being delivered from the local farmers market 😁! If you're short on time order online or call ahead. Remember everything is made fresh to order! I really enjoyed all of the flavors in my burger and fries. If I had to give any criticism at all it would be to get a better bun. If you love hamburgers or enjoy great service with a cool atmosphere then come and dine here at STOOPID BURGER you just might learn something! Yummy 😋😋😋😛

The Stoopid Burger is the best burger on the menu. It was hearty and has a lot of ingredients that all pair well together. It's even big enough for me and my girlfriend to share. The beers there are cheap which makes it even better.

Burger was amazing. Nothing else needed. The only thing I have to say is when you pick up this massive slab of delicious bovine, do not set it down you will be even more messy. But it is completely worth a little burger juice. Then you can wash it all down with a good beer.

This is one of the best burgers I've ever had. These guys work third butts off to put out an amazing burger. Quality beef, quality bacon, great flavor combinations. DO YOU LIKE EM' BIG & MEATY? Friendly owner and the wait staff was good-natured. Bonus it was LGBTQ and community broad spectrum affirming. I requested the house burger: Stoopid Burger, their largest. It arrived fairly quickly. The price was higher than expected until I really considered the volume of individual food that made up this massive burger, then you have to realize that a burger in most places such as Red Robin is 10 to $13 and this one was around $15+. the burger was tasty overall and it was so large that you couldn't physically bite into it unless you had a T-Rex mouth (which I have been accused of before) and getting your mouth around it was completely impractical but fun none the less. I spent time eating the fries after the burger arrived forming a game plan before actually digging into the burger. When you order it, you will soon relate to what I'm just now explaining. The flavors were all there except the only contribution I would add is that it would be nice if the meat itself or pre flavored with spices. It didn't taste like to meat with flavored, I know I could be wrong. If it is flavored than it needs to be bumped up about three notches. Though the fries were tasty I didn't feel like there were quite enough of them. They were not stingy with the fries but for my portion I would have been happier with another half as much again added. My fries were slightly overcooked though I prefer my fries and get crunchy or than most people so that worked. The restaurant was bright colors which was very welcoming and added a lot of energy to the overall atmosphere they achieved in creating. Their t-shirts are multi colors and that what's a nice match too. The restaurant was very small so it didn't take any time at all to clutter it and they were good about keeping the place clean and tidy given the small footprint. The menu was slightly difficult to understand upon initial reading but the staff was friendly in explaining it, no I wish it could have been more visual in nature showing pictures of the product that were professionally captured would have added a nice touch as to what I could expect. I would have appreciated more napkin holders placed on each table. Overall I would definitely go back when you have that hankering for a big burger. I must admit, though the burger would not be considered dry I do miss that All-American greasy burger that was loaded with more 'juice' adding to the flavors and the slip-n-slide effect and wetness of the meat itself. Great place to go for a beer and burger also! I was also pleasantly surprised Stoopid Burger sold cans of beer making it a great idea to stop off after work or a place to go with your friends. They have a dining area outside with a inviting fire pit as a bonus with restroom facilities close by for washing your hands before and after the meal. HINT: GRAB YOUR NAPKINS! THIS IS GOING TO BE A MESSY RIDE!

Tried Stoopid Burger for the first time yesterday. Arrived 15 minutes before closing and was greeted with open arms. I tried the Looni burger and the stoopendus burger. Both were delicious. By far one of the top three burgers I've had in Portland. Oh and there is something special about their fries, my kids and I couldn't stop munching on them. Give this spot a try, you wont regret it.

It must be said that lunch today was a happy one. My cheeseburger was gaddamn honest; earning every cent I spent and then some some extra for delicious measure. Straight forward with fresh ground beef; a thick, juicy patty cooked just right. Plenty of dripping sauce and well proportioned veggies. Don't let the busy corner fool you into thinking excellence exists elsewhere, you need not go far, because these gentlemen know where they are at and how to do it right! Thank guys, proud you're in the neighborhood.

This place has some very good burgers! No private parking lot but street parking is nearby. There are plenty of other spots to eat at as well. I tried the stoopid burger and the luni burger. Both were extremely good and filling. Nice spot to hang out at.

Every time I eat a Stoopid Burger, I think I have had my best yet. Boy, am I wrong... The dynamic and unconventional combinations that they come up with are a gastronomic delight and a euphoric fill of serotonin that just makes you smile, and perhaps fancy a cigarette when its all said and done. ;-) The rest of the world deserves to enjoy these delicious burgers just the same and I wish them much success in opening as many Stoopid Burgers as they can. Not to mention, they are also a gregarious and mindful bunch which add that extra personal touch and human connection which tops off the whole experience. This place rocks from counter to stomach... :-)

Everyone there we heard, talking to the friendly guys working in the cart, had come because of the recent win in a Willamette Week burger competition article. Us included! Yes it IS on a depressing block of vast, sterile apartment buildings that look like they were inspired by communist chic. The food is good though! My only critique is that the buns are pretty poor quality for such big, sloppy burgers. Also they should hand out more napkins with that in mind! Still worth a visit to that depressing part of town tho, lol.

Located in a sort of indoor/outdoor food court on Glisan, great seating in the summer. Burgers are a bit pricey, fries are over salted, and service can be very slow...But every burger I've had has been delicious, Crazy burger pictured below had some perfectly tender steak.

So this is yet another food truck. Its location is nothing to write home about. There's two picnic tables that are in a covered areas to protect you some from the sun and one plastic round table setup w/ umbrella so there's some seating. Groupon brought us here and I love them for helping us explore eateries without having to worry as much about if we're going to be throwing $20+ dollars away to try a new place. When we arrived they didn't appear too busy. One guy just finished ordering and he knew exactly what he wanted so it seemed like he's been here a few times which was a good sign. We grabbed a menu and started reviewing. First thing I noticed was that some of the burgers were actually kind of expensive imo considering it was a food truck and not a restaurant. One ringing in at $16! We wasted no time ordering. I got the Luni burger and the wife got the billionaire club and chips. So we waited...and waited...and waited...over 30 minutes (no lie) for our food. Now remember there were a FEW people there but it looked like they were all already eating and then the ONE guy that was ahead of us. This wait was a little absurd but no one said they were fast...Hey! They are not fast, so don't come if you only have a 30 min lunch lol But enough of that, now to what we're all really here for...the grub. This is why regardless of our half hour wait and kind of high prices they are still getting 4 stars (and b/c I'm not one of those review Nazis). Both of our meals were absolutely delicious and they don't hold back on serving size. My burger was a great size ($11) and the wife's club was HUGE and for only $9 it was a great deal. We definitely didn't think she would finish even half of it but low and behold within a few minutes I looked up and it's almost gone it, she said it was that good. I tried hers and it was decent. Not my fav but mine on the other hand was amazing and made my taste buds jump for joy and do back flips. My tongue was doing back flips!!! Mine put me in the food zone where it was just me and my burger and I couldn't even hear the street nose. The pineapple mango habanero chutney (never had chutney before that I can recall) was the cat's meow. It was so packed with flavor and complimented every other flavor in the burger so well. They bacon was fast and cooked to perfection. The stoopid sauce was really bomb too. The burger patty was big and juicy. This thing was a work of taste art. I will say that they did both come with some really tasty fries. Wish we could have saved a few bucks and gotten one without fries. They were a decent crunch, had more squish than crunch but we're still really good. Not too salty and the Cajun seasoning was a good touch and complimented the burger well. I would definitely bring a friend or two back to experience one of their amazing burgers but definitely forewarn them about the wait and pricing lol

Seriously amazing food, but we waited for nearly an hour and a half as I watched customers who ordered after me get their food before me. Very unorganized with food orders, and I wasn't the only one dealing with this. If it we're just me, I would have left, but I was there for a client and she was very hungry/dead set on trying this place for the first time. The employees seemed to fill the orders of people they knew before anything, including before serving a customer with special needs who was in line first. I was pretty disappointed with the service to put it simply. I don't know that I will go back. If I do, it would have to be from an incredibly overwhelming burger craving, and only that.

I wasn't expecting a food cart but was blown away by the flavor combinations more than I ever could have expected. The burgers were fenominal and the fries were delicious as well. The two guys working were friendly, welcoming and fun. My burger had peanut butter and mango hanenero chutney along with other fixings and was hands down the best burger I have had. My boyfriend ordered a burger with bacon, egg, ham, sausage, a party, and other toppings and it was wonderful as well. I highly recommend Stoopid Burger and will absolutely drive out of my way to visit again.

Best Burger Ever... fries made from fresh potatoes. They aren't pretty; but they are PRETTY Damn good. Don't forget the STOOPID Sauce to dunk your fries in. If you have time, dine in, and eat while hot and fresh - that's the best. If you're ordering to-go; I suggest getting all the sauces for your sandwich on the side; to keep the integrity of that delicious bun. The Crazy Karl is my favorite, and the Chicken Sandwich is my favorite. They never put enough mushrooms, so ask for plenty if you order it. Stoopid Juice rounds the entire meal off. I got a Luni Burger and fries, spouse got a shrimp po-boy. DYNAMITE. Luni Burger - bacon was thick and crunchy, blue cheese added just enough funk, and chutney/Stoopid sauce made the whole business a sticky, unholy mess that was exactly what I was looking for. Po-Boy - shrimp were BIG, perfectly cooked (not mealy and overcooked, still had good snap), breaded and fried crispy, and the bun/dressing was just right. Fries were hand-cut and fried perfection. 12/10, will eat again. :D
