This a great location, very busy. Not a lot parking but well lit. Access from the street is tight. However, very clean and they follow all safety covid protocols. Very easy menu to use and medium priced. Indoor and outdoor seating. Curbside pick up and webpage. Food is very tasty and get you het a lot on your sandwich. Chips and soda fountain. Nice atmosphere and cool wall fixtures. Very highly recommended.

Tried several times to download their app so that we could order and pickup our food. The confirmation text took so long to arrive that it timed out, and would not accept it. I'm sure their food is good, but we gave up trying. I might try again at a later date.

I visited this Firehouse Subs on 07/29/22 around lunch time. During my visit there was a very new employee working the register. I had a coupon, a large order with some extras. The new employee did great, but didn't quite understand the register yet. Thats when the shift lead (didn't catch her name) gently stepped in, helped the new employee and us get everything without delay or confusion. For the rest of the visit I noticed how this shift lead kept the store moving while taking orders, answering the phone and assisting others. Very good job and nice to see someone go above & beyond at their job.

The sandwiches are good but the price is too high to eat there regularly. It's almost $2 more for a large sub at Firehouse than it is at Subway. The turkey bacon ranch is the best sub, in my opinion.

They didn't listen or communicate well. My wife ordered a medium sub meal. I started I wanted a meal with a different sub. The cashier, Tyson, did not communicate it was going to be a small... and so when it was made I had a small. My wife had her medium. The person who handed us the order argued that I ordered a small because the receipt said small. Because they did not clarify the size, I must be wrong.

Food is amazing...staff needs lots of training and to take off the face diapers! Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Got there and no sandwiches. 15 minutes later, the sandwiches were just sitting there. If I hadn’t asked a 3rd time about my 2 preordered sandwiches, I would have been there another who knows how long. SEVEN people plus a manager working, ZERO customers when I walked in to pick up my ONLINE order only to be told it’s not ready. My final analysis is they are breathing so much carbon dioxide they have NO COMMON SENSE LEFT IN THEIR BRAINS! I truly expected better from Firehouse!

Firehouse Subs has wonderful sandwiches and salads, I highly recommend eating here. While I would normally give a higher rating because of this, this particular store, at this writing, is not so good. Apparently, as with all good restaurants, they have regulars. This store serves them first, before you, a regular, paying customer, even if their order is bigger and they come into the store and place their order after you. While I understand call ins and online orders come in and are filled in between walk-ins, walk-ins should be served in order. I subsequently waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and salad. That's it. I highly recommend calling in or placing your order online with this store, or you may be judged and have your order filled when they feel like it.

I can not say enough about this firehouse subs location. They catered my wedding this weekend and they did an amazing job; from confirmations to delivery. Best yet they gave us a flower bouquet in a pickle bucket and a hand written card signed by each employee. What an amazing gesture that my husband and I will never forget . Thank you guys so much for such an amazing experience and being so kind. The personal attention to this event was very appreciated if you have the opportunity cater with these folks . 💜

I've never been to Firehouse Subs, but this particular location, at least, seems to be great. The food quality is good and the service is even better. I've only been in a few times now, but was already recognized by the very friendly staff there who had my order in hand. Seems like they've got a great team. I'll definitely be back to this spot!

this was my first time eating at Firehouse subs, I had the Italian half a sandwich pickle fountain drink. was very satisfied with the helpful staff the clean store everyone was wearing masks. they had seating outside that was well maintained clean. good food clean place to eat it what more could you ask for.... Usually head over to the one by thunderbird Rd but this one was closer, it was good except the guy on the register didn't get my order right. Yeah it was loud in there but i explained three times how it was to be made. It was still good since firehouse does it's best, still though it could've been five stars if it was done right.

Two visits so far so I'm still getting familiar first visit I ordered on line and decided too used a coupon on my second visit. Mostly on the second visit the price on line did not match the price in store ( sauteed mushrooms added to my sub online cost 0.50 in-store cost $1.75) the sub I ate both good but topping is very weak. I'd like to be able to watch them actually top the sub so I can ask them to actually put more than two sliced olives. Toppings like you do lettuce would convenience me to give you five stars. Third time's a charm right 😉👍

Our visit today was nothing short of delicious...and delightful. 🎈Avril, the manager, took excellent care of our order, beginning from the moment we were warmly greeted upon arrival, to receiving our order- which I have to say far exceeded my expectations of a sandwich! 😘 My brisket and cheddar cheese sandwich was a warm, moist, tasty combination that left me fulfilled and happy. (The impressively wide assortment of hot sauces is a plus!). I’ll definitely be back! 🛫

Decent sandwiches in terms of taste and presentation. Friendly staff, however the portions are tiny and I really don't feel like I'm getting value for the price. Last time I ate there I got a Beef Brisket and Cheddar, and there was almost no cheddar sauce on the sandwich. For 8 dollars I expected a bigger sandwich with at least some visible cheddar cheese sauce. Front parking lot is small and hard to maneuver in. Save your money and make a sandwich at home.

These guys seriously just made my day!! Staff was so friendly, it was quite refreshing actually. I ordered to go and was waiting at a table, the gentleman brought it right out to me. Seemed like there were regulars there talking to another employee and I can tell this firehouse stands above the rest. Ordered subs for the family and purchased pickle buckets as well. Asked for extra pickle juice. Yes. Pickle juice!! My daughter-in-law is pregnant and drinks pickle juice to calm her stomach. The location on 59th and Thunderbird had a better hook and ladder sandwich. The turkey at this location tasted like it had more water added to it. Tried the new potato soup, it was quite good. The Mac and cheese was too runny for my liking, but hey each to their own. Firehouse subs does have a great selection to choose from.

Huge shoutout to the crew and who I assume is the manager. The cashier took my order and I think we had a miscommunication because I wanted the large chilli but they gave me the smaller one. Anyway I got home realized the order was wrong and called them. With no hesitation they replaced the chilli AND gave me a coupon for a free medium sub. I already frequent this place (probably more than I’d like to admit) but they’ve earned a customer for life. Plus that chilli is damn good, fam!
