Everything on this visit was great. Customer service was good. My order was taken correctly and made correctly! I ordered a cold club on a sub with extra meat and no tomatoes. Mybsandwich came out just like I ordered it a day. I enjoyed it very much! Thank you for taking the time to listen to my order and thank you to the artist who made my sandwich for making it as ordered!

This has been our go-to sub shop since they opened, but the last 4 orders (yes, all 4) have all taken forever to make and 3 out of the 4 were made incorrectly. After getting home and finding that we did not get what we ordered, the response from the person who answered the phone was infuriating. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager, and offered only a very lackadaisical "sorry the sub wasn't up to your standard". Not up to my standard? The sub wasn't even the sub I ordered! She did tell me to bring it back, like I really wanted to stop what I was doing and I drive back there. It's very frustrating as Firehouse Subs is not an inexpensive takeout like Subway and, honestly, Subway treats their customers better. Their food isn't better but it is no longer worth the aggravation to go to Firehouse. I do have a recommendation for upper management though. It appeared to us that you may have a problem with orders walking out the door. The young girl who came in and called out she was picking up for Uber Eats or Door Dash (we don't remember which) grabbed 2 bags without even looking at them, and couldn't get out the door fast enough, generating side looks from behind the counter and an offer to us of a free drink for how long we had to wait for our order. I could tell they knew what we saw. It's a shame this is happening with Firehouse Subs.

First time at this location; I haven't actually been to this shopping center, in like a decade, but glad to come back, & see what's around! It's a bit hard to see the shop, from the street, if you've never been, but it's on the left/NW side of the 99¢ store. There's many entrance points into the center/parking lot, from 67th Ave, but some left turn restrictions, from 3-6pm M-F, so be careful on that. Lots of parking, both in front of the shop & in the general lot. It's very clean outside & inside, smells fresh & like food, but not overwhelming. I arrived late, after 8pm; they close at 9pm, but all 3 staff members were friendly still, helpful, & quick. I like how you can opt to round the cents up on your order, to donate to local firefighters, which I did, opt for. There's lots of seating, all tables & chairs, w/ 2 chair, 4 chair, & a barstool table, options; the tables are movable too, in case you need more seating, for bigger parties. The drink/accessories area was organized & very clean. On our way out, one of the guys helped by opening the door, for my mom & I, while all 3 staff, wished us a good night! Now that I know where this shop is, I shall be returning, quite often!! This location, is just as high quality, as any other locale, in any other part of the valley!!! Oh yeah, I got the, Firehouse Meatball large sub, medium drink, & a brownie combo, + rounded up the cents, for: $16.00. Great deal, for hot deliciousness

Got steak 🥩 and cheese 🧀 and had plenty of meat and the sandwich 🥪 was toasted which made the meat super tender. Also fot a firehouse salad with no meat that can feed two. The peppercorn ranch was just the perfect flavor. The greens, bell peppers, carrots and cheese were super fresh. Well worth the money.

Best quality sandwiches! This restaurant and location are always friendly, my order is never incorrect, and the best part ... It tastes AMAZING. I seriously started to drool thinking about the food here!!!! My only negative is the cost. It's a lot more expensive than the other sandwich joints, but you get what you pay for. You will be full, you will be happy and content, and you will definitely want to return again!!!!

They only have two choices of bread white and wheat. They need to ditch at corporate these franchise owners get a more selective variety of bread choices. Just like the rest of the places they are overpriced for what you get. Customer service was excellent don't get me wrong but for what you pay if you get more

First time trying and it was good. I had the steak and provolone sub. My sandwich had a healthy amount of steak on it as well. It was so full, the steak was falling off with each bite. The caramelized onions, peppers and added mushrooms made this sandwich amazing. Great job guys! Quality sandwiches contributing to a non-profit.

The Best Crew ever and full of spirit! Had to come back with the family. They loved the whole crew. Love their personality and how they all uplifted one another. Every impressed with all of them. Hello. I just want to say what a PHENOMENON JOB your employees does. They greet EVERY CUSTOMER and I can tell they were smiling while saying Hello ... LET me juat tell You thats the BEST IMPRESSION !!!!! SECOND The place was clean clean clean. Everyone had there masks and gloves on 👍👍 ... It was not busy I guess I just missed the rush. I love Firehouse Subs! Their sandwiches are the best of all the chain sub places (in my opinion). I also like the philosophy behind the chain. This particular location is not my favorite. The staff was fine, but not really friendly. The dining area didn't seem very clean. It might have just been the time of day I went, but it was a bit of a turn off. That's the main reason for 3/5 stars. Food was still good though.

Another great sandwich...for the road! It's nice to have a favorite go-to sandwich to order when you're in a hurry to take lunch home. Our "hook & ladder" was prepared hot and fresh to our specifications and ready to go within just a few minutes. I must admit, I have never purchased a cold sub here! It's always hot and it's usually the meatballs or steak & cheese! The meatballs are awesome! A little spicy but not overly.. just perfect! These aren't the kind of meatballs you will get at a Subway restaurant! These are much better! Tastier, better quality, and just yummier!!!! I'm not sure what Subways makes their meatballs out of but it doesn't taste anything like real meat! This place is the bomb! You want a good sandwich for a good price? You need to go here!

So awesome, I'd leave 10 stars if I could. Came in right before closing and the crew was genuinely happy to see us. The place was meticulously clean and it just felt good walking in. The food was absolutely amazing. It was perfect in every way, the bread was so fresh, it was unbelievable. My sandwich was obviously put together by someone who wanted it perfect for me. Mission accomplished! This will be where I go when I want a sandwich. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu. I got a big smile and thanks for coming in as I walked out. Firehouse Subs is a step up from Subway because they have great hot Subs like the hot cheddar beef brisket sub which is our favorite and also the meatball sub – their meatballs are much superior to other fast food meatball subs. Also there change supports actual first responder firefighters so you can feel good by helping and eating good food. They also have one of those great soda machines with many varieties. Also a great chili for anyone who is looking for that.

Firehouse is not subway. So if that's your thing then stay away. But if you like to try more than just a $5 footlong of cold cuts then give firehouse a shot. Reasonable prices, fast service. Definitely a limited menu is my only complaint.

I had a small meatball sub which was good. . But I ordered Italian sub an said no sauce .. just dry .got home an there was mayonaise on my sub . . I was going to have thar later an was going to put in refrigerator for later .. tried to remove mayonnaise with a knife but there was 2 much an soaked in bread an meat .so I had to throw away .

Good food. Mostly hot sandwiches, although you can just forego the toasting. Kids can get a plastic fireman hat with a meal purchase. They have a unique hot sauce. They also have the coca cola soda machine with all of the flavors. . Very busy on a Saturday afternoon

Courteous and attentive staff. I like that my sandwich is brought to me at the table. Would have given this location 5 stars if they had cold sandwiches on the menu. My sandwich was good, though, and I would highly recommend Firehouse as the place to go for a sandwich.

I highly recommend the New York Steamer if you like pastrami. They are a bit on the pricey side but very good quality food. They also have the freestyle Coca-Cola machines so you have tons of options for your beverage. Give it a try!

Everything was clean and the food was great! Near the end of our visit a Karen emerged and began harassing staff about our family, they told her to leave us alone but Karen didnt and she got told to F Off and Eat a D-ick. The employees apologized for Karen's rude behavior (not their fault). I apologized they heard the F word, the B word and the C word.

Ignore the butthurt 1/5 reviews. The subs here are top-notch! Subway doesn't even come close in terms of quality and taste! I haven't had any issues with the staff, they've been nothing but good to me. Plus, their soda machine is pretty neat, too!

I just came in here to claim my free birthday sub and after the transaction I noticed that my othr reward for a free desert with a purchase was now gone from my app. So the reward just disappeared. I realize that you can only redeem one reward per visit, but I was only inquiring why it disappeared altogethr. The manager promptly rung me up for the desert anyway free of charge without having to purchase something else. This was such a nice thing to do and honestly didnt have to do that since I already redeemed an award. Great customer service and a bonus since it is my birthday today. Will definitely come back here and I recommend this place to everyone. I am really pleased, after the day started out terribly. Thanks Firehouse for making my day just a bit better.

I had the best experience and delicious food at the FireHouse Sub yesterday. I didn't see exactly what I wanted on the menu and they told me they would fix me a sub with what ever I wanted on it. I had the best ham roast beef tomato onion and provolone cheese sub, ever.

This place is always clean and well maintained. Sandwiches come out quickly and taste great, particularly the brisket and cheddar (IMHO). The staff is also pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend.

I actually didn't make a purchase today. I was shopping with friends at a store nearby that did not have a restroom and I really had to go. The salesman at that store suggested Firehouse. I was a little weary thinking I would have to purchase something to use the restroom, but no. The staff had no problem with me usong their restroom without making a purchase. Moreover, on my way out, I commented to an employee that the hand sanitizer dispenser in the restroom was empty. At this moment he would have had every right to insist I make a purchase. Instead he simply thanked me and continued on with his duties. I was very impressed with the customer service I received at this restaurant today!

The Italian sub is amazing. Lots of meat.,... I get a little extra Italian dressing on it. My next visit I may need to try the Italian dressing on a salad. But this is one of the best Italian dressing ever had and subs.

Pricewise, Firehouse is a dollar or two more than I'd expect to pay in a sub shop like this-and they're certainly not making health food-but all this is explained and forgiven when you bite into your meal. Delicious!

Everything was good today until we saw an employee named Chris help another employee with taking out the trash. We watched him hold open the door, and play on his phone, then go inside to make another sandwich all without ever washing his hands or changing his gloves. Not sure if he help the other employee dump the trash but if he did it would be disqusting. My fiance went in to tell the manager and all she told him was to change his gloves (never once told him to wash his hands or to throw away the bread and start over on the costomers sandwich he had started to make) then the employee (Chris) even have the nerve to ask why. REALLY captian obvious you really need to kmow WHY?
