My hairdresser is down the street so I make sure to stop here afterwards every. single. time. Their sandwiches are delicious and they have a nice selection of craft beers & ciders. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area.

I absolutely love Rybrew. It's one of my favorite spots in the city. I have tried at least 7 or 8 sandwiches on their menu and thoroughly enjoyed each one. Their cupcakes and cookies are incredible too. They have a great selection of beers, seltzers, and other fun drinks. A great place to sit down at or take to go. Highly recommend this restaurant!

When I trek to Sedgley Woods, this is the usual lunch Mecca. Good beers on tap and in fridge (to bring back to the DG course of course!) with tasty filling sandwiches. One of my favorite Italian sandwichs on earth. Although I did get the SanAntonio this time and enjoyed that. However I would try a different cheese than American but that's me. A smidge pricey yet I keep coming back all the time

Nice place to grab a pretzel and and a beer! The outside seating is usually full but the tables open quickly, you can also sit inside This is our absolute favorite place to get great beer and sit with family. The staff is super friendly and the facility is clean including the restrooms. Rybrew has a very large selection for you to choose from as well as taps for fresh beer. Baked cookies, cupcakes and pretzels. I do not think that you will be disappointed

Large selection of craft beers, ciders, and seltzer. They make their ice cream and baked goods in house. Nice patio but not enough tables. EDIT: I miss the icecream by the scoop. Sometime this year they decided to only sell pints.

Great sandwiches and good beer! One of those places with such an extensive single can collection that you can really get a decent beer from half the east coast. The on-tap selection seemed well chosen as well. the signature sammich is a crab cake with some chipotle sauce. It's awesome. Get that one.I also just love the 2 level seating area and chill atmosphere inside the place. 10/10 for a mid-day lunch and beer.

Quick and easy bottle joint. Good food, beer can get a bit pricey. Staff are friendly and good selection of panini and salads. Bathrooms are clean and not scary. Good, friendly, knowledgeable people, and one of the most interesting venues on the Btown Girard strip architecturally inside to boot.

Outside street seating with views up an down Gerard Ave. offer a unique and real Philly experience. It's easy, different and awesome. Go.

Cool spot in brewery town. They've got some really tasty sandwiches here and a small draft beer list. They've got a big fridge full of bottled beer and cider as well as some home made ice cream. Come hungry and thirsty!

As their menu says: sandwiches, salads, beer and treats. This place is a pretty straight forward sandwich place that also sells beer and treats. The menu is pretty limited-paninis, sandwiches, salads and soup. They have beer on tap and a pretty good selection of craft beer in cans/bottles. You can get a six pack to carry out but the price was so high I only did that once. As far as treats, they sell cupcakes and icecream. The menu has vegan, vegetarian AND gluten free options. The space is clean and inviting. I have never had a problem with the staff or service. Rybrew also regularly has live music/open mic night. Overall this place feels very middle of the road. The food is good but not necessarily something I would crave, but that's more my personal taste. I give them four stars simply because I actually really like their selection of beer but it's overpriced for carry-out.

I love this place. The sandwiches are on point and remind me of living in Southern California where you can get fresh avocado on anything you want and have creative options at your fingertips for any dietary need. The traditional hoagie is not the star here. I don’t even think there’s one on the menu, which is awesome. It’s totally west coast style in all ways and they seem to have a great beer selection though I’ve never perused it closely. Everyone who I’ve ever ordered from has been chill and genuine in meeting the needs of anyone who walks through the door. The prices are fair and there’s plenty of seating between the upper and lower level.

Good: Great beer selection, and for a place you can drink, great prices. The food is very good as well. Haven't had a bad item. Everyone who works there is cordial, helpful and cool. Not-So-Good: It's not always comfortable. If you're there on your computer doing things your eyes can literally start burning from the smoke/onions coming from kitchen. There's no ventilation. And it can get cold if they try to fix that when they open doors. Also, kitchen staff tends to blast music which coincides with the music playing over the stereo. Bad combo. Overall, place is great, but I get the feeling they don't actually want people staying there, occupying tables, doing work. I still come here a lot.

Great sandwiches, great tea. I have ate here several times and have been pleased every time. I have never tried their beer but I know people who love the apple beer (hard cider). P.S. If you get a warm sandwich on baguette bread, I'g recommend getting another bread because it's very hard to chew!

Great little spot, and the beer selection is excellent for craft lovers.. Try the Tuscan panini, it's amazing with bacon, tomato and avocado. The peach tea is excellent to, but leave out the sweeter. It's perfect the way they make it. Can't wait to try other stuff there

Had the fresh mozzarella and pesto sandwich it was really really really quite good. My friends both had salads they were a great size and they really seem to enjoy them. We had the food picked up and between the call and the running to go get it had the food within a half an hour. Took a star off because of pricing, I felt it was a bit expensive. $8 for a vegetarian sandwich, no sides included. I know it's brewerytown and all that, but still.

Incredible beer selection and tasty original sandwiches although a little pricey. Nice cozy setting with a small upstairs and outdoor seating. Only complaint is that I've waited 10-15 minutes for a sandwich when there are plenty of people working there.

A "hip" place with awesome selection of beers, a few rotating on tap plus a whole wall full of fridges with bottles and cans to choose from. Sandwhich was good, not amazing but the overall atmosphere is worth making a visit. Menu seems to have a good selection. Upstairs has a shuffleboard which is a big plus.

I am obsessed with their BLTs. I went through a kick where I only ordered BLTs when I ate out. Hands down Rybrew’s is my favorite. It’s that good. No indoor seating yet, but they do have several tables and chairs out on the side walk.

My boyfriend and I tried Rybrew less than two weeks ago and have been back twice since. We had the Italian and the Napa with prosciutto and no tomatoes and were floored by how good they both were. The bread is high quality, the ingredients were perfect, and the brewery was friendly, relaxed, and casual.

I'm a fan of the Rybrew sandwich which has crab cakes. I ordered the other sandwiches with roast beef and another with turkey. I was not a fan of the beef but the turkey with cranberry sauce was good too. A large selection of beer is available.

On Sunday 5/7 after an awful experience at Flying Fish Crafthouse which we actually walked out on after horrible service .. I was still hungry. My wife and I stopped at Ryebrew. I've lived in the area since last July and had only went in Ryebrew when we first moved in. I had a wonderful experience here. The beer selection is great and the sandwiches were awesome. We sat upstairs and ate there and they brought us up our sandwiches. I totally recommend Ryebrew and when friends and family come over this is one of the exceptional places that I'm sure they will love. Thank you for the great food & great service!

Tasty sandwiches in the quirky brewerytown version of the Fairmount favorite. Sammies are dope and the beer est good. Shuffle board table upstairs and goofy bands play there on first Fridays. Its often hot in here and sometimes when a lot of sandwiches are being made it get quite smoky in here, espically on the balcony.

Update: Rybrew has moved to a new location right up the street from the previous location. More space - upgraded elements, but a separate bar and same furniture and feel as the old spot. It's great! Previous review: Rybrew has the most tasty sandwiches and best customer service. Never disappointed in any panini I order! Love the vegan ice cream options, too!!
