Food is typically good here, the new pesto sandwich was alright if half my toppings weren't frozen, I typically stick to my usual basic but decided to try something new and wouldn't suggest it... However if you wanna try what I get it's the slim 1 add bacon and avocado!

We stopped there in our way to Walmart. I noticed the place is empty but it looks good and somewhat cleaned. They have a tables and chairs too outside. They have lots of options so far. The arrangements of the chips looks kinda cool to me coz it's really organize. The staff wasn't so cozy or somewhat has an unapproachable impression to me. It's my first time there so I didn't really know what I'm getting. I wished he would present me some suggestions if that's alright. Anyways, I got a turkey sandwich which is cold because I forgot to ask him that I wanted it toast or that he forgot to ask me what I wanted. The sandwich came really nice packed which I found amusing as in it's really sealed and look neat. The price is pretty reasonable too. However I just didn't get the taste that I like.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the team who worked 11/23/2021. They went above and beyond. I had no clue what to do because another restaurant canceled my catering order last minute. As I frantically scrambled to find another restaurant, I ran across Jimmy Johns. I felt bad because it was lunch time and my order was pretty large. I even had to call in because I needed a specialty sandwich for someone with allergies. They were so accommodating and didn’t complain not once, I’m very appreciative. My order was ready and organized. Thank you again! Also quality and food was A++

I ordered online to pick up. What I received was incorrect and I couldn’t even eat it as I’m lactose intolerant. Called the store and they remade it and had it ready in 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. Thanks so much!

Okay guys, I never write reviews on anything but, today I ordered a sandwich and some chips but didn't receive my chips in my delivery. These guys responded so quickly I am still in shock. I was just expecting to get my chips added to maybe my next order or something small but no, these guys when above and beyond and straight up delivered me my chips (plus other goodies) within like 10 mins of saying something to them. Seriously the best customer service I have ever experienced and honestly I feel kind of guilty for it all.

This is the best service I have ever had in my life there was a girl that was there I think she was a manager she is on time a customer relations is unbelievable and her management skills with their staff.. was impeccable I think all restaurants should hold a manager like her as an asset to the company I am an owner and I've been an owner of a business with 30 years great job Jimmy John's!!!

We ordered sandwiches online for delivery before our weekly volleyball games. After 12 minutes, they were out for delivery. About 10 minutes later, the manager called and said the delivery vehicle broke down, but he was arranging another one and our food would be about 1/2 hour. He also said he would refund our money for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the refund never showed in our account. I called and spoke to another manager, Matt, who said he would take care of it. We waited 5 bank business days and the refund had still not posted. We called and spoke to Matt again, who looked into it and there had been a glitch with the money going into our bank account, so he said he would try again. He also gave us a sandwich credit for any sandwich for the hassle. Two days later, we were refunded our money. Matt made a bad situation a good situation and earned a repeat customer!! Much appreciated!

Next time I would appreciate a bag and napkin - I was just handed my sandwich and chips. The staff was not very attentive so I just grabbed my stuff and left. Vito was good and made as requested.

So I've never personally gotten a sandwich from this location - I just don't generally care for Jimmy Johns, but I lived across the street for several months and their drivers were always courteous. At one point my car needed a jump and no one was around so I ran up to the store and one of the drivers came to give me a jump with her van. I was panicked and needed to get to an exam and she was so nice - I will never forget how sweet she was that day. Thank you.

Always great! The bread is #1 and taste great each time. I like the fact that I can't get to my cash fast enough to pay in the drive through. The Chocolate chunk rivals what used to be my #1 cookie (Subway macadamia).

This is my go to store🙌🏽 Somehow my online order got messed up. I called in and Rob was so ready to fix it. I was willing to drive in....when I got there the WHOLE crew so dope! Very accommodating, had a good laugh 😉 (He knows) my man even shared how to make my ordering process easier. I just want to give you all my love and appreciation especially in this time in all of our lives. Do I need to explain myself it's Jimmy John's great sandwiches and tons of location. Why is it missing a star because someone needs to explain why the lemonade has zero fruit juice but is still natural with artificial flavor and yes I said it that correctly.
