This particular location of Firehouse Subs in Omaha, NE is my absolute favorite. I drive across town just to visit this location. All of the team is friendly and always cheerful with a smile. The food is always outstanding. Brandon Miller, General Manager knows his regular customers by name. This team is a team of professionals that go way above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend anyone interested at trying this place out for a first time or to make a stop by this location any time.

The food was fine. The manager, not so much. As the line got longer he audibly said, "f-ing christ". He seemed irritated that the store was getting business on a snowy night. Which is too bad because that type of attitude will eventually rub off on the employees. I should add that it was 6 pm so not close to closing. It was literally dinner time.

Was craving a great spicy sandwich and knew Firehouse could provide that. I added jalapeños, but was surprised to see they no longer offer the hot sauce station. That is what made you different and got me excited about your location. The Texas Pete packets just couldn't do it.

They have a range of meats for whatever your heart desires and a choice of wheat or white. The ingredients always taste fresh and their sugar cookies are soooooo good!

The food is delicious! But... every employee had an earbud in listening to music,so they couldn't hear what I was saying, had to repeat myself several times. I came well after the lunch rush, not many people in there, but I had to wait for a while for 1 sandwich.

Better than Subway but Chiptle and pepper jack have more kick to them Average full sub around$10 which puts them on the high end, not wowed but it is good.

To start off this review I love Firehouse Subs. They support our firefighters which I really like since I have a family member who is a firefighter. I would normally give Firehouse Subs locations a five star because of how good their sandwiches are. This location I gave a four star rating because of their communication error. I asked for a large club on a sub sandwich my go to sandwich for this type of restraunt and was served a medium. I checked the receipt and they charged me for a medium which in the end I was not too sad about because of how fulfilled I was in the end. It can be pretty hard to communicate with the barriers I totally understand because I also work behind a plexiglass barrier at Starbucks but I thought that I was loud and clear enough. In the end this location is good and would have gotten a five star rating from me if it was not for that incident but the staff was still extremely nice. Thank you.

This place is ok the bread was a bit hard but this is just my opinion the cashier seemed Abit busy to take out order and there was no one in the place. But to be fair she could have been taking orders over the phone.

The guys who work there are super friendly and were able to get my order together fairly quick. My only complaint is the price of the soup (did not see the price). A small sandwich and a cup of soup rang up $9 (not a meal combo). I could've order a bit differently and got more food for less. I think.

This is my favorite place to get a great sub. Mike and his crew are ALWAYS friendly and service is fast. The subs are the BEST in town!!! We have NEVER been disappointed with either the food or the service, whether we are eating in or getting something to go. We also love the Firehouse Rewards App. We eat here several times a week and recommended this location to friends.

I used to go to this location a lot, however, I've since stopped. This is primarily due to their inconsistency of their meat quantity in a sandwich. The last 5-6 large sandwiches I've received from here have had significantly less meat than other locations here in town. About a year ago this location was like the others, but something changed in the way they're making their sandwiches, now they're mostly bread. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but that many times with such a reduced quantity of meat, I've had to move on.

Kaylee, Hannah and Dakota provided outstanding service this evening. They were polite, fast and friendly. The subs were amazing and prepared very well. I would recommend this sub shop to anyone. My family and I will definitely come back again, this was our first visit here :)

Great Place for a Sandwich. I have been here Twice. Both times We had a Great Experience. The Atmosphere here is neat. There are T.V. Sets to watch whatever is on. It has a Fire Department Station feel. The Staff are very friendly and professional. And the Sandwiches are Really Good. I would Recommend this Place. If You havent tries it. You should go..

This is one of my favorite "fast" places to grab a bite. As soon as you walk in, the whole staff greets you. The whole vibe in the store is very chill and friendly. If you haven't, download the Firehouse App. That's an easy way to upgrade your meat or get a free sub after a few visits. I also LOVE the buffet of hot sauces & BBQ sauces. They have them numbered, 1-10, in terms of hotness. It's a lot of fun to try the different flavors out.

I enjoy coming here. The staff is super nice and very quick. I've come here at different times- really busy and not so busy and their demeanor doesn't change. They are happy to see you and seem happy to be working. They joke around with each other and customers. Highly recommend!

Delicious! I love the fact they have dozens and dozens of hot sauces to use. I always tell myself that I'm going to get something different but I always end up choosing the cheddar beef and brisket sandwich. It is so good!

Tried firehouse subs for the first time today.....subway and Jimmy John's are HISTORY from now on!! WOW!! i had the brisket and cheddar and it was ah-maz-ing!!! Mac and cheese was really good. Hubby had the steak and cheese and he agrees with my assessment of this place. It will be the ONLY sandwich shop we go to from now on!!

The staff was very nice. The service was average speed, but I wasn't in a hurry. I just wish their app had the same menu as the restaurant. I would have preferred to order from the app but the I never was able to find the club sandwich.

Very flavorful and juicy subs. Don't recommend 'buy now, eat later', could get soggy. Not a fan of their Coke 'create your own beverage' machine, so I have water.

Gets pretty busy and can take time to get food, and it's pricey, but really, really good food. The meat is fresh, the sauce selection is incredible, one of the best sandwich chains in town.
