I think this may have only been my second time eating at a Firehouse Subs but it was great. The decor was really cool all firehouse themed and even had gear laying around. The service was good, and the subs were even better! I recommend the New York Steamer.

Such a great experience- food is hot with fresh ingredients and loaded with toppings/meat. Lettuce is crisp, tomatoes are juicy, onions are potent and meat is melt in the mouth moist. Fountain machine has a ton of options including fanta, barqs and dr. pepper. Cookies are bomb (recommend the sugar cookie). The employees are super friendly too!

Huge fan of firehouse! Food is delish. Alot of good sandwiches to choose from. This particular is my go-to location when I'm near. Staff is super coo and they just seem to make the sandwiches better here! Restaurant is also clean and tidy. No complaints here

Doggone this food was better than expected. I’ve tried most places in town that offer an Italian sub... this one was one of the best. I also enjoy their selection of 40+ hot and savory sauces that they have evaluated on a 1-10 hot scale. Additionally, I like the three options for size of sandwiches. Occasionally the service is a touch slow, so if you need freaky fast, select your establishment accordingly. The gal who took our order this day was an absolute delight. Truly best-in-class, which was also unexpected. Lastly, they have a “future firefighters” eat free on Monday’s promotion, which is good on the family budget. We’ll be back again soon. PS - only note to management, if you have any choice, please go back to the old Coca-Cola machines... many establishments have gone away from the 1,000,000 selections & additives (lemon, vanilla, etc) both for speed and flavor.

Stopped in the night of 3-25-2021 and it was 9:03pm . The two ladies working did not skip a beat welcoming us.While ordering our food I asked what time do they close and she told me 9:00pm . I thought it was very thoughtful that these two ladies served us after they had closed and did it in a way every business should. They gave no indication that they had already closed and prepared the best subs I have ever had. Great experience. These two ladies at the 72nd street location should be recognized by there employer for there professionalism . Sorry I did not catch there names. Thanks ladies!

The staff at this location goes above and beyond and deserves endless recognition for their efforts! You'll always be greeted with a warm welcome, and the whole time you're ordering you the staff looks at you with friendly smiles. I even left my phone in the store one evening and the gal opened the door for me after the store closed to return my phone so I didn't have to wait until the next day! I will never go to another subs restaurant after my countless great experiences here.... their food is awesome too :)

Firehouse subs is a place special to my heart. My whole entire experience eating there is wonderful. The fact they are supporting first responders with every meal is another great thing about this place. Great fire station, dalmation atmosphere. My son says "Marshall" from the Paw Patrol when he sees the tables, makes me chuckle. Always clean and they have a soda mixer there.

Probably the best sub shop left around anymore.. Great selection, great quality and the prices are reasonable.. Sub meat is steamed, not microwaved.. Bread is always soft and fresh.. I must say the employee Keith and the staff that were there Friday 7/24/2020 were great and the food was even more delicious. Keith really know's how to make a sandwich. I love the turkey bacon ranch. I was very disappointed I couldn't leave a tip😯😔, especially since the staff are putting themselves on the line during this pandemic to make sure I can enjoy that savory flavor of my turkey bacon ranch! I got my food and received a very kind letter and the kind of chips I originally wanted AND my third choice. I work at a restaurant so I totally love seeing little things like this. First time trying Firehouse. Food was amazing! The 2 girls working here are both incredible. I feel like sometimes when I’m ordering somewhere for the first time the employees are annoyed that I don’t know how to order in their specific way. Not at all the case here. I didn’t have my glasses and I couldn’t see the menu very well and the cashier told me that everything that was on it. Totally will be back because that sandwich was AMAZING (turkey bacon ranch ❤️)

One of my favorite sub places. Try the hot Italian with mayonnaise and chopped pickles. It's my favorite plus the brownies. They serve Coca Cola which is always a plus and the staff is very friendly and helpful plus they get your order right.

Sorry but I have to give this a 3 star review... It's not about the food or service, they're both great.. It's about the menu. It never changes!! You never see combo deals or new sandwiches being advertised or coupons.. When I first went there, there was a pulled pork sandwich with slaw on it and it was amazing!! But for a limited time 😞😞. Since then ive never seen it or any other sandwich that stood next to it.. I mean c'mon guys!! How can you help a foundation if you don't go the extra mile!?? People like to see their favorite foodies upgraded or changed once in awhile.. Something to consider.. Merry Christmas to you and yours

Sandwich shops beware, firehouse is coming for you. Just jam packed with flavor and delicious. I'm not normally a warm sub fan, but they have changed my mind. Be sure to hit up the hot sauce bar at the end of the counter, it is the cherry on the top. Their brand is a bit sweet for my hot sauce liking but still delicious. Plenty of hot hot sauces though.

Wrong bread on one sandwich, asked for no lettuce on another (they loaded it with lettuce) aaaaand asked for the cookie with the kids meal (got a rice crispy treats).
