We hired Elegant Edge for our rehearsal dinner and wedding catering. The food is delicious! We enjoyed the Pasta Amore package for our rehearsal dinner. For our wedding we had roast beef, lemon pepper chicken, Mac and cheese bar, green beans, Caesar salad and rolls. We highly recommend all of the food! Our guests had nothing but great things to say, most raves about the roast beef! Brenda was so easy to work with and was quick to answer any questions I had. At our wedding it was so amazing to see Brenda and her staff walking around, helping guests and clearing plates. They are a top-notch company and we highly recommend!

Wonderful food! I got the Chicken Alfredo and Meatball marina pasta option. It came with a salad option and breadstick. It was so delicious! I got many compliments on the food. Many went for seconds! I had order desert cupcakes from Sam’s club which are also so yummy, but I ended up having to take most of the cupcakes home. Everyone got full on the dinner!

Brenda and her team are absolutely amazing! Our guests LOVED the sliders with regular and hot bbq, crunchy potatoes, Caesar salad, and unique appetizer of Crab Rangoon with Thai chili sauce! We absolutely love Crab Rangoon and she made it happen for our wedding! She also is so very kind and considerate. Brenda answers any questions you have pleasantly which we really appreciated and we thank you for making this process smooth and enjoyable. We loved working with Brenda and her sweet team that helps with even carrying the bride and grooms plates at the wedding!! Thank you so much!!

We used Elegant Edge Events catering for our wedding 8/7/20. When we attended a bridal affair and tried their roast beef, mashed potatoes shooters, WE WERE SOLD. Then came time for planning. Our original wedding was set for 5/30/20, but thanks to Covid, we had to reschedule our big wedding to a later date, Brenda was beyond helpful in this department. She was willing to work with us and was so helpful in the re-planning when we had to adjust things per CDC recommended guidelines. She thought of EVERYTHING. Even things that didn't involve catering. So for that alone, I would say HIRE THEM. But here's where they really shined. We're not your typical couple, we didn't want the standard "Steak, Chicken or Fish options," we wanted real food, that WE liked as a couple. Our menu consisted of Roast Beef/Mashed Potato Shooters (HUGE HIT, literally, 3 weeks later & people are still talking about how amazing those were!), Mini Chic-fil-a biscuit sandwiches (cuz that's my fav), Mini Reuben's (that's my hubbys fav sandwich), Pretzels with cheese, Taco Bar, Nacho Bar, Mac N Cheese Bar with ALL the fixins, Cheesy Potatoes, Garlic Bread and of course Salad for the ladies. Her team showed up, masked up, gloved up, plexi-glass tables & served each of our guests with gusto. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Elegant Edge Events. Would highly recommend to ANYONE planning an event where you need amazing food, great service and solid price to make your day special and seamless. Huge kudos to them!

If I could give Brenda and her team 10 Stars, I would in a heartbeat. Above and beyond doesn't begin to describe what she did for my new husband and I. Brenda walked me through the process from the day I contacted her. I was invited to a food tasting and vendor fair. From there the contact was laid out up front and without surprises. She followed up, responded to emails in a timely fashion, even in the crazy throws of wedding season. She was able to provide box meals for my rehearsal on a day they aren't even open. She was able to accommodate for celiac and milk allergy. When one of my major vendors bailed at what I can only describe as Zero dark thirty, she stepped up her game and helped pretty much save my wedding. Hire this caterer. ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL!!

Brenda and her team are fantastic! Our office has had lunch catered in from Elegant Edge a few times and it's always a hit with the team. Brenda brings all the fixings as well so you have nothing to do but enjoy the food. We recently had roast beef and cheesy potatoes which were phenomenal! Make sure to order a tray of chocolate chips cookies too! Highly recommend Brenda and her team at Elegant Edge.

Brenda and her team with Elegant Edge just did our wedding and were incredible all the way through! From the planning to execution, everything was great and she was very responsive throughout. Heck, Brenda even got on the dance floor and led some of the dancing in between bussing tables. Great pricing- highly recommend!

Brenda and her staff were amazing to work with. Professional & kind. They went above and beyond for our wedding. Especially during a pandemic, I was very impressed with how they handled COVID. They made our wedding feeling that much safer during these uncertain times with the precautions they took. We got SO MANY compliments on the food also! Brenda and her team at Elegant Edge made our dream wedding day come true!!!! Their professionalism and kindness are unmatched. I absolutely loved everything about them. Our wedding dinner was easily one of the best meals I've ever had (GET THE ROAST BEEF), and the service during the reception dinner was perfect. Even leading up to our big day, Brenda was so easy to reach and contact and she just made everything seamlessly come together. Being that we live in Arizona and had to complete everything via email and phone/texting, she made that so easy for us. We cannot thank all of them enough for all that they did for us behind the scenes; the entire day was flawless thanks to them! I would easily use their event services again - they are the best in the business! :) ALSO (side note): they took really good care of my friend/bridesmaid who has Celiac disease and made certain there was enough food for our vegetarian guests - excellent service and accommodations all around! :)

Brenda had catered our daughter’s wedding reception and bridal shower a few years ago and the food was amazing! So it was a no-brainer to use her for our wedding reception and morning-after brunch, all of which were supposed to occur last year, but due to COVID, was postponed until this year. Four months before our event this year, we were told our venue might not yet be open to third party events (located on UNMC campus). In a panic, I called Brenda for a list of venues that allowed us to bring in our own caterer. Within four days of getting the list from Brenda, we had secured another location (The Relevant Center - google it, it’s amazing!) We went with Brenda’s roast beef, cheesy potatoes and of course, mac-n-cheese and she didn’t disappoint! Rave reviews from our guests on all the food! But beyond the food, Brenda was a huge help on getting day-of organized. She and her tram were amazing and the event flowed so smoothly! I can’t recommend her enough! Great food, great service and great pricing! Thanks, Brenda!

Elegant Edge catered my daughter’s wedding on October 16, 2021 at the Diamond Room in Omaha, NE. Brenda Tharp is the owner and passion behind Elegant Edge and she was wonderful to work with every step of the way. She had been recommended to us because of her responsiveness and flexibility in designing a menu that was delicious, unique and special. She lived up to the high accolades and was instrumental in helping us host an amazing reception. Instead of a traditional buffet, we opted for 3 food stations themed out to reflect our new blended family. My new son-in-law comes from a big Filipino family with wonderful food traditions. Brenda took some family recipes for chicken adobo and bbq pork skewers and did a fantastic job of cooking them at scale. We also ordered some of Brenda’a specialties, including a melt in your mouth savory roast beef and mashed potatoes in martini shooters that was a crowd favorite. Our third station was a pasta station with mix-ins to accommodate some of our vegetarian friends and she didn’t disappoint with delicious sauteed mushrooms and roasted vegetables. In addition to being excited to work with us on the perfect menu, Brenda brings a wealth of experience and background in all aspects of catering and event management and became a trusted source of input throughout the process. Once the reception started, I had complete confidence that everything would happen on time and be done with attention to every detail. That included bussing the tables and cleaning up throughout the evening so that the clean up at the end of the night went smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend Brenda and Elegant Edge for wedding or any other event catering. The menu options are diverse and delicious, the service is timely, efficient and well executed and Brenda is a delight to work with. I considered her a friend by the time we were celebrating the evening and I look forward to the opportunity to work with her again. Thank you Brenda!

Not only does this location have a beautiful space, they make AMAZING food! We had Brenda cater some pulled pork sandwiches with beans and a few other sides and everyone in the office loved it. The taste, quality, and pricing is fantastic. I’d highly recommend Elegant Edge for catering or their nice banquet room. Very impressed.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Brenda and Elegant Edge! I was planning for our first post-COVID but still COVID event with a lot of unknowns, and she was patient with me and came up with creative ways to do a cocktail party. She even worked it personally and was amazingly professional and friendly to all our guests. I will also say that the food was great and very reasonably priced. If you need a wedding, cocktail party, family get together, or office lunch, this definitely the place!

1 million stars!!!! The food was great! The service was fantastic! Brenda and her staff were amazing. I always got quick answers to all my questions and when our wedding day came, Brenda even followed my mother and I to the bathroom to help us bustle up my dress since neither of us knew how! She went above and beyond her catering duties! Our guests commented all night about how great the food was and our friends are still talking about the roast beef a week later! 110% recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brenda and her team for a company event at an offsite location. Brenda was always prompt in her replies and her professional, yet down to earth approach made working with her amazing. Brenda and her team went out of their way to assist us in our event, helping even serve some drinks (hot coco and cider) that we brought along. We had a diverse crowd of dietary needs and Brenda was able to meet those, making everyone feel they had options for the event. The food was awesome! We had pulled pork, with a few sides and a veggie wraps as an option. It was honestly some of the best catering food I've had. I'll definitely be reaching back out the next time we need catering for my work or personally.

I was looking for a catering company that could accommodate a small company Christmas party on short notice... That was "No Problem" according to Brenda. She asked for type of food, number of people and emailed a selection of food and prices, that simple! We had more food than we needed for our small company and the employees were happy to take some leftovers home...this maybe sounds like a negative in that we had too much food... Not at all, the price was lower than a local grocery catering service and we had better food at a better price.
